One word - Frustrating. I require a third Pfizer vaccination. I have a valid letter documenting this. My first experience: a call to book the appointment was challenging. While on the call with the quiet and polite receptionist, a women (I suspect the practice manager or another staff member) was talking loudly causing an excruciating long call as the receptionist had to wait for breaks in the loud conversation or repeat things she'd said that I hadn't heard. Second experience: Welcomed by the receptionist (probably the receptionist I'd initially spoken to) advising she didn't know if the practice performed third Pfizer vaccinations. Then another women (I suspect the practice manager / staff member overheard in the call) approached me and said that she didn't know if the practice offered third vaccinations. That it would be dependent on a medicare consult. Despite my response that the clinic should already be aware of its ability dependent on appropriate documentation, an argument ensued with the women initially not returning my valid letter. I don't have a problem with a Medicare consult whereby my suitability is validated according to a valid letter but the staff in the practice should already know what the clinic's position is. I felt uncomfortable. I felt like the clinic didn't practice professionalism to the expectations I anticipated and required. I felt very uncomfortable, hurt, angry and upset with not being understood. I left with letter in hand without my third Pfizer vaccination.

First of all before I write this review I want to say that I have been brought up with the traditional view of revering and respecting doctors no matter what, however after seeing this Dr Jiang for the first time, my opinion changed and I need to write and let everyone know to avoid seeing this lunatic at all costs. I came to the realization that instead of getting good and sound advice from someone who I thought was a doctor and wrongfully assumed that because he is a doctor, he has compassion and wants to help people, especially sick children (my son for example) I instead should have given this donkey/banana a referral to go see a good psychiatrist. It is obvious Dr Jiang is mentally ill and I would not recommend even my enemy to see this idiotic man. I should have known better and if I stayed any longer listening to his garbage, I’m sure my son would have gotten sicker than he already was. Never again. I’d rather drive 5 hours and see a doctor who has dignity rather than someone like this fool.

Horrible experience from start to finish. The doctor was the worst I've ever seen. He asked an array of extremely personal and unnecessary questions and when i visually got upset and began to leave he began waffling on about how its the government that makes him ask all these questions. I've been to many gps over the years and none of them interegated me until I was in tears. Once all that was done he didn't even look at my ailment closely, asked if I had high blood pressure but didn't even take my blood pressure, then just brushed me off telling me to go see my usual doctor. DO NOT RECOMMEND, SAVE YOURSELF AND BOOK ELSEWHERE

Dr Tina Horng is the BEST Doctor I know. I've started seeing her from a small age, and in fact my whole family sees her for all our medical needs. She is very passionate and caring to her Patients, and had really helped me during my down times. The Receptionists here are also all very nice.

Dr Chiang is definitely the expert of showing care and providing the state of art medical services for the local community. He also has decades of experience in terms of the work cover and TAC rehabilitation. Nothing to complain and thanks for looking after my whole family!

I felt Dr Q he is the best doctor,and he is really good at acupuncture。He is a tough-talking doctor with a soft heart, and he is of great help to our patients. He made me feel better, and every week I drove three hours to get acupuncture, which was very helpful

Absolutely awful experience. The doctor had a full fledge tantrum when I said I'd appreciate if he spoke a language I understood when talking to a nurse that was working on a wound on my child.

The staff and doctor were excellent with our son who was very anxious about his Covid vaccination. They even took him in early! Great communication and very empathetic.

Not sure this is a real clinic. I must have rung about 9 times within an hour. Professionals never allow their phone to just ring out. It says a lot.

Had my booster shot here and the staff and doctor were all super lovely from start to finish. Will definitely be coming back
