"Ordered a mocha and it was almost cold, which I don't understand how is that possible"
the people running this place really got me confused. I mean the food and beverage business is supposed to be all about customer service, something they have zero knowledge in. I went there with my family two weeks ago at around 5:30 pm. first they tell us that they had already cleaned up (closing at 6) therefore we can not dine in. we tried to be understanding and decided to go ahead and get what we went there for. the second shock came when we wanted to get coffee with our pastries, the old lady goes “we already cleaned the coffee machine”. honestly had the kids not been waiting eagerly for the pastries I wouldn’t have spent a penny there. however, the pastries are just as good as any other Danish Pastry house.
Danish Pastry House chain is my favorite bakery in Canada. Baked items are just how they should be. All real ingredients, super tasty. If you haven't tried yet, you have to do it as you don't know what you are missing out. I lived in Finland for a bit and visited Denmark often during that time. Bakery is exactly how you would find in that part of the world. And it's superb! I was sad when I moved back to Canada as no local breads, cakes and bakery were on par. Then I discovered Danish Pastry House in Toronto and made trips just to get some fresh bakery. Now we have it in Burlington :) couldn't be happier. Go try it! Yum! You don't know what you are missing

Ordered a mocha and it was almost cold, which I don't understand how is that possible. Additionally, not even the taste was good. My friend order a green tea, which was not good as well, she said that I'd didn't taste strong as green tea. The tables and the floor were not clean. It was not a good experience though. Pastry seems to be good, but the main reason for our stop was a coffee.
I used to go to Danish pastry in Oakville before I moved to Burlington it was really tasty and fresh So I decided to visit Danish pastry in Burlington but I honestly it was the worst croissant I ever had ( sorry to say that) . The cheese croissant was very oily the almond barely had any almonds from the outside and from the inside it was simple plain no flavor
It's the best!! Who knows more about danishes than the Danish? Am I right people? Watch out because the names for their goodies behind the glass counter are right out of the IKEA catalogue. I thought I ordered an apple strudel and it turns out I had ordered a lamp! Ha! Going back again for sure. And their coffee is ☕ p e r f e c t . . .
I used to go there almost every to get coffee and a pastry. Today I went again and they said they don’t offer free wifi to the customers when I asked. I am not going there anymore. That is not how you should be treating your customers when every coffee shop in the area will have no problem giving its customers free wifi.
Nice place, great products, very inconsistent service especially on weekend mornings. Today is the 3rd time I have been turned away because staff are not ready to open on time. Not worth my time to wait around. Hoping something changes soon.

Super disapointed. Took an hour via uber eats to get our 4 croissants. Were told by uber it wasnt the delicery person but the bake shop....idk what takes so long about 4 croissants. On top of that 1 of them are missing....extremly disapointing. Will not recommend wasting your time or money.
Life is always better with authentic danish pastries. If you are going to have one weakness in life, let it be an addiction to their goodies. Everything I have tried is exceptional. Crispy, feather-light pastry and the perfect balance of
Would give zero starts if I could, rude managers and employees. I waited 10 minutes for them to finish making a latte, and the pastries are old and taste expired. Would not recommend to anyone.
I ordered an almond croissant and I would not do so again. It seemed to be overcooked as it was hard, quite chewy and there was hardly any filling in it. I was very disappointed.
Great selection of pastries. Tastes good, fresh and seem to be made with high quality ingredients. Staffs are friendly. Tables and chairs for eating in are now available.
Excellent knowledge n customer service by Greg At Burlington...we njoyed it Specifically vanilla latte with 1 pump of vanilla with whole milk ...Greg keep it …
The pastry is very good, but the mocca had no flavour and the place is very dirty. It was empty when we got there and all tables were dirty as the floor.
Very happy to discover this place. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I enjoyed the pastries and cookies I bought!
They have some amazing pasties and breads. The croissants were a bit too buttery for my liking, but still very good
Great and personal service. A lot of space and very friendly. Glad that there are finally here in Burlington.
