I have been a customer for four years and received a notice of non-renewal, due to a claim for a fire (our neighbors apartment caught in fire and we had smoke and water damage) in 2016 and theft in 2017. I thought that's why you have renters insurance, to cover your belongings. Oh well I won't be recommending Allstate to anyone.
