I waited over 2 months for my order. I finally got a call last week to book the delivery. We arranged for today the 3rd July. So i arranged for my existing sofa to be taken away by a charity yesterday. Today the driver arrives at 9.45am and tells me he hasn't got the sofa in the van and he will get someone to call me Monday. I spent 30 mins trying to get through to DFS and finally when i did they made some calls and found that the shipment hadn't even arrived in the country, and here i am giving my bloody sofa away because i thought i was speaking to a company who employs people with brains. People who might know the difference between shipment arrived and shipment hasn't arrived in the country. Drivers who get a list and actually check to see what's in their van before driving off and calling the customer to let them know they are 20 mins away. Then considering its still before lunch time, i told the manager of the store i bought the invisible sofa that has left this gaping hole in my living room, that he should send me a temporary sofa because i just have an office chair, and judging by what i have just witnessed i am not confident that i will have a sofa any time soon. He said he can't and even if they did it wouldn't get to me until Tuesday or Wednesday and my sofa will be in the country by then. But as a gesture of good will he said, we can refund the delivery fee for you lol the delivery fee!!! Yes, the one that i paid £100 for to be treated like this and to be told to sit on the floor for the next 5 days! To say I am fuming is an understatement. Everything could have been fixed if they went out of their way to get any sofa, even a one-seater to me today. And I would be thanking them right now. Instead of that, here I am wondering if I even want this sofa now after the way they have treated me today!!!!

The WORST company I have ever dealt with. I had purchased a sofa a few months ago and when I got it delivered, the colour was completely different to what I had ordered. The delivery drivers were assembling the sofa and left a hole, damaging the sofa. I decided to exchange it with another sofa that took 16 weeks to be made. During those 16 weeks, the quality of the sofa was horrible. It started to wrinkle and crack. When it was time to deliver this sofa, we were given a time slot for the day. They did not arrive within that time slot and came in the evening. They tried to bring the sofa through the door, however it did not fit so they had to take it back. It was extremely stressful. We called DFS again to ask for a redelivery. This time we asked if the sofa can be dismantled so it can fit through the door. The lady told us it’s possible and that they do this all the time so she rearranged the delivery. Different delivery drivers came again and said they cannot pass it through the door as it’s too big even though we asked it to be dismantled as the lady told us on the phone. They took the sofa back. She is a liar and wasted everyone’s time. A service manager from the Brent Cross branch called us today, his name is ‘PETE’. Not sure if that’s a name he just made up or his real name. The rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever spoken to. He was talking to me in the rudest tone, blaming me and refusing to deal with the issue. Disgusting customer service and behaviour. He told me that he had to pass it onto a salesperson to deal with the issue, but then the salesperson tells me I need to wait for the manager to call me so he can sort it out! No one wants to be held accountable for all of this which is why they keep passing the phone to one another. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Get your furniture elsewhere.

Had a very poor experience with DFS. They commited a day to deliver a sofa. We took the day off and they didn't arrive during the time slot. I phoned the delivery line and was told that the sofa would be with us shortly. After some time, still no sofa so I called back and was told there had been a mistake and the sofa wasn't being delivered. After a number of calls, an alternative date was arranged. I was told they would not be able to deliver on a weekend so I'd need more time off work. They apologised and said I would be called the evening before to confirm the time. This call didn't happen so I phoned again. This time, more apologies and an assurance I would be contacted first thing in the morning. Once again, noone contacted me. I tried to chase and eventually was contacted after 2pm and told the order would be with me around 3.30pm. this left me 1.5 hours to leave work. Completely unfair. All this time, both myself and the customer care team were unable to contact Brent cross store, with whom I had placed the order. Some time after the delivery, a Brent cross representative eventually got in touch. On a Saturday, she called and offered me £50 compensation. That's a derisory offer. Less than the cost of delivery. She said she would speak to a manager as she had no authority to go any further and that a manager would call on Monday. I did not hear again from the Brent cross store until Friday, when they reiterated an offer of £50. Is this really what DFS thinks is acceptable? It's a shame as the sales process was well managed in store but clearly a case that once the sale is made, they have no regard for their customers. I would recommend exploring alternative providers before using DFS as there are clearly customer service issues and your sofa might not come when you expect / want it.

