"Overall a great place to get groceries at a reasonable price"
"I haven't been here in a very long time due to us leaving long distance"
"Being Military I do shop at the airbase once in a while"
"Not the deals they used to have"
"We have always enjoyed visiting Ft Worth DECA; the food has always been fresh, all personal are friendly and above all prices have been acceptable even during these hard economic times"
Overall a great place to get groceries at a reasonable price. The self check out lane registers are just awful and need to be replaced. Nearly everytime I use them there is an issue and you need to get the help of the guy that really doesn't want to be there. The registers are just way too sensitive.
I haven't been here in a very long time due to us leaving long distance. We just to like to come for cheaper prices but with everything going up might as well shop outside of base not even worth the gas. I thank them for trying to have low prices for us military.
Being Military I do shop at the airbase once in a while. I hadn't been there for quite some time I did notice that inflation has hit the Military as well , alot of prices have gone skyward. For those who can shop there it's a good deal overall up. …
Not the deals they used to have. Many items are quite a bit more expensive than local grocery stores. They still have great prices on most meats and frozen foods. It is best if you know what things cost elsewhere to know if you are getting a good price or not.
We have always enjoyed visiting Ft Worth DECA; the food has always been fresh, all personal are friendly and above all prices have been acceptable even during these hard economic times. Keep up the great work your doing for our military service. Thank you.
The Fort Worth Texas Commissary was pleasant experience. I had customer service representative Jessica, call me to verify my Click to go Grocery order. I got there on a 110 f hot degree day. I was grateful that we got to park upfront under
I only bought a small number of items on only my second visit to the commissary. I wasn't all that impressed with the prices until I got home and compared some of the prices for identical items I had purchased either at Walmart or kroger.
The meat prices and quality are good. The hours are poor even for Active Duty. The 5% surcharge almost negates the benefit and prices. I can do just as well{and many times better} especially on non taxable items at my local grocery store.
This place is AWESOME! Always clean & orderly, but what do you expect from a military grocery store. The only downfall is the produce section, although it's not bad it could use improving. Me and my wife are licensed to carry and we hate
I rarely go to the commissary anymore, but made the trip to get a turkey and some other items for Thanksgiving. I loaded my commissary card with all of the discounts that matched up with my shopping list. After getting there I found they
I like it because it’s an alternate for me finding lunch. Not many places available on the base to eat anymore. Or the hours aren’t great. The commissary is a good place to find something quick and cheap to eat. Plus the lines are never
While this isn’t the best commissary I’ve been to. As a retiree I’m very glad to have the option in my area. The store usually has what I’m looking for. If Julius is working the produce section looks good. By far my family saves money
I drive approximately an hour to go there. I had to stick to my budget which isn't very easy for me when I come this far. I found the items I was looking for. The employee was very helpful in assisting me with my checkout.
Is it worth your time? That’s what you need to ask yourself before shopping here. The pricing is about the same as any store out in town. Also, the check-out is usually a wait due to the dinasours working the registers…
The prices!! It is increasingly difficult to justify the driving distance to shop here. Also, what's up with all the empty spaces on the shelves? The pandemic is no longer an excuse. Need to hire more stockers, maybe?
I had not been there in a while but it was well stocked and the prices were competitive, especially on one of my lunchtime staples flavored tuna. Probably at least 40 cents cheaper per package. I will be returning.
Prices are entirely too high to be a military grocery store. You pay more in there than if you were to go to say Walmart. Way to support the troops, vets, and their families by increasing prices... SMH!!!
Large selection of items but a little hard to find what you want. Personnel is friendly and caring. Really like the benches up front where you can recover. Good selection of fresh meats. Reasonable prices
Great grocery store, has everything you want. Awesome sandwiches and great sushi selection. They'll even do made to order if you dont see what you want. Produce section was good and fresh.
Prices are great. Always taking care of the military, military retirees, and their families. I always tip the baggers because they help and care for those that sacrifice and served.
I used to be a big fan of the commissary, but today I was sadly disappointed in the quantity on the shelves. Their phrase is "it's worth the trip" sadly it's not worth the trip
We haven't been here in a few months and my opinion has changed since. The selection has gone down and the prices have gone up. Some prices are even higher than Walmart now.
Being a military family and being able to shop here is such a privilege! It's so clean, and the shelves are always stocked! Love the manager, cashiers, and baggers!
Compared to other military post.this one is the weakest I've been to. People are great. Grocery selection is great. The shopping parts are severely lacking.
This is the best commissary I've ever been to. It's very large, well stocked, has fresh produce and the people who work there are always so friendly.
Okay place, if you had no other choice. I wish that the prices would be a lot more competitive compared to off-base grocery stores.
I love this little gem in DFW. it is the only military in the area, thank goodness it's not super far from me. I'll be back
This place needs to close. It is much more affected by supply issues than its civilian counterparts.
They have all your needs for uniform and military items as well as cool gear for your military family
Store and workers are awesome. Cant find a cleaner store with such friendly and helpful personnel.
Can’t beat the prices of meats here and the simply juices are $2.00 everyday sometimes $1.50
This store is awesome and I am very glad we have it available for us here in Ft. Worth.
Love this commissary has everything I need. Plus it is always clean and fully stock.
My first time visiting and enjoy everything on store. I be back soon. Blessings.
Small but everything you need. Friendly. Great prices for military community.
We are open Mondays 10 am to 3pm Self checkout. Only
Great prices, friendly people, large selection!
Great place to shop very good prices …
Very good prices on most items
