While visiting this evening a woman was caught stealing . But rather than dealing with it in a professional manner management a lady with a head scarf proceeded to make a big sceen at the front of the shop . Unprofessional and no one else needed to her that . The lady should have been escorted to the back or in a corner and police called . Not having the manager basically screaming at this lady and then shouting to her colleague "remember her face in future and call the police " . Customer service lessons needed .

Horrible and audacious customer service. My 7 years old was trying to wear a pair of big shoes and looking in the mirror. The lady came from nowhere and approached rudely that my child is ruining the shoes and I have to pay for them!!!! She made me speechless with her rude behaviour towards a child. Awful!! Disgraceful!! Deichmann should manner their Customer Assistants!! Won't recommend this store at all!! I am going to STAY AWAY from this shop(Eastham brunch).

I went here yesterday to buy shoes for my son. It took me a long time. There was no one to answer us. And in the end we found the size ourselves. I went to pay the money. But unfortunately they charged me extra money. While There was a price on the shoes and the box as well. I asked the reason, and they answered me with a very bad attitude, saying it was expensive. I do not recommend it at all. You will lose both your time and your money.

I live down the road from this store, I like the casual footwear styles therefore I’m regular shopper there. I returned faulty fila bag. This disgrace of person calls herself store manager joythie Said to me “This is last time I will refund you have a habit of returning stuff” I felt insulted will not shop here again disgraceful.

Great customer service and good quality shoes. You definitely get what you pay for. The shoes that I bought from here last long and don't get worn out quickly. I would love to be a regular customer here but they don't seem to get new designs. This place deserves 5 stars but as they don't get new designs hence 4 stars.

Affordable and good quality footwear, have several casual trainers from here which I've worn consistently and are still in great shape. That being said, my experience with heels from here has not been good; always quite uncomfortable, but could just be me!

Worst shop i have ever visiting, by refusing to buy a prottection for my shoes telling the manager that i bought that before and is not working, the MANAGER told he will punch me for saying is not working, thanks for the service RAMON

Very nice clean store and well maintained. Staff always willing to help and give advice as need. They have a fantastic range of mens, womens, & children's shoes on sale. It's so good, that in fact I have been there 3 times this week.

Only 2 staff in on a Sunday (one on the till amd another on the shop floor), especially as they're running a promotion to bring in customers. Felt really bad for them as you can clearly see they're we're overworking themselves.

Fantastic store The customer assistants and manager are super lovely and really helpful they advise you if you ask anything. Great range of shoes and they have a sale on at the moment with great discounts on winter stock

Brilliant usually buy sketched but there now around £50 to 78 out of my league now bought they're own brand just the same as sketches £22.95 just as good and comfortable bargain …

Very rude employees, asked for the 10% for student discount and said they don’t do that even though they had a paper on the entrance mentioning they do! What a bad customer service!

Average quality goods, BUT staffs are horrible. Don't expect much help, if you can shop by yourself you might get something good.

I am not impressed with the current selection in store. All feels like old stock and no seasonal looks have arrived yet.

The ladies kept annoying me to leave the store even at 4:50 (the store close at 5)! What kind of rude people are you?
