Can I please just tell the world how thankful I am that our family was referred to Dr Stacey & her colleagues?! Our son has Tourette’s and struggles with tics, even more so when stressed. After visiting no fewer than 6 Oakville dentists and having extremely negative experiences, someone suggested we try Dr Stacey. She has made such an incredible difference for our son and our family - honestly, he asks when his next appointment is since he loves going to her “house!” Her practice is in one of the historical homes in downtown Oakville and has such a welcoming feel. Our son no longer struggle with tics AT ALL while at the dentist since Dr Stacey and the entire staff treat us like we’re family every visit. Dr Stacey shared that she practiced as an Occupational Therapist before becoming a dentist and uses her strategies from that experience in her practice. She has even reversed my deepest-seeded fear through these calming practices during treatments - I, too, look forward to my visits! Her hours are fabulously convenient AND get this - if we have any urgent concerns, we can call, have our questions answers and/or be seen without a wait since they are always so accommodating to the needs of their patients. She has been so amazing to answer my many questions!! Again, this is abnormal compared to other dentists we’ve seen. I Even before COVID19 safety protocols were required, Dr Stacey has always gone above and beyond with air filtration machines and protocols for the safety and protection of her staff and patients. Thank you for making our son’s summer by being able to reopen safely to let him get his relaxing “Tooth Spa Treatment!” :) 5 stars across the board and a huge thanks to Dr Stacey & her team!!! Seriously - if you’re looking for a fabulous team for your dental health, look no further.

My wife had a dental crown done on an implant by Dr. Yonge about a year ago. Recently she noticed the implant was loose and had Dr. Yonge inspect it. He was very quick to pass the buck and blame it on the post without even taking an x ray. It was determined by another doctor that the post was fine and in fact it was a loose implant component which was quickly corrected. Dr. Yonge's attitude was embarrassing to say the least. He not only wasted my wife's time by making her find someone else to correct the issue but he also caused her aggravation and stress! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you are in need of a prosthodontist!!!!

Dr. Stacey and her team came highly recommended from a family friend. After having a poor experience at my previous dentist I could not believe how well treated I was and less painful the dentist could be! Since the beginning of becoming a patient Dr Stacey has always been open and honest with what is required to be done and often has multiple options. She and her team make you feel very comfortable educated before making any decisions and will always help you choose what’s best for you. I am very thankful to have found Dr Stacey and her amazing team to take care of my smile!

Been with Dr Stacey for over 20 years. Started as a kid and stayed with her as an adult. She came highly recommended to my family and she has always given me the best advice for my oral care. Best dentist ever. Wonderful staff. Very accommodating and helpful and considerate in every way. My kids - yes, my kids - like going to the dentist because Dr. Stacey and the team are so very kind and welcoming. Dr. Stacey brings nothing but the outmost competence and professionalism to her work. My opinion is that her credentials for the work she offers are second to none when compared to other dentists in the area. I heard they are Rude telling patients to get insurance but theses patients cant afford insurance. My whole family has gone elsewhere now . l highly recommend Dr Simon Pong.
