I was at Superstore in Currents of Windereme yesterday to have a rock chip repaired. When I was on my way back to my vehicle I noticed him hovering on the side of the vehicle and by the time I reached my vehicle he was already packed up and leaving. And I noticed a damage on my door that wasn't there when I left the vehicle to him. Also he didn't even clean the windshield, he left his greasy fingerprints on my windshield.

They charged us 50 extra (the Lexus dealer will do it for 30) at this location because we changed the car under our membership and their reason was it takes a week for system to be updated. It took 15 minutes to update the system and then they wont refund. Lots of issues with this company and finally I decided to cancel. Take your money and go to a dealer they will be cheaper, faster and better with customer service

The guys are great to deal with in person but the service is horrible on a larger scale, they make it impossible to cancel your subscription and do not respond to emails whatsoever. I no longer need windshield repair as I have installed film on all my glass. I expressed multiple times and emails that I did not want to renew and wanted to cancel as the website left me very few options to cancel my sub.

The quality of their work was good, and better than some shops. But when I tried to cancel a couple of years ago, the website didn’t work well, then I sent an email asking for refund, though it was refunded, the customer service agent sounded like I was wrong and should cancel early, but I did, it was the website going back and forth to try to keep client stay with them, then went to an error page.

Horrible experience! Went to get a chip ‘repaired’. The tech let in too much air and as a result, I got a cracked windshield! (This was confirmed by a different tech) I contacted customer service about this and got a response 3 months later - no apology. I was simply told that I can go to one of their tents to pay to get the crack that they caused repaired LOL

This Company fraudulently re-charges / auto renews - annually and does not provide a cancelation option on their website I did not agree to auto renew with DECO ..poor business practice & no customer support or contact info.

UPDATE YOUR GOOGLE HOURS!! IF YOU’RE SEASON OR HOURS CHANGE UPDATE THEM!! I PAY FOR AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION. (Which is now canceled) LOCATIONS ARE OPEN AS PER GOOGLE BUT NO ONE IS THERE!!!

He was closed but opened back up, super friendly, and took his time to do it right
