About a year ago I used to use this dry cleaner often. Sadly, one day when I came to collect my cream blazer it had been misplaced- most likely given to another customer by mistake. The staff tried to assist but they couldn't locate the blazer. Eventually after many calls, drop in's and attempts to find it , the owner Grant agreed that he would pay for a replacement jacket - this was something I needed for work events fairly regularly. I've tried calling, texting and in all this time he's ignored my calls and messages. Very sad that he didn't keep to his promise as they all knew it was their error .

Earlier in the day I was refused service at 3 other laundromats as they were overwhelmed with work..I get it Sydney has been hit with week long wet weather…@ DY Laundry I was greeted with smile asked how much washing I had..yes not a problem…and that is A+ customer service…just like that I’ll be bringing my laundry needs here…thank you Grant you made my day!

I dropped off my laundry yesterday picked it up today no work pants black and wool socks I had to go to Kmart and buy a pair of black pants for work today Did anybody find a pair of black pants by mistake in there washing today size 18 black pants return to shop please !!!

They tell you anything they think you want to hear.the reality and reliability of what they say becomes evident when the two don't match. There's nearly always a drama because they give you information which they then change.

The service was good but I was a little upset when given an initial quote of $36 for two loads of washing. When I returned for pick up that quote was increased to $50 because the towels were wet. I won't be returning.
