I can't stress how great an experience I had with Monique and Diamonds Direct. She was extremeIy knowledgable, patient and kind. I had been looking for engagement rings for some time, and she was able to find me a beautiful diamond within my budget. I never felt any pressure throughout the process, and it was clear that Monique wanted to find the highest quality product for me based on my needs, rather than just try to upsell me the most expensive diamond or ring. After shopping around, she was able to order in a diamond I had previously really liked, but was at another location. I was very picky and undecided on a couple different choices, and throughout the entire process she was always patient, helpful and kind. I never felt rushed or obligated to buy, regardless of how much of her time I had taken. She also placed a rush order on the ring so I would be able to propose on my upcoming trip! Most importantly, my fiancee LOVES the new ring. Monique I can't thank you enough for the amazing service, and the care, time, and effort you took with me. -CHEERS!

You see all the reviews mentioning the names of the salespeople? Yup, they’re all reviews which are asked for by the staff. I rang the bell today, and was waiting for someone to come and open the door. Shown an index finger, and I waited for 2 whole minutes. If someone thinks 2 minutes isn’t a lot of wait time, please time yourself staring in a shop window for that time. Anyhoo, I waited, and the 2 salespeople inside didn’t come to open the door, or look towards me. Taking my business elsewhere. Tiffany and Spence around the corner don’t make you wait and aren’t dismissive.

Was there last Sunday to buy a Hamilton watch. H64455533. Had an amazing shopping experience with my family and friends. Silmara was very polite and courteous and made us feel comfortable. The shop had a great selection of luxury Swiss watches. Even had the beautiful green dial Longines Zulu time. Silmara was very patient and let me browse everything at my pace. We also saw some jewelry with both natural and lab made diamonds. The anniversary ring collection, especially, caught my eye. Will be back again when I want to spoil myself or my wife.

I visited the Square One location to get a watch and a wallet recently. I was assisted by Silmara during the purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me make the right decision with respect to the purchase. In addition, she also explained about the warranty information very clearly. Overall, I had a positive experience and would go there again for any future purchases.

Monique and Kathy went above and beyond to find the right set of rings and make all the careful arrangements to have a custom ring made and delivered on a tight schedule. The team of Diamonds Direct put a ton of effort into providing oversight and special shipping arrangements in order to have the rings ready on time. What an amazing result, and the thoughtful service was so much appreciated.

Visited the store this week to check out watches, and also extend the links on my existing watch. Kathy and Gina were so warm and nice to show us all the available options while quickly getting the links added to the watch band. We will definitely be back in the near future to make our purchase.
