We wanted to protect our new Tesla Model Y as soon as possible after buying it. I shopped around, and Darrings was by far the most reasonably priced. Some other PPF installers (ClearBraIndy) post prices on their website, but when you actually get a quote, it's almost twice as high! Not with Darrings. Rod called me personally and spent over 30 minutes explaining the process and going over options. He educated me that "lifetime" ceramic coating that some other services offer requires you to go back to them every year for an "inspection", and you have to pay for it. This "inspection" is just them putting on another coat of ceramic, and you're paying for it. Our cost for full-front PPF and ceramic coating was about 30% less than any other quote I got. We picked up our new car, and immediately drove it to Darrings. They were done in a long weekend. Not only are their prices fair and reasonable, the quality of work is top-notch! I cannot recommend them enough. If you have a Tesla (or any other car), this is the place to take it.

Roderick Darring defines the word customer service. It is rare these days to find a business owner like Roderick that takes so much pride in his work. He truly puts his customers and their satisfaction first. There are several clear bra businesses closer to my house, but I chose to go with Darring's Detail based on his Google feedback and I'm glad I did. Roderick was willing to meet me on a Sunday afternoon to drop off my car and met me after business hours so I could pick up my car. He is a perfectionist and it shows. I had a clear bra put on my wife's van at a "chain" establishment and their installation pales in comparison to Roderick's installation. Roderick's installation closely follows all body lines and are straight and consistent. His pricing is straight forward and he doesn't hit you with any "shop supplies" fee like the "chain" establishments. Thanks again Roderick, I'll be bringing all my future vehicles to you.

I really enjoyed my interactions with Rod. Rod is super down to earth which I really appreciated. He's also got a great group of friendly employees too which is awesome! I had just purchased a new car and wanted to protect it the best I could from the get go. I found Darrings through Yelp and the A-list. I stopped in towards the end of the day and Rod spent about an hour discussing the clear film with me. I appreciated that Rod was willing to schedule me on the weekend while the shop was closed to minimize the traffic and dust around when the film was being applied. The finished result looked great! The only issue now is I really wish I could have afforded to wrap the whole car! This is my first black car and It's driving me crazy how unforgiving the color is when showing dirts, love marks etc... Definitely worth the hour plus drive!

Rod Darring did the paint protective film for my brand new Tesla Model S. From the very beginning Rod demonstrated a level of knowledge and professionalism that I was not expecting. He was very responsive, available when I had questions, and flexible to my schedule. Rod's work was exceptional. He texted me daily pics and updates on the progress of my car and even went above and beyond by throwing in a few extras that I did not pay for. I round a tiny bubble in the film last week and contacted Rod. He came to my house and personally repaired the bubble that same weekend!!! I would not hesitate to recommend Rod and his team to any of my friends and I would never consider taking my car to anyone else in the future. The only downside is that I can only give him 5 stars. Did my research, got three quotes from different companies and tried to speak with each about process, warranty, etc. Rod took the time to go through all of that with me. Not my first time for window tint and PPF but first time to have used Darrings Detail and I’ll be praising the work he and his team did. Fair price, car was finished when Rod said it would be and, the car looks great. He’s a “car guy” and as he told me when I inquired about a specific tint he gave me a straight up response. He could have just said yes and I would have had it done and he would have made more $. Instead, he replied that he wouldn’t do it if it were his car. I felt like a client rather than just another customer. Nice to know there are still business owners like that. Thanks Rod.

Took my car here for a full detail. I had to take a day off work to get it done as I live an hour away but I wanted it done properly so it was worth it to me. Unfortunately, they had some overbooking issues on the day I brought it so it was late getting done and probably didn't get the attention it needed. They were rushing to complete it after hours. It looked pretty good but after doing a more thorough inspection, I found a couple items that I felt were missed. Mr Darring is extremely professional and was apologetic. He made the situation right and handled it as well as I've ever seen another owner do. I appreciated his genuine approach and will be returning in the future to have our cars detailed despite living an hour away.

Unfortunately my search continues for a reputable shop to detail our vehicles. When I received my car back after hours (per my request) I noticed a small tear in my front drivers seat--that I sit in daily. I contacted them immediately to report the concern expecting them to "make it right" and to my surprise was told they were sure it was already there and I must have not noticed. My seats are beige! I have a Master's degree and work in customer service..... I found this response woefully inadequate. If you value your auto please give this company second thoughts! I used their service before with this same vehicle and was pleased, not this time. I will not return nor will I recommend Darrings Detail to others.

I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Not only is the owner Rod extremely friendly but they got me in quickly with my busy work schedule. I came in for a dent on the quarter panel on my drivers side that happened about a year ago, I had been putting off getting it fixed because of money & high estimates from other shops. They saved me $200. Rods dent tech got the dent out super quick (only took 45 minutes) & it looks like it was never there, I couldn’t be happier. If I need any other car needs pertaining detailing etc I will be coming back. Definitely will be recommending to family and friends. Thanks again!