Been a customer who has ordered 3 sofas in 6 years...We are certainly what you call a returning customer. We went to the Brent Cross store today to browse. ( this normally always results in us purchasing). We saw the 'Halen' sofa in the Brent Cross store. We are then told that, in the store room they have one in tan leather. This being the color we wanted. It had been for a customer who no longer wanted the sofa, so was immediately available. We then had £154 taken of the sale price as the store manager knew we are 'good customers'. This brought the total cost down to £2195. We then wait for the sale rep to talk over some details with the manager for a second time, to see if they will do a further reduction off the sofa care insurance. After being in store for nearly two hours. We are then told the sofa is actually not available. Even though are about to go over finance approval. To compensate us we were then offered the same sofa , for £99 off the orginal price, opposed to the £154 offered earlier. We would also need to wait 14 weeks for delivery. I explained that seeing we had bought three sofas in six years , and had been messed about , is the manager not able to just reduce by the extra £54, so that we are getting the same deal as originally given to us. Which seemed a reasonable request. We were told no! So opposed to them making a £2195 sale , if they only matched the original discount of £154 . They decided not too. They let a regular customer Walk out the door with immense dissatisfaction over how they are treated. All for the sake of £54 , and all this considering it was the stores error. Makes 0 business sense. How not to treat good paying customers .

Awful service. I bought my mum a sofa there and the first hiccup was the delivery date was delayed but she didn't receive any calls from them them telling her that and when she tried to call, no one answered the phones so she went into the shop only to be told it was delayed. When it was finally ready, I was paying via the website from the US, the saleswoman had told my mum it would be a simple matter, she'd receive a link and I'd go online and pay. Not simple at all, after multiple attempts, I contacted them and confirmed that it wasn't because I was in the US, so I called Amex and they said no charges had been attempted. I contacted them again and was told it would not work from the US and I had to do a bank transfer, which is expensive and time consuming so I refused. They said someone would call me back and no one did. I gave my mum my card number and she went into the store again and they tried to process it and claimed it was declined, which I knew was impossible but I called Amex again and was again told that no charges had come through. My mum had to end up putting it on her card, which means I now have to go to my bank and get a foreign currency check which again is at a cost to me. All she got for her multiple trips and my international calls and time wasted and additional expense was a lame apology and an excuse about using "foreign" credit cards. So ridiculous and a rotten experience that we won't repeat again.

Pressured into purchasing a sofa from their 'luxury range'. We felt we had to sign there and then or our potential order would take forever to be fulfilled. We were also advised that once we placed our order we could not change our minds despite me asking about the 14days cooling off period. Nevertheless they 'sold' the sofa to us and the maintenance package with lots of promises about top quality. They tried to sneakily add on the package with a fee which I spotted, so they removed it, and also added delivery charges which were not disclosed originally. We were also told that as the top range, it would not likely be discounted, and if so, by nothing significant - as if to assume it wouldn't make any difference to us financially?! We were surprised to have received our sofas 4 weeks earlier than expected BUT after 2 days the foam on every part of every seat was sagging, from the arm rest to the corner seats to the end chaise piece . The leather seems to be baggy. In another part, the inner lining is showing through, stitches have been left open at the ends and one part of the back rest is puckering because the leather has been cut or sewn poorly. Moreover this sofa is currently in the sale!! We have waited since last Tuesday for a phone call to discuss the options available to us. A week later, still nothing! At this point we will be asking for a full refund! I would avoid.

NO DOUBT THE WORST EXPERIENCE&SERVICE in my entire life. Me, my family or my friends foot will never ever step in this shop again. Spending over £3000, I got service I would never believe could have happen in 21st century. My bed wasn’t delivered for 3 appointed days. Meanwhile they took my own bed saying “it’s part of the service”, and I was happy they will get rid of it since I will receive a new bed today.... no, I didn’t receive it for another month or so and slept on the floor. I was going to Brend Cross store and telling manager that I have no where to sleep, so I will take my child and come to sleep to the store while he was answering “You can, maaaam, but I wouldn’t suggest”. Blamining me, that there is no such a service when DFS come to collect your furniture. THEY MESS UP 3 times in a row with my delivery. Lady who sold me the furniture was closing her face with hands as she was ashamed to look at me understanding how much they fail. I couldn’t even cancel my order because “it’s was made specially for you” as if I ordered special size or special colour. If you guys have right to do your job terribly bed, and take my own bed by mistake, why don’t I have same right to cancel???!!!! They refunded me £59 (cost of the delivery). WHY the hell I even have to pay for such a “delivery”??? This is not a refund! This is not the way people should work! You are bad!!!!

