MY EXPERIENCE OF BEING WITH THIS COMMUNITY IS SINCE 1975 AS A CHILD...AND AS WE SAY "KEEPING IT REAL " I CAN'T QUOTE EXACTLY THE YEAR IT WENT UP, BUT FROM THE STRUGGLES DEEP IN THE ANCESTRAL HISTORY OUR PEOPLE WENT THROUGH, BAKEWELL PRIMARY HAS PROVIDED AN EDUCATION THAT BROUGHT UPON THE TRANSITION OF THE COMMUNITIES CHILDREN WHICH I CAN CALL BY NAMES IN MOST CASES THAT WERE EXITING THEIR INFANCY AND THEIR ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE SO CLEARLY I ATTRIBUTED TO PRINCIPAL KAREN WARD HER STAFF AND FACULTY . THEY ARE GENUINELY THE ONES WHOM CREATED THE MAGIC OF THE CHILDS USE OF WRITING INSTRUMENTS, EDUCATION OF HISTORY THAT SAYS WITHIN "I KNOW " THAT BRINGS SMILES AMOUNGST GENERATIONAL LINES THAT I PRIDE MYSELF IN SAYING MY 6 YR.0LD WILL BE RECIEVES HIS EDUCATION THERE AS WE SPEAK. DON'T LET ME TO USE ALL OF YOUR INK SUPPLIES ATTEMPTING TO GIVE YOU A FULL VIEW OF THE MAGIC CREATED AND MY APPRECIATION.

This is a good school if the communication was their. My son has went their for kinder and first my daughter is their for pre k. Mrs. Guynes is an okay teacher I just wished that she would do her own work and not expect the parents to do so. Some kids can not participate in some activities because she never let's the parents know what is going on or half ass give out flyers. My daughter will not be going their next year and I will not give a referral at all. The principal says she will do something about it but just talks so u can feel better and nothing gets reaolved.