I just had the pleasure of taking my new car to Darring's Detail. Let me just say, Rod was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was always in communication on what I should expect. I had the full hood PPF and ceramic coating applied to my brand new BMW M240i. I just picked it up and it looks fantastic. Rod did excellent work in a quick time frame. There were some additional accent pieces that required some more intricate cuts and Rod was able to handle them no problem. I found the price to be very reasonable as well. Feel confident to go with Rod!

I called yesterday, he said he day an opening the next day and I was able to get in. I said the I would be there around 730-8 and I was there beforehand. The door was locked and it was raining so I gave him a call and said I'm here to drop my car off. He came and unlocked the door for me and made me feel comfortable. I knew it would take all day and he gave me a call when it was finished. Picked it up made sure I liked it before I paid for it. He was so professional and did such an amazing job. I wish I could of added a tip. I didn't have cash and forgot about asking. I will definitely be back!

After the freak hail storm last month I found several areas on my month old car. I contacted several body and detail shops. Hands down Darrings was above the rest. The other places only pressured me to file a claim with my insurance to run up their bill. Darrings did not pressure me to file a claim understood that I did not want to use insurance and gave me a fair straight price. The paintless dent repair was done timely and I cannot tell there was ever any damage. I will be back for all my cosmetic needs in the future. So glad to have an honest shop in my neighborhood!

I took my Miata to Darrings Detail to get ppf installed. Rod was excellent every step of the process. He was very polite, showed us the shop, and gave us a quote very quickly. My husband and I love detailing cars but we don’t have experience with paint protection film installation. I must’ve asked about a dozen questions of the process and he answered them all very enthusiastically, never annoyed and never rushed to get me out of the door. I must also say the work is great and the seams are impeccable. The fair pricing and the quality of work cannot be beaten.

I received a gift card for an interior detail over a year ago and just now made the appointment. They were very kind and didn't push back on the gift card being "old" at all. They had their work cut out for them as I have two dogs and the interior was desperately needing a deep clean. While this is embarrassing for me, they told me that it took 3 guys 1 hour to just vacuum all of the dog hair out...! They cleaned every nook and cranny inside my 7 passenger SUV. I appreciate their hard work and my car looks brand new again inside!

I’ve used Darrings Detail twice now for an exterior detail and once for a Clear Bra application (one a new car and a vintage car). Both times, they have been fantastic to work with and produced incredible results. Their cost is fair but you choose these guys because you want QUALITY. Great people to work with and it’s clear they they put an emphasis on results they provide. Will always take my work to these guys in the future, it’s worth the wait!

The service and professionalism that I experienced when I took my car into Darrings Detail this weekend was excellent. They had a HUGE job waiting for them with my filthy tan cloth interior, and they were able to exceed my expectations. My car is now the cleanest I’ve ever seen it, and it all happened for a reasonable price point. Mr. Roderick is really nice! He takes time to explain what needs to be done and offers suggestions to save you some money. For our car, he was able to work with us, deliver as promised, and even did extra! Looking forward to finishing the ceramic coating on my car's tailgate next month...didn't do that cos of some paint issues from the manufacturer. Overall, don't look any further. I went here based on the previous reviews that I had read. I made an appointment to have my Volkswagen Jetta cleaned. Not only did they detail my vehicle but went above and beyond by cleaning the truck which was not expected. They also removed some stains that I had in my headliner from a cam of Ginger Ale that had exploded last summer. Not only would I recommend them but I will also be bring my other cars to them from now on

I took my 2016 Challenger Hellcat to Darrings for the Xpel paint protection film install. Rod was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process and did impeccable work. I actually came from out of town, due to their great reputation and Rod was nice enough to meet me on a Saturday morning in order for me to pick up my car. I have a 2012 Ford Fiesta, and haven't cleaned it in some years. It was really in need of a good cleaning (dog hair, stained seats, dashboard and cup holdings all pretty sticky and dusty). I called Rod on Friday (they were pretty busy) and he got me in early Saturday morning and had me done around noon. He did a FANTASTIC job!! My car looked like it was brand new!!! I can't thank him enough for tackling such a tough job!

The work was excellent and the service even better. It’s not easy to find personalized service where someone goes the extra mile but that’s what Rod and his team do. Had a freak hailstorm on Friday, I called on Monday and my car was fixed on Wednesday. Turned out really good and the prices were realistic. Everywhere else I called was taking advantage of the situation for a quick buck but Darrings prices were good and the quality is there. Would like to have my other cars fixed soon and will bring them here.

Took my 2019 Escape in for estimate to remove tar from passenger side of white car. Their was a gallon can of road repair tar in middle of my lane on 465. I swerved to avoid, but my passenger tires hit it and black tar exploded over side of car. Rod and his team worked me in right away, and my car looks like new! Highly recommend Darring’s!

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Rod did a fantastic job getting the hail damage out of my car and fixed the paint defect I had so well I couldn't see where he touched it up, even in direct sunlight up close (2 ft). Just had the best detail on our 2006 Acura, it looks great and the collective odor is gone. Every inch of the inside of the car was washed with a bacterial soap/shampoo. I feel the price was very good for the service delivered!