We ordered a sofa for £1500 on 5th September and they said will be with us by Christmas. We did not have any update from them at all. On 12th December I called and asked if is possible to change the delivery address as we lost the house that we supposed to move in and the lady on the phone was very nice and she said that is completely fine as we will get a call few days before delivery and that sofa will be deliver around 22nd December. The sofa did not come and we did not have any news . On 27th December we went to Brent Cross shop to see what is happening and what can be done as we need the sofa on our actually address as we lost the house so we wont move over there. In the shop , course , we wait a while and then a man came to us. We explained him the situation and he started to shout at us being rude. We said that we want to cancel the order and we are aware of the 20% that we need to pay if so. When we ordered the sofa we were told that if cancel we need to pay 20% from the total value. This rude man he said that is not possible and that we need to wait for our sofa as is in another warehouse as needs to be moved as our delivery is different. In the end we left as we were with our baby and she started to cry as man was very loud. Now a month later no news from the sofa. AVOID DFS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

DON'T use DFS. They used to have good service and not anymore. We ordered couches, they told us they would deliver within 3 weeks and nothing arrived. We took time off work to be home and nothing was delivered. They never called and never sent an email, we spent hours on the phone to them and they kept on saying someone would call back and there wasnt anything they could do other than wait for the depot to reply to emails, the time frame was 72 hours and they never did. They couldnt even locate the furniture or give us any reason for such appalling service. We chased and chased them for 2 weeks and eventually they re-arranged delivery, I took time off work to be home today and just got an email thet they won't be delivering today. As far as I'm concerned this is fraud, they take money from you in a split second, cant even tell you where the furniture is, let alone deliver. This was an item that was in stock in a nearby depot, I dont even want to imagine when what the service would be like when someone orders something that has to be imported. Very disappointed, they have done nothing but cause aggravation and financial loss. Sick and tired of this and will be cancelling the order. No one has ever had the decency to pick up the phone and offer basic customer service.

I went into the store for a sofa. I managed get in contact with one of the staff who told me to buy a specific sofa and recommended me an ex-display sofa. I then agreed to take that sofa and sign fiance agreement on a Saturday and it stated Immediate delivery. The Manager stated it will be shifted and delivered by next Thursday after 1pm guranteed. IMMEDIATE DELIEVERY? I then called on Thurday after 1pm onwards with no call back or details for delivery. It is now Saturday and I have called twice and still no information on delivery. The manager then became rude on the phone, she said do you want a refund instead. I am shocked the way they treat you, like to you and whilst been waiting for a sofa for nearly a month, I end up with false delivery details and asked the manager several times if its guranteed immediate delivery of the ex display. I have no information on delivery and no apologies. DFS customer services is a disgrace, I dont know why this company exists for so many years and cant even get their simplicity and customer service right, on top of that be lied to and time wasted. I would not trust or recommend to buy from them, still awaiting details of delivery. Disgrace!

You only need to see 1 person Youhann in the Brent Cross London branch. He has integrity when he’s dealing with his clients. He sat with my partner and I for hours to rectify his colleague’s catalogue of errors that occurred on the point of sale and delivery. He is empathetic and sat there apologising to us, without the blame game. Youhann talked us through the options and put aside any anxiety I had. I really cannot praise him enough, he made it his mission to help us. This man called and updated us when he said he would, he also came with a backup plan to any solution he proposed. He’s a genius! Youhann has co-ordinated and attempted to resolve a complex issue, he could be a wedding planner by the end of it. Please if anyone wants to visit this branch and feel safe in the hands of a sales person, then ONLY see Youhann. He’s a humble man with a wealth of product knowledge and solutions, but I would recommend calling in advance to book an appointment for a highly demanded man. Delivery team- On a side note Ruben their delivery guy, is incredibly talented, caring and realistic. He took his time and made all the calls possible when the sofa couldn’t get though our door. He’s a honest man who actually wants to help!

