I have bought from the particular store many times, always impressed with the style and quality. Customer service is outstanding. Shop employee Ella, helped not only provide an amazing outfit approved by a mother and the child, but helped de-escalate a teenagers anxiety attack. Showed true compassion whilst completing her job. A modern day fairy godmother if you will.

I was so excited to visit this store when I was last in brisbane because I don’t have one in my town and have been ordering online occasionally. The staff were so intimidating and didn’t even say hello, even thought they watched me walk in and the store was quiet :(

One of the employees, I think their name was Annabel went above and beyond for me, finding a dress I wanted in a different Dangerfield store and getting it shipped to me for free. Super friendly too, one of the best stores.

Such different clothes to other stores, so unique and new styles/designs regularly which means all your friends won't be wearing the same!✅ Not cheap, but get what you pay for (good quality, cool styles)

Staff forgot to take the security tag off my clothes, so I couldn't wear it to an event that night. Offered no compassion or compensation when I went back to tell them. "we can't help you"

One of the most unique stores I have ever been to! Super cool pieces. Doesn’t have a lot of sizing but it’s super interesting definitely visit this shop if you like one of a kind pieces.

Went in multiple times about the same issue - manager was never there so I asked to get a callback - multiple times didnt hear back. Other staff was great though.

If you're buying any sort of t shirt, make sure you get 3 sizes larger than your actual size. No matter how you wash it, it will shrink.
