Great ambiance, super cool environment, spacious room, beautiful and well arranged. Clean bathroom and beautiful too. Good staffs and well mannered. Bar and restaurant are my next favorite place after my room tho . Talk about the foods oh goodness, very sweeeeeeet and delicious finger licking meals. Try their 3 pointer if you plan visiting for lunch or dinner. Their buffet for breakfast is not the regular tea and milo most hotels serve, it’s 5 meals aside fried egg, tea and bread. You still have fruits and cake too at the buffet. Uhmm how did I skip their seafood okro and their 4 pointer! well I love food no I love good food so yes my whole attention is on the restaurant . This is my first time giving review online for a hotel and trust me it’s worth more than a 5star review. A big home away from home. All the times I’ve been there, it’s been a hit back to back . Keep it up guys and your chef he is an amazing chef, veryyyyy good at what he does. Try and visit De Phantom continental hotel. A real home away from home. The owner of the phantom continental definitely has taste. The internal finishing is of high quality. The bar area at the back is also great utilisation of space. Guests have a good view of vast open land of the Lekki area. The food from the kitchen was presentable. Well prepared and lots of variety. The room had a musty smell which goes away with turning on the air conditioning. My room was directly above the event centre and that means I was an unwilling participant of the event going on in the hall below. The walls are not sound proofed.

Had my worst experience here,is one thing setting up a hotel with great facilities is a different thing having the right staff, the receptionist is untrained very rude, paid 75k for a night ending up having my worst experience I regret introducing this hotel to my office colleagues. Hotels should invest in people,get the right people , and not employ for employment sake Was supposed to spend 3 nights at the hotel but had to cut it off after the rude untrained front desk receptionist embarrassed herself by ordering the security guard to stop me ordering me to report at her desk all because I was heading to my car to drop my baby's lunch box in my car, customer care is a profession not a dumping job for rude untrained employee

First of all, I loved the hotel the minute I stepped into it. The aesthetics, designs, painting, decorations, etc in it are thoughtfully put in place... Like you can literally take a good picture any where in the hotel! Then, this should be the first time I'm experiencing a very terrible customer service in a hotel that is absolutely beautiful in and out. The customer service at De Phantom Continental Hotel for me was so bad, the guys at the front desk were so rude and arrogant. The 3 nights I spent there was nothing to write home about when it comes to the hospitality of the staffs. I really think the management should train their members of staffs, especially those that the front desk. They can do better at their jobs.

Good experience at De Phantom Continental over 3 days. Superb location, Chevy Estate, just behind Chevron HQ in Lekki, rooms not bad at all, majorly your pocket dependent as they come with different perks and sizes. Nice pool plus bar and a first floor lounge at the back. Some of the finishings were too ostentatious for me. A medium sized meeting/ball room- can take up to 70-80 persons. Some issues with elevators during my stay. A combo of restaurant and bar is a no for me, as restaurant was overcrowded during breakfast while the bar lounge space was just lying fallow. Courteous staff and very good response time to issues. Overall for me is 4/5, will use again when in the area.

I didn't know there was a hotel as beautiful as this in Chevron/Ikota axis. I was literally wowed walking into this place. The rooms and environment were super CLEAN, with FRIENDLY staff. One thing I didn't like about this place was the internet — it's literally a joke. Besides that, everything was great. Room size, amenities, etc... They were very responsive to issues and complaints. I'll say I had good value for my money and I really enjoyed my stay.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service and a very clean environment. The room was spacious with a very clean bathroom. The staffs were helpful and were doing their jobs without asking for anything in return (which is the norm in present day Nigeria). The breakfast was buffet with many choices. The event hall was also spacious and beautiful. I will surely recommend the hotel.

Rooms are really nice and well maintained. Their service especially the bar and reception, might need some work. They ring the bell of your room by 5am to ask for payment for food bills, send in housekeeping without informing you and you have to literally beg the porter to help you bring items from the reception to your room.
