4.8. Shocker, THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! I only smoke Nuro brand Delta 8 vapes from this store (highly recommended as they don't leave me needing Primatene Mist after), and the cartridges are always quality and the service is even better, the cashiers who know me know exactly what I want when I walk in. It's not Cheers, but it's close. In addition, I just have to reiterate that ALL the cashiers here are professional, friendly, and really just mellow and funny. They're just chill people. Special shout out to Cameron who helped me out and was friendly, professional and went above and beyond both for myself and for the business. Shout out to Dustin who is always so friendly and fair to EVERYONE who walks into the store and who gives great recommendations and genuinely to helps to give Dank's that community feel that gives it that 4.8 rating that's so deserved, and technically, I think it should be a straight five. Been through multiple times, always a great selection which is why I'd come back regardless but this time ensured I'll never stop anywhere else for my smoke shop needs. I didn't get her name but the gorgeous redhead was extremely knowledgeable, willing to help, and showed great patience even though I can be super indecisive. She walked me through and had information for every product she presented. Not even just the best customer service I've ever received at a smoke shop, probably the best customer service period. Pretty sure she's already running the shop but if she's not, she should be. Kudos to a dope smoke shop, and kudos to the unnamed gorgeous redhead that's amazing at what she does.

Came in for one item, was just grazing over the water pipes and Yvonne saw me within minutes and stayed with me the whole time , I realized I had quite a few items I needed to price check and she helped me find them all or at least find out if they sold the item there at all. My biggest issue I seem to always encounter is the staffs urgency to get me out the door. But that wasn't the case finally! Regardless that I came in at a pretty busy time of day she didn't rush me at all. Yvonne treated me like I was the only one in the store but still didn't ignore customers around me. She helped them when I was clearly browsing around. Will return for sure!

Normally have a wonderful experience with the workers of the smoke shop. They are friendly, funny, genuine people! Unfortunately on April 10th of 23 the lady ( short, dark hair, with piercings) at the cash register was extremely rude. She declined to help me and wouldn’t even look at my birth date or tell me why I was refused service. I had to come back with another source of I.D and then she didn’t even have the courtesy to help me she told her other cashier to help me and proceeded to talk behind our back… Shout out to my morning people for always helping me out and bringing a smile to my face you rock!!

Overall great store typically with great friendly workers HOWEVER the short female cashier on the bigger side working today April 10th around 3pm with piercings put a giant bad taste in my mouth with her attitude. Completely uncalled for and makes me not want to return. We were more than friendly and to be treated so poorly because she wanted to leave early and then talking behind our backs while refusing to help us CANNOT be good for business. Shout out to the homies that work nights y'all are always nice.

This is a great smoke shop, they have a great selection with new rotating items and a consistent stock of the hot sellers. The hours are a saving grace for me, as most other shops close between 9-10 PM. If want to stop by after work at midnight it is very convenient, the only time they are closed is Monday morning 12-7. Otherwise, this is a reliable, friendly, safe option for all of your legal smoking needs. I strongly support and recommend Dank

Dusty is on point! His positive energy and product knowledge changed this mundane errand stop into an enjoyable, informative visit that will also get a return to check out some additional new products. Taco is the OG of the staff, he definitely deserves credit for making me a regular! This is what the neighborhood smoke shop should be, I highly recommend everyone here as great to superlative!

I've been in here a few times and usually get the same employee to help me. His name is David I believe and he always has great customer service which I greatly appreciate. He always is extremely knowledgeable on your products and always makes me feel like a valued customer rather I'm buying wrap or a large piece.

Staff there is really awesome! I took a long time picking something out and the guy that helped me had alot of patience and really good suggestions. Ended up spending 120 on a new water pipe and they even threw in a plastic grinder! Totally recommend them.