Moez has been very helpful today with myself and my mother. He was friendly, great customer service, great conversations, able to explain all the details easily to myself and mother. Due to his customer service I would buy the whole store if I could. Leaving DFS as a happy customer, with beautiful sofas so I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Moez! Review edit/update: this company is a scam, they’re nice when they’re taking your money but they’re service after is really abusive. We called them after a week of having the sofas as the cushions were very low. They tell me they only have availability to come after a month 15th September, he comes and only my mother was there. He has a the audacity to say well you sat on it for this long what did you expect, knowing full well we called him after a week of the delivery date. He said I’m not the one who took your money contact them. The most disrespectful service manager we have ever come across. There’s a reason their reviews are 3. His name is FLOYD MOWATT. I will be coming to your branch this week. Clearly you only care about your reviews. Don’t purchase from them!

I bought a table last November 2021 After promises from the Brent Cross staff that our order will be with us first week of February 2022. I specifically request not delivery that I would go to pick up my order due to DFS abusive delivery charges. Back to DFS Brent Cross on February, nobody had an idea about my order, after speaking with what it seems was the "manager" she promised me "again" that my order will be at the end of February. No calls from Dfs for a while so I visited the shop again. Now the excuse was some problems with the delivery. She promised that my order will be on the shop to pick it up in a week so I waited. More than a week later I receive a call from the Brent Cross branch telling me my order was there. I went next day to get my order and surprisingly my order wasn't there! No manager at the shop, poor customer service. Nobody knows anything. Dfs taking the money, months of waiting, no items and no money back!. A Totally SCAM! Reported to the Customer Rigths website and Citizens Advice bureau and Ombudsman Association

Complete con artists, they sell you one thing but you don’t get what you ordered. Ordered a sofa set and a small table. Got a discount on the table. Got the sofa after 3 months (broken) then they fixed it. The table never came all I got were many excuses. They then cancelled the table without consulting us, I am still waiting for the refund for this table. It’s been almost a year. Do yourself a favour and buy your furniture from somewhere else. I wouldn’t touch this company ever again. Their future is bleak if they continue doing business like this. Don’t say I didn’t warn you, save your time (because you’ll be wasting a lot of it chasing them) and buy somewhere else where you can actually enjoy the experience of shopping for your furniture.... The person that dealt with us and provided us with the worst possible experience was Jason Joseph!

Good selection of sofas, plenty of parking, finance options and other shops to compare if needed. But be alert to the typical selection of “good” sales techniques as well. Beware, the price your are offered will be tempting, but there will be extras you most likely will want to include such as delivery cost, disposal cost, a donation to charity (discretionary) and sofa protection insurance which added probably close to £400 onto the price we paid. Why not just wrap the delivery cost into the price for example? I am hardly going to turn up with my estate car and do five trip to collect a sofa. Apparently there is “nothing we can do on the price” - I wonder if there would of been if I had walked and gone back to Sofology… I will be carefully watching the prices online up to the point the sofa is delivered in case the price change in my favour.

If you consider to buy any products from them, please think twice and then run away! They don't care about you, just to sell you stuff. As soon as it's done, you don't exist for them. We were very keen to buy one of the leather sofa from their store - however the site survey fail this idea, as there was no way to get the sofa into the flat. Deposit was paid already, so we wanted to go for another product, just not to loose the money. They never replied to the e-mails (even though they advised us to send an e-mail when we were in store, as it will "speed up the process". Still trying to get our money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Customer service concept doesn't exist for the DFS Brent Cross team. Instead of a pleasant experience with decorating our new home, we have to go through battle to get our money back.

I don’t recommend unless you are willing to wait 6-8months to get your order. We have ordered our sofa beginning of January for £2200. We were told its due to be delivered 10days ago and to to get red of out sofa, which we did. We ended up sitting on the floor. Today we went to the DFS store and we were told the sofa should arrive mid of June?? When we asked to cancel it the unprofessional manager said we will charge you 25% of the tot if you cancel it now? He was saying like its normal for this delay as it being made in Europe? Which never being made clear when we purchased the sofa. Also the Staff they are not knowledgeable, they don’t explain to you Tcs&Cs probably. We were reassured multiple time that it should not take more than 12-14 weeks.

