I hired David Chow for an IRS Fail I was given tickets for this past year. I had not been drinking and driving, and David ensured he was through with all of the information he presented.The IRS in Alberta consists of very new laws, and many lawyers are very unfamiliar with the new laws pertaining to the IRS Fail. David was very honest on his expectations of whether I would be found innocent of the charges or not, as well as very to the point in relaying the information he required from me, the processes he was using, updates when they occurred and the final results. His communication was professional and polite, as well as very honest. I had contacted approximately 7-8 different lawyers fro the free consultations, and I found some lawyers did not. listen to my story of events, cutting me off and making me feel that my voice was not being heard. This lessened my confidence in their ability as my lawyer, because I felt they did not have all the facts of my situation due to a lack of actively listening. This is not the case with David. He attentively listens, clarifies information, and then paraphrases your statement back to you, both verbal and written. This guy is amazing! The end result of my IRS Fail was it was thrown out, both for the seizure of my vehicle and the IRS Fail. I was found innocent of all charges. After David performed his job, with exceptional results, I had other questions and he still; followed up with me! He could have easily been like other lawyers, and just been like "I got paid, I did my job, no follow questions are needed to eat up my time." But David, answered any additional questions I had, was polite, and professional. He has a good sense of humour and is realistic in his approaches. If you want a lawyer that is passionate about his job, passionate about excelling for his clients and will do everything in his power to assist you in the best way possible, with honesty and integrity, David Chow is your lawyer. As I am sure if you are reading this review you have just gone through a very traumatic experience as it was for me. I have never had dealings with the police before and I was in shock and had no idea what to do. I was extremally fortunate to find David and from our first conversation my stress level began to subside. David explained the process that needed to be done and the tight window of time we had to follow. At all times during the process David made me feel like he had my best interest at heart and managed my expectations with honesty and integrity. The price I was quoted was more then fair compared to the others I had spoke with, but more importantly to me was David's demeanor and compassion that I was not feeling from the other people I had contacted. David kept in close contact with me at all times even to the point of letting me know when he would not be available due to court commitments which made me feel that I was not in this alone. At all steps David explained all of my options at each stage, then gave me his advice but never pressured me into making a choice that I was not comfortable making. Being totally honest I choose his advice always. David was extremally ill at my hearing but pushed himself through and represented me in the most professional and astute manner I could not have expected even if he was not sick. I am not sure how I can ever fully thank David for his help in this matter and although the out come in my case was positive and all charges and fines were dropped I can assure you I would still have written this review the same praising David's sincere care and professional manner I sincerely and I mean SINCERELY recommend David Chow to any and everyone in need of his services.

I believe I made the best choice to pick my lawyer on my DUI case. Before I choose him, I contacted a few " famous" lawyer or there office on the DUI case in the City. But it was extremely hard to reach them and the cost was too high. But with similar or better experience , David was very responsive and offered reasonable price compare to his experience. My case was flowed as he expected and he explained me all details that could happen during the process. through the long process (due to corona pandemic) I could reach him and ask any questions and get answer on the same day always(if he is not in busy time, he respond right away.)
