Dan came to fix a very faulty wiring system in an outlet box. First of all due to COVID he was appropriately dressed with protective wear. In seconds he found the problem, repaired it, but was not satisfied with just doing that. He wanted to insure that there was no wider spread of the problem. After verifying that everything was safe I was left assured that I no longer had any worries. This man was probably the most professional, knowledgeable repair person that I have ever had in my home. I wish I could give him more than the 5 stars allowed as in my opinion he is a 10. Thank you Dan.

2023 update: Dan helped me once again, this time with a haunted doorbell that would ring in the middle of the night all on its own. The problem was solved quickly and he gave me great info on future troubleshooting. I'll definitely continue to use Dan's services in the future! 2022: I contacted Dan and he texted back immediately and was available to come over an hour later. He was very friendly and patient with my curious kittens while he sorted out my issue. Great service all around and will definitely be calling him for all future electrical needs. Thanks again, Dan!