Absolutely terrible experience. We bought 2 sofas in the store including a 99£ delivery fee. We were promised a delivery up to 4 weeks. Its now been close to 6 weeks and the Sofas not only havent been delivered - DFS doesnt even know when and if the Sofa will be delivered at all because they seem to have some issue with their supply chain. I spent 2 days calling the only number available only getting wrong information until I called the delivery service myself who gave me a super rude reply stating they dont really care about my sofas and I should take it up with DFS. I raised a complaint and now waiting for a response and resolution. Definitely the last time I bought anything from DFS

Just had someone from the service team out, aka ‘Mr No’. Clearly came with the intention of refusing any serious work needed to be done with the sofa, despite being within warranty. We’ve had the sofa less than 2 years (cloth sofa) and you can feel the bare wood on the armrests, as well as the springs that have completely lost their spring properties, but he said this is all natural and so DFS won’t fix it. When he could be helpful with the cushions and figuring out why they had gone lumpy and had lines in them, he told us ‘just so you know, I’m not here to plump your cushions’. Rubbish service, arrogant and abrupt service guy, if you think you’ll get aftercare with DFS think again.

If you want a new sofa, speak to Rash. My partner and I were in yesterday (Sunday 15th) shopping for a new sofa, and Rash talked us through a load of options to suit our requirements and budget. It never felt like a sale, more of a personable interaction (the mark of a true pro!). We walked away elated with our purchase, and the quality of service we received. Hopefully we will receive the goods on the day we move into our new place now, but I have no doubt that Rash will be going above and beyond to ensure that happens. We'll be back in the future to buy other bits and bobs, if not just to pop in and say hello if in the area. Cheers Rash, Alex and Michaela.

I would like to start missing the sales people at the branch are great, I topping and explaining and serving you to the best of their ability to help you select and choose good sofas However, the problem always thought after you have made to order in terms of delivery, arrangement and communicating with the dispatch depots from Darren, you will have very on helpful staff unprofessional, unskilled, unhelpful and rude PSDFS staff outside the branch should receive more training on one-to-one customer interaction, customer service on the phone and so on Please be aware, expect some sort of headache after purchase Good luck

Honestly if I could give it no stars i would. This company has been giving me the run around for nearly two months regarding a refund. Passing me from pillar to post, in one instance saying it will take 10 days then call again to see its not hit my account, calling back and being told it will take 21 days. Calling again and being told its not even been authorised. Rude customer service who have no idea about time frames but just keep saying ill send an email. Its an awful company, please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. They get your order wrong and youll be chasing a refund before they let up while they sit pretty!!

I ve had the worst experience ever. I ve ordered a set i had to wait 7 monrhs and still didnt get yet not only this now they are saying there is an issue with my order and i have to wait another 20 weeks to get all. Its not worth it we paid alot of money and we had to wait all that time for nothing. I wish i ve ordered from somewhere else now im stuck with them. They are terrible . I ve never seen any worser than this company in my life. The coustumer service is even 10 times worser. This location is not only convenient and free ample parking. Selection inside from furniture to furnishings is huge. I had bought a number of items from this store several months ago, and Jaz was super helpful and gave guidance on color/pattern schemes to match furnishings (cushions, rugs, lamps and art) to furniture ideas, There was no hard push on sale and was very patient with me and my wife. Just wanted to say a big thank-you as after-sales service was also top level. Thankyou to Jaz and Dhiram who was on hand to authorize and approve items immediately.

I normally don’t like to write reviews but after I had such bad experience with this DFS I felt like leaving review I been there to buy a sofa but there was an Indian lady she was extremely rude as well as felt like she was kind racist. I wanted to try recliner sofa she said you will have to bring yourself in near the switch to plug in to try I reminded her that you will have to ask your staff to help me out to plus this sofa so I can try this is kinda first time ever in uk someone on store told me help yourself. In short she is such a disgrace…

Manager is extremely rude! Goes around saying 'im the manager' here'. We took our dog in to try the sofa we chose and he told her to get off.. it says the following on the website....can you bring dogs in? Absolutely! As well as carrying a range of sofas in dog-friendly fabrics, we're happy to welcome the whole family in our stores - including your dog! We want them to feel at home whilst you browse, so we don't mind if they hop up onto the sofa with you. So we are no longer buying our sofa from DFS. Good job manager!

