I had been working with Peter from Regency Pharmacy for over a decade who sold his business to this new company, Peter was absolutely AMAZING. All of my information had been transferred to this new company - Davie Pharmacy and I was told that I could continue to work with them if I like. Because I like to work with smaller pharmacies who offer personalized service, I decided to give Davie Pharmacy a try. I worked with them for just over a year and a half and was left feeling quite unpleasantly surprised. Peter from Regency ALWAYS knew who I was when I came in and always made me feel known and welcomed. This new company always left me feeling as though I was just another customer just like shoppers drug mart and I was rarely greeted upon entering. I also experienced problems when showing up for pre booked appointments for important medical needs only to find that my appointment was either missed or that there were not enough staff to help me and I was turned away and to go online to re-reschedule my missed appointments without any offer from them to make it right or provide any real service to me. This company also reversed some prescriptions and not others without my knowing or permission without any calls to me to confirm anything. My overall impression of this company is that they really do not care about their customers and that they care more about fulfilling orders and making money. They never knew who I was when I came in nor cared to offer any help when needed. I have since moved my file to London Drugs as well as my Partners file and we have noticed a huge difference. London Drugs definitely delivers on service. After giving Davie Pharmacy a try for just over a year and a half, I definitely don’t recommend them if you are looking for a Pharmacy that offers personalized service.

I supposed not giving any star but google won't let me post. My family and I used to go to the owner's father pharmacy located in Broadway and Cambie for over twenty years. Since the father retired, we go to Davie for our prescriptions. However, I have no words to say about the services provided by the manger and staff on my 1st visit. I had my doctor faxed the prescription to the store. After 4 phone calls, I finally got my eye drops by using another ophthalmologist as they said the instructions from the previous ophthalmologist wasn't clear but the same ophthalmologist has been issued the same prescription and I've been using the same drop for over a year. In addition, they gave me the wrong size, the paper said 10ml but I got 5ml only. When I phoned the manager and try to see what went wrong, the manager wasn't friendly to help and refuse to acknowledge that was their mistake. I am totally disappointed about the services that I went through from this pharmacy.

I had more than one bad experience with pharmacist, Eugene. In my opinion, this guy is not fit to work with people. He gave me grief because I wouldn’t wear a mask because I did not deem it necessary at this time. He refused to speak to me without a mask on. The second more recent incident was an email I sent about a question I had about a medication, which he rudely ignored. Now, I don’t know if he dislikes me because I am a woman or a senior, or both, but whatever...I say this because I observed Eugene talking nicely to young people. This is unfortunate, thus, I sure hope this guy is not owner/operator of Davie Pharmacy because a lot of seniors there. Thank you!

Wonderful small neighbourhood pharmacy and specialty pharmacy. Always very kind people, both on the phone and in person. The staff takes their time to explain medications and products and works with you to get you the best help and experience you need. Big shout out the the Wendy who has been amazing in helping me find suitable ostomy supplies and alternatives when needed. Great place, I highly recommend using this pharmacy especially instead of the absolute terrible Shoppers Drug Marts who lie and do not help in the slightest. Thank you Davie Pharmacy!!!

After being letdown (again) by Shoppers, my husband put his script here, I went to collect it and I was soooooooo impressed with their service of care. Eugene went above and beyond for my husband. I just dropped my script in and yet again was treated like a VIP. I had to go to shoppers after and what a MEGA difference between wait times and helpfulness. Davie Pharmacy for me from now on! Thank you to everyone at this pharmacy.. .right down to a volunteer that helped me one busy Saturday. You are all awesome!

I have never had such EXCELLENT service at a Vancouver pharmacy as I consistently have at DP! The team is kind, extremely efficient, and thorough in addressing my queries, and I have a lot lol. The wait time is peanuts compared to SDM and Eugene the owner has even hand-delivered my Rx’s to my home. What a gem! Every time my dog Mr. Barkles and I walk by for lunch the staff wave at us. I recommend DP to anyone looking for a pharmacy experience full of care. They deserve 10 stars in my books!

Davie Pharmacy — just off Bute on Davie in Vancouver’s west end — is just wonderful. I had been made a booking for my 4th vaccination and happily it was at Davie Pharmacy. All staff were terrific, from the person who answered the phone when I called tor directions, to the staff member who welcomed me, to the staff member who gave me my updated vaccination. Love the service here, they are always super helpful and go above & beyond to support me with regular prescription fills or when I require special assistance. Had an issue getting a script filled recently and they were super helpful trying to contact my doctor and support me. Also love that it’s locally owned and by members of the community, I could go with a pharmacy closer to home but would prefer to support local community members!

Eugene and all of his colleagues are just the best. They are all consistently hard working, respectful, professional and customer focused.
