From the time they received our loan. Their accounting has been off. They failed to do account eval's twice a year as they should of been doing. This would have caught any errors accepting a new account. Everything would have been readjusted so their would not be any issues now. Now we are having to fork over more to escrow because, they didn't catch the deficiency early on. We were told by Ashleigh Renfro, their system caught deficiency, but they never proceeded to investigate it or fix it. Which has us in This situation. If technology couldn't help you take care of this problem and you can't count yourself you shouldn't be in business and find another line of work. Very bad with communication, they're even worse with accounting and numbers, I would assume most of these reviews probably are fake or friends. If you're a business person you shouldn't take 5 or more days to respond to a customer or client. DIA Servicing took 5 days to explain to us that they didn't know what the negative escrow amount was or where it came from. My husband and I figured out where the deficiency in their accounting system was. Sent them information to review basically we help them do their job to fix our issue and we still haven't heard back from them yet it may take another week to get back in contact with us.

Unfortunately I must say this company is very unprofessional I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company over the past 2 years. I believe that either they have very incompetent employees that are just ignorant to the law and/or they are up to some shady and possibly fraudulent business practices. The owner has been very unprofessional she is either ignorant to the real estate laws or she thinks she can manipulate them. Very shady business practices STAY AWAY!!! I have had several unauthorized charges added to my statement and when questioned they act ignorant and or ignore my emails. Do not trust this business or the shady employees. I will be filing complaints with the state and I encourage everyone else who has been a victim of this company to do the same. It is apparent from the several other reviews that this company is shady at the very least!
