Misha and Constantine are great sales people and based on other reviews, I believe my situation is not common. Although, they have chosen to ignore me after my concerns regarding the vehicles true condition. Only a week after purchasing a vehicle from them, I noticed low oil and had it topped. Another week went by and I received a low oil warning again, which resulted in an almost 3 week oil consumption test being done. Turns out, the vehicle has severe oil consumption issues due to extremely worn pistons and piston rings. During this test, the technician also noticed that the vehicle had a couple safety related issues that were overlooked by Dapper… a faulty alarm system (that goes off randomly), and a damaged CV axle, resulting in an almost $20k repair estimate. These exact issues were not even covered under the aftermarket warranty they tried selling to me. Everything else on the vehicle seems very clean and works well, to my knowledge, though, every dealership should, at the very least, have their vehicle pass a simple safety inspection. The CV axle is in a condition where it looks as if it has been damaged for years. Nonetheless, it would have been great to work out a reasonable solution with Dapper. Instead, I’ve been ignored regarding damage to serious engine components and safety related items. I originally chose to purchase a vehicle here because of the positive reviews, but I do not recommend anybody buy a vehicle from a dealership that most likely knew about these issues, and/ or failed to do a simple safety inspection.

Today I had the pleasure of purchasing a used car from Dapper Dealerships, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. He made me feel valued and prioritized, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences before showing me a range of cars that were suitable for me. One car that stood out to me was the one that was shown to me by Konstantin. He was able to provide me with all the necessary information about the car and even went above and beyond by giving me a detailed breakdown of its history and maintenance records. Also I had a 10 minutes test drive. After selecting the car that I wanted, the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by Misha and the rest of the Dapper Dealerships team. In less than an hour, I was able to drive away with my new car, feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase. Overall, I would highly recommend Dapper Dealerships to anyone in the market for a used car. Their exceptional customer service, knowledgeable staff, and efficient processes make the entire car buying experience a pleasure. Good customer service but that's where it ends, I've had my car for 5 months going into 6 months and a lot of problems are showing up one after the other, first it was a bad starter and luckily the warranty covered it but they sent my mechanic a used starter so I don't when it'll become a problem again then it was the battery that was from 3 freaking years ago and I admit it was my fault for not checking everything because everything worked and seemed as good as new but I was so wrong and now my display is saying “service due soon - b1” and then on my way to the mechanic I saw that it changed to b14. Just too many problems are showing up all of a sudden, I’m convinced the guy who took us on the test drive is at fault because as soon as we got out into the street he started flooring it obviously showing off the car but at the end of the test drive even though I didn't like the way he was handling the car we still got it because I really needed a car that day and I just shrugged it off but now that I'm having problems with the car I realize how many times he must have driven that car same exact way and most likely the other cars in the dealer . Just a really bad experience with this dealership I regret buying a car from this place.

Misha -- another bait and switch ! Please people, understand that whether you have great credit or very challenged, this dealership will waste your time, lie to you, and make false promises that will ultimately never be fulfilled. Misha called me with a "pre-approval" (a term which is grossly misleading and should not even be legal), and stated that he would work a better deal on a newer vehicle, then blamed the bank when they ultimately wanted a co-signer after already stating otherwise in several calls. Misha will act friendly (while also unprofessionally referring to you as "brother" and "boss") until they decide that they want more money from you -- then it all changes. And I can force a response from the company blaming me and or my situation (which I was amply clear of from the beginning) -- this lends even more so to the highly unprofessional treatment from this shady dealer. Far, far better options out there -- believe the one star reviews and move on to a dealership who actually values your time and money !

The hold process was pretty smooth. My wife and I walked in to get her a new car and we were helped instantly. First Constantine helped us look at a few cars and while we initially were curious about the BMW we actually ended up loving the Volkswagen CC instead! After being helped by Constantine we were helped by Misha who is super personable and patient. They stayed 2 hours after closing just to help us get a car at a rate that was below market value and reasonable for our budget. Big thanks to Dapper Car Sales and especially the two guys who helped. What started off as a simple google search turned in to the best auto buying experience I’ve ever had. And I say that wholeheartedly as I’ve purchased quite a few cars over the years.