I ordered a sofa here on January 2015. I was told that it will arrive by March so likely a 12 week wait. This is normal so I was happy to proceed. However I call them up today (March 20th) and I have been told that on the order form they had put april/may. So I have to wait for another two months. For anyone looking to buy from this place double check the details - don't just go with what the sales people say. I have to wait another 8 weeks now. I wouldn't have order this sofa if I knew this beforehand.

Under no circumstances should you use this store/company! Sofa broke within a year, was under warranty so was repaired. Repaire took 3 months! While being repaired workmen damaged cushions, took a further two weeks for service manager to assess damage, was then told would have to have mismatch repairs done and there was nothing that could be done about it. Tried to complain, was ignored and had phone hung up on me on several occasions. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere!

Do yourself a favour. Avoid dfs particularly avoid Brent Cross branch. All smiley faces and polite talking will be disappeared after completing your order. Poor quality. Poor after sale services . The poorest customer service I have ever experienced. They never ever pick up the phone. (That’s impossible.) They never except any responsibility about their product quality. Very poor nowhere near good there service and honesty is -10 , they lie through their teeths excuses after excuses then blaming the finance company as its taking over 1 month to deliver my goods, they said 3-4 weeks they push a sale on you but then make you wait or you get the worse service ever , kfc staff gives better service than dfs. I would not recommend to anyone ho to scs or else where. Plus they wont compensate you apart from delivery charge. Not good enough.

I was at DFS Brent cross yesterday, trying out some sofas with the possibility of buying one, we were approached by a sales consultant named Mo He wasn't pushy by any means he let us browse at our leisure, he said was there to answer any questions we had, (to which we had quite a few) we ended up buying a corner sofa with the help of his knowledge, If you are thinking of visiting the store Definitely ask for Mo (Farah) Believe it or not that's his surname 10/10

Trust me don’t make a mistake like I did, they add things on your purchase that your not even aware about and also they make false promises. I’m actually and truly annoyed had to go into store about 6 times and still my problem is not sorted. Don’t bother wasting your time purchasing from dfs there all about the money nothing else. Wish I could give zero stars. The assistant manager (top heavy short man) and the bald headed male were extremely rude and obnoxious. Tried to cheat us with extra charges. Do not EVER go here. Will never return and will tell all friends and family never to enter this disgusting customer service place. Staff needs customer service training.. .was willing to spend thousands... but went to another DFS , they were nice and got the sofa we wanted. NEVER GO HERE!

The sofa was ok but don't bother with the cleaning products - I have been chasing this since March, I have rasied several complaints and nothing. I don't want the products anymore and just want my money back. I was promised my money back the the cleaning products to be delievered to my house and surprise surprise no one turned up. Do not waste your time on this. They new it was out of stock in Decemeber when I placed my order but sold it to me anyway.

Came into the store back in August 2020, thinking a simple glass table with two stools would be an easy delivery. Fast forward to now and I still don't know where any of the items are, both Dwell and DFS have been useless for information and I have been lied to a few times as to the whereabouts of my items. Finally two emails to the CEO and got a little more response but again still nobody has pulled their finger out to provide me any detail.

Nice and clean, a vast array of sofas. Why only three stars? They need to have firmer sofa options. We bought one about 7 years ago and within two weeks it was beginning to lose its firmness in the middle, and I'm not heavy at all. Went back there last weekend and the sofas in the shop were the same. Just variations on the same design. The shop assistant said it's because customers sit on these sofas all the time. Isn't that the point? :/

Had to wait quite a while to get some assistance. Even after hanging around the main office of staff on the shop floor, trying to get someone's attention. However, once our guy came over, it was a thorough discussion/sales rap that led to me purchasing a lovely comfy sofa and some extras that I didn't know I needed. Sofa hasn't arrived yet so will see how smooth delivery and installation of the removable arms are

