"Im appauled they way the nurse spoke to me at 9 am sun 17 dec and told me people had to go to a&e because i cancelled an appointment a few hours before but then my daughter got worse so when i called back i got a 3 min long lecture before i "
"Can you please unblock my number "
"After using this service for more than 5 years, we were treated by a very rude woman handling the initial call"
Terrible. My partner just called due to a severe allergic reaction. They wouldn't give him an appointment because they said his GP has an out of hours number. His GP does not have an out of hours number. Even searched the GP website and called the clinic to see if there was a number on answering machine. Awful service.
If I could give zero stars I would. First contact at 8pm waited 2 hours rang again and was told someone would call straight away. A further 45 mins no call I rang again. Was told someone would definitely call straight away. 30 mins later guess what....

Can you please unblock my number . I called today 5 times and was cut off the next second. I think the service should not be partial at all, everyone deserves care. When I called from a different number I got an answer within seconds. There
After using this service for more than 5 years, we were treated by a very rude woman handling the initial call. She only cared about following some silly rules about the location of your GP and not about offering a service to our sick kid.
My mother spent two hours trying to get hold of this service without any answer on the phone on Saturday afternoon. She had to go to A&E which she had hoped to avoid due to her age and risk of catching COVID. Her GP surgery diverts to this
Never full, never busy. Despite telling people over the phone that they are busy. Nurses sitting back on chairs with their feet resting on another one, having a laugh with the receptionist. Sometimes the nurse is behind closed doors with
Horrendous service! Against my better nature, I was advised to contact them, due to an allergic reaction to some sort of bites... I called at 2045, missed their call back by seconds at 2123, as I was dealing with something for my mother.
I used the night doc ten years ago last and policy has changed if by any chance you have a south side based doc ( like me which I acquired before I moved to the north side 15 years ago) you will not get a doc . Even if you plead that you
Took the money and said they would send the prescription to the pharmacy. Called pharmacy next day and they said no prescription was sent. I had to call a private on call doctor to get another prescription. Called again later to ask for
Terrible. The woman dealing with the calls is an a$$hole. Pretty sure her family tree looks like a roundabout. The service itself is a joke. Have to wait hours, till they call you back, and first thing is to ask for card details. lol..
Dr. Charlotte Coyle is a nightmare to deal with. Always over assertive with people, very arrogant, and doesn't care about patients privacy. I will be reporting her to the Medical Council and beyond for her ill treatment of myself and
Great having a D Doc service so close to Gateway Student Village. They operate from 18:00 to 08:00 every day and on weekends they operate from 18;00 Friday to 08:00 Monday they are also 24hr on bank holidays. 5 star service
Very bad experience the women who answers the phone ?? How dose she even still have a job rudest person i have ever delt with in me life .... i can see others have a lot to say about her not a very helpful woman at all
I am a DCU Student staying at Gateway Student Village. The D Doc GP on call service is only 2 minutes walk from Gateway or the will call to your apartment if you need. Amazing near 24 hour service, check out their website.
I used this service once and all went great. I live at Gateway Student Village, I don't understand why Gateway don't market this more. It is a huge advantage having an overnight doctor just next door. Highly recommend.
Elderly mother calls for help for my very elderly father at 3pm. Get a call back 5 hours later saying if you need help call us back... from an unlisted number that i can't call back. Don't get old in ireland.
I called Northside D Doc and they were brilliant. They got a nurse to call me straight away and thankfully gave me some great advice . Better than the matter public phone line which is never on.
Super service with a friendly atmosphere and no queue... Only problem I have is that My GP can never see you for a week or even more so it's a/e or DDoc.. Thank god for DDoc
Gave me incorrect information and referred me to some other clinic saying they also have out of hours service (they don't) When I tried calling again, they never picked up
Excellent service received today, from Receptionist to Nurse phoning back and then receiving call from Doctor this evening. All advice very clear and concise, Thank you.
Dr Singh who called out to my elderly father was a pure legend. Wish he could be Dads GP. He gave him great confidence and explained everything so well,
Honestly, I had read the reviews and expected the worst. However, I had a really positive experience and wanted to share my positive
Everyone was very polite, appointment for sick baby 3h after the call, doctor and nurses were very nice and helpful.
30 minutes I'm on hold.. trying to get through since they opened. Sick baby here.. absolute joke of a service
absolutely invaluable service, phone operators, nurses and doctors are so helpful.
Not once do they answer their phones , nearly 20 minutes on hold !!!
Well it's not a 24 hour surgery if you can't get a doc today.
Great service, Centre in Ballymum is very good
Good service but was on hold for 32 minutes.
