I’m a proud veteran disabled veteran person and to endure this kind of treatment is painful. It saddens me to make this post! Manny and his crew were there for my move provided any accommodations necessary as it was during a time when my health wasn’t so great and a sad time for me- the loss of my mom April2023. But this statement isn’t so true “Safe-Choice We treat your possessions like our own and handle everything with care. DTM is the moving company you can trust.” I have missing items some they took without asking and some they took for repair and I’ve heard nothing back My King size upholstery sleigh bed for repair never to be seen again. rod iron table for repair never to be seen again, glass shelves and doors broken during the move never to be seen again. I have scratches chips cracks on the dining room chairs and table they offered like $120 for repair this is a North Shore Dining room set that offer was an insult. I sent pictures and videos of other broken item antique cookie jar, several porcelain pieces. Bookshelves I sent video they offered like $40 to replace those another insult. My tv stand broken and 70” tv nolonger works. My walls are scratched up. Manny was so nice I can’t believe he’s doing this to me. sent videos pictures text emails filled out the claim form all to no avail. I wish no ill will upon him. I just had to share my disappointment.

Do not use this mover!! My experience with DTM Van Lines as been awful. The day of my move the crew damaged several of my items and damaged the brand new floor in my house! They were supposed to use floor liners and never even attempted to lay those out. One of the crew members had an attitude when we pointed out the damages and even started talking badly about us in Spanish (we could understand). After talking to customer service I was assured that after filling out a claim form everything would be taken care of. That’s where the real headache has begun. It took days of calling to even get someone to send me this BLANK form to file out. Ever since then I have called numerous times every week to see when my items will be fixed and my claim will be addressed and I get the run around every time. The customer service manager never calls back, never sends the follow up emails. Please save yourself from this nightmare and do not use this company!!! Worst experience ever.

I am not sure who these people are, but they’ve had my furniture since July and at every step I keep getting excuses of why they can’t make the delivery. I don’t know who the owner of this company is, when I initially inquired about my furniture, the person I had made the booking with, out right yelled at me , trying to put blame on me why my furniture wasn’t delivered. Which company would actually do that , right there and then I should have known that I had been scammed. I did not know who I was dealing with. I still don’t know who I am dealing with. We are now in November, and I have not received my furniture, so I have actually started legal proceedings , since clearly, my furniture has been stolen and this is now a legal matter . I am confused with some of the good reviews they’re getting, so I’m thinking maybe I’m dealing with an imposter company. Do not deal with this company.

Extremely disappointing service and the epitome of unprofessionalism. They damaged a considerable amount of my belongings. I recently had one of the worst professional experiences with them. They mishandled my move, to say the least. They sent an inexperienced individual from their team who seemed more interested in asking me questions than in doing the actual moving. This resulted in my table and several items having damage. Additionally, they mishandled some items and couldn't even complete the move properly, forcing me to finish a significant portion of the work myself. If you are seeking reliable service and want your work to be done satisfactorily, I cannot recommend them. Their work quality is absolutely subpar

The moving company I hired bailed out on me last minute. I was connected to them by Angie’s list. Manny was very polite and helpful, was able to save the day for me, gave me a reasonable qoute. I paid for 3 guys. 4 guys showed up, they were on time, very professional, extreme polite and friendly. They handled my stuff with respect, nothing was broken. Thank you John, Justin, Isaac and Dennis for a job well done. If you need help with moving and want it done fast and efficient this would be the guys who can definitely do it. Once again thank you DTM Vanlines for saving the day for me, most especially the 4 guys I have mentioned who truly went above and beyond. So, so greatful to ya’ll.

Absolutely the worst management I’ve ever came across. My movers that physically moved me were great. They were efficient and moved quickly when they got there but I was scheduled to move at 9:00am and the movers arrived at 4:30pm. I had confirmed this move timing three times leading up to the move out day and they assured me it would be in the morning. I also scheduled with them a month in advance so I’m not sure why my move was bumped to the last of the moves that day when I clearly booked and called few times to confirm. Please do not book with this company. Waste of a whole day of moving. Not punctual at all. Save yourself the stress and go with another company.

Used there service terrible would never recommend, they provided a 3hour time window in which they would arrive came a hour and have past that no communication that they were gonna be late. So waiting the whole time, delays delays delays. Inexperienced mover some young kids broke my desk could lift anything! No I’m sorry or tell me how there gonna fix it! Just do you still want it!!! Unprofessional!!! Still charged full price of move! Damaged boxes too and couches too desk was a gift! I mean come on called to resolve issues with the desk no call back. There are other movers better then this only went with them cause I was in a time crunch!

I google had negative rating. They would definitely deserve that. Manny Garcia or so called Edwards by there employees is unprofessional and gives an estimate for lesser amount and charges more. I will be going in detail tomorrow. Cameron, Mitchell and Dennis were decent enough to complete the job. They were not even provided by power tools to do the job. I was given a window of 9 to 12 pm. The crew reached at 1:45 pm. When I called manny asking about ETA he was complaining on his crew that he asked them to give me a call 45 minutes ago.

Showed up 8 hours after scheduled time. Said they would give us a discount which ended up being a whopping $50. One of the movers stood over my daughter's shoulder insisting she complete the review in front of him and took a picture of her completed review. Just a little bit of intimidation! Tried talking to the booker and he won't return phone calls. DO NOT recommend.

Super professional and timely! Got my job done in less than 15 minutes in a 3 story house with 2 flights of stairs. My equipment was handled with care and the team was very nice. I’ll definitely be using them again for my moving needs. Job: moved an exercise bike from 3rd floor to 1st floor and rearranged a treadmill in the same room.

The crew Cameron, Mitchell and Andry I can't thank you guys enough for coming and taking care of moving our safe!!! Mike said you were clean cut, respectful, strong and fast!!! Cameron, Mitchell & Enrique were excellent movers. They safely moved all my household items and furniture from the my old place to my new one. They were very professional and very nice. Three Mexicans in a truck did me right. Half the price of the big names like All my Sons. I forget the names but one looks like jack harlow. One was small and spoke no English and one was sweaty. Good crew. Happy as could be

Quoted a friend $627 and over charged over $500 from their estimate. Would not recommend a company that deceives people like this. They harassed him until he paid the difference
