Pumps out of receipt paper again! It is an inconvenience to customers to go ask for receipt from cashiers. Cashier was not in store and when he came in I told him a it would be nice if the pumps had paper his response was just say you need a receipt. I then Again stated that the pumps should have paper he began to talk over me repeatedly saying - just say you need receipt you don’t need to say anything else. I then said then. Give me my receipt and he refused to give one at that point and made a shooing action with his hand. No name tag - refused to give manager info or name. He is tall thin and has nose ring. Not the type of employee or customer treatment that reflects well on Daileys. I have always bought my gas at this store and no paper at the oips is a reoccurring issue. I will no longer buy gas here and will drive to a Wawa from now on!

Well, there's a women in there deli that straight up refuses to do what every other dailys does. When I order a milkshake, I sit at the counter for at least ten minutes before I had to just raise my voice to get their attention. I then asked to just add extra cookies in my milkshake please. She refused. She stated that if it's not an option in the computer then they can't do it. It's just extra cookies though. I have no problems paying for them. Therefore her "inventory" will be fine. She has done this before. This is the only dailys that will just refuse. It seems a little extra cookies is worth any milkshakes or any other items that I'll purchase here. I got my refund and I wipe my hands of this power tripping dailys deli. Shame

Great employees, very friendly and efficient! Cleanest gas station/convenient store that I have been to in a very long time. Great vacuum center and car wash. The best thing about this Daily’s besides the wonderful employees? FREE AIR for your tires! The only downside? People pulling out of their parking spots or the people turning into the parking lot off Atlantic Blvd. seem to forget to watch out for other drivers and almost run them over every time I’ve gone to this particular location. I think the gas pumps and parking spots may not have enough distance between them. So watch out as you’re driving through, but also remember to smile, say hello & enjoy some of the nicest clerks you’ll ever meet in Jacksonville.

Daily's located in the San Marco area truly embodies their words of being "nicer"! The efforts that this business takes to make sure their employees and customers are taken care of reflect in many ways. Upon arrival I noticed that all gas pumps were in good condition and working. The store and pumps had adequate lighting. Inside I was greeted and all items I needed were organized and available. Public restrooms are clean and employees kept the floors clear of debris. The people who I encounter at the front desk were accommodating to my request. The only cons of this store is that item prices were not competitive with other convenient stores.

Nothing but criminals and steamers at this location and hopefully everybody within the past 6 months that has been employed by this company will be in jail for no less than three years up to 25 years including corporate offices.

The lady at the dash is extremely incompetent and rude. We come in all the time and she acts like she doesn't want to be there at all. She forgets items on our order. Takes wayyy to long and today she made 1 item, took a ten minute break and forgot about our second one, then when we called her out about it she makes it subpar and puts latte foam all over the lid to be petty??? She needs her pay docked or just straight up fired. Its disgusting.

Fast food? No. One person working in a dark kitchen. People being served out of order. The place is filthy. All the tables and chairs are dirty, the TOUCH order screen is greasy. I had to clean it myself. Slow. People served out of order. Just a disorganized mess. Oh yeah, and the food was awful. Dry biscuit and meat. Sitting under a heater for hours? Why have a "restaurant" at all if they're just going to serve gas station food?

This is my morning stop to get coffee, breakfast and whatever else I may need. I love it here, except when Taz takes time off. The other dailys dash employees that work the coffee area need to learn from him. I usually have the best experience. This week has been miserable. Creamer not stocked, coffee NOT there. Filthy. No sandwiches ready to go. Taz keeps everything in order and everything stocked. He's the best!!!

Absolutely terrible. I left an item at the store on accident. Once I realized I called the manager and Angela told me she personally put it in the safe. I was not able to return for a few days. I called back to confirm it was there and it was no longer in the safe per Mason. Who stole my item? And why would Angela put it in the safe to be safe, it if it was not safe....make it make sense. I hate it here.

I really enjoy going to this location in the mornings. There's always freshly brewed coffee and tea. Mr Taz is always cleaning and straighting up the place. Very clean and spotless..He and rest of the staff are always so helpful. I'm Always greeted when i walk inside. Makes you feel welcome. Just wanted to say thanks for doing a great job you all.

This Daily’s is fantastic! But the man who serves the food just hates his job. He had me waiting 30 min for a sandwich because he “hadn’t sat down all day”. (Even tho he was on the clock). He then proceeded to provide the absolute least customer service he could when as he gave me half the items I ordered.

Stopped in for some tobacco and decided to have lunch. Nice place, but the flies were bothersome. All around the food prep area, as well as the seating area. Otherwise seemed like a clean, well-stocked location. Wouldn't hurt if a couple of the employees were a tad friendlier.
