David Jones Electricians were great. The whole process from quotes to follow up and scheduling the actual job were all seemless. The electrician who came out, Ben, arrived early (this has never happened to me before!), was super lovely and explained everything really thoroughly. I really couldn't recommend this service highly enough.

I have used DJ Electricians several times already and thought it was about time I gave them a review. The latest service was when I called to have an outdoor plug installed out the back. As usual, the electrician was very professional and punctual. They always finish quickly and leave the place clean and tidy.

Exemplary service. I had a major electrical problem due to bad weather, contacted DJE around midnight and the problem was fixed around 10am next morning. When you're worried about dangerous live wires, it's good to hear, "don't worry, we'll fix it, electrician is on his way". Fast response, great service.

We booked David again as he was not only responsive and professional, but went out if his way to fix a faulty electrical plug. He had drop cloths and was ready to scramble below the house to source the problem and went way out his way. He also pointed out other potential aspects that we were grateful for.

Here is my experience with them. Booked in a job 2 weeks in advance for 7am start. Noone show up at 7am. I called them at 7:30am. Bunch of excuses at first and promised me to arrive at 9:00am. Finally someone else show up at almost 10am. From 9am to 10am no phone call no update nothing. Not happy.

Fabulous experience!! Ben & Simon came to our home this morning to replace our light/exhaust fan - they were prompt, fast, cleaned everything up, friendly and we now have a perfectly working bathroom light again. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a reliable and honest electrician!

Excellent service and very professional approach to the switchboard upgrade. The job was most successfully completed within the agreed timeframe. Ben was really cooperative in all respects including access to all 32 units in the block. The switch room is in much better shape now.