He has been very patient and helpful and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Great store with attentive staff members, our sales advisor Rash (Brent Cross) provided first class customer service. He was helpful and knowledgeable regarding all DFS products in addition to this, Rash was able to give perfect recommendations when selecting a sofa for our home. Thank you Rash, we will absolutely recommend DFS to our family, friends and anybody who is wishing to buy a new sofa.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, Guys please AVOID DFS Brent Cross. You can never get through to them and customer service is so useless.. Sofas take ages to be delivered, even if you pay cash and in full. They even deleted my original review on Trustpilot because I was explaining how disorganised the company is and I shared my experience regarding the company's corruption.. I am taking this further!

Part of my order, bed mattress, delayed. The delivery date has been given is apprx 3 weeks; we are still waiting for the 7th week SO FAR. I am chasing DFS since 4 weeks with no professional answer. No emails or complaints have been answered, from neither Brent Cross branch nor the headquarter. They refuse to cancel the item nor giving a new date, just "we do not know". BE AWARE.

Was completely mis sold a product that when I did need wouldn't materialise. Dont let them sell you a warrenty as its not worth the paper its written on. Castelan looked for every reason not to pay out even though the rep at DFS assured me that they should. They are a bunch of con artists who take customers money but dont pay out when you have a genuine claim! AVOID THEM!!

Couldn't take sofas due to circumstances ask for refund they said head office will do it, it will take 10 working days from 8th of February, itis now over 5th of march a month I'm chasing them and no one is getting back to me. Manger doesn't bother.. Dont got to DFS in brent cross.... Really Really bad.. I

i have ordered a set of recliner for two thousand eight hundred and the delivery was Wednesday but they called and said it will arrive on Friday and i was cool about it . but didn't get it even today . they are liars they just want you to buy something. after you have paid , then they don't care. i have been really disappointed . it is a shame.

We went in one night after work and saw a lady who was really helpful and friendly. She helped us choose the right fabric cover and we were able to apply for finance then and there and have everything sorted really quickly. Much better than the Tottenham Court Road store where we couldn't find a single staff member to help us, so we walked out

The worst company I have ever seen in my life. customer service is awful. They always have issue with their lines and the quality of the products is very poor . Received my recliner sofa after 3 months,already have issue with the usb and charger place and it is ripped from the where stitches are. I wouldn’t recommend the company to anybody

Went to Dwell. While there's a lot of cool stuff there, the build quality of a lot of the furniture isn't as good as it used to be a few years back, and the staff weren't at all interested in us - they were quite content doing their own thing as if we weren't there. Seems both buyer and seller were on the same page at least!

Please go get your sofa from else where, they’re liars and dishonest. I ordered a sofa 4 months ago and they told me it’ll be with me in March. I wanted to get a refund they said no and they wanted me to pay 25% of my sofa for a cancellation fee. The manager is horrid not understanding and refuses us to cancel anything.

Lots of designs to choose from. Leather or fabric sofa. But if you choose the leather one, it could take up to 12 weeks to be delivered. Their customer service is quiet good, but could be overwhelming to let you buy more items and services you might not need. So, be careful and determine on what you really need.

Very excited until I placed the order with them. After that the problems started and for 12 weeks I had to take an interest in my own sofa because their interest was zero. There are many things hidden in what DFS offers you and they are good to attract customers and then comes the ordeal!

Three and two seater settee just delivered. Faulty and does not match. Delivery person took photos, said he will report but not heard from DFS!!! Tried calling and cannot get through. The usual story with these big companies, they got your money so they don't care. AVOID!!!!

The sofas are very good quality. There are great choice of them. But the staff there is not good including the manager. They do everything to let you buy as much as possible. I don't like when sellers push so much!!! Because of staff we don't want to come back there again.

Terrible sofa. The sofa was a completely different colour to what was shown. We were explicity told that it would not be the same colour as displayed but it turned out to be the same. Stichting was poor and the sofa looks cheap. Avoid DFS at all costs.

Good selection of sofas and helpful staff. The show room is a bit dull at the back . Could do with new exciting lighting esp to look at the true colours of the fabrics. On the plus, car parking outside is free and 3 hours stay only .
