Complete rip off. Quoted £150 and charged £750! Threatening behaviour. Issue was bodged and never fixed. Had to call another plumber out to sort it. Waste of money but worse still nasty people, horrible experience. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have called and they confirmed they could come straight away. I texted the address, asking if they were definitely coming, they said yes ("C u soon" to be specific). Failed to show up or inform me they weren't coming.
