I was involved in an auto accident and left a message with Davis Law Group online to contact me and I provided some information of the accident. I Was given a response that someone would reach out to me very soon.I Received a phone call back from Zak G. first thing the next morning and he was very professional and polite on the phone. He had asked me some questions about the accident and advised me that Davis Law Group can help me with my auto injuries. Zak never pressured me at all and after speaking with him I felt really comfortable that I hired Davis Law Group to represent me. I can't tell you how happy I am with Courtney and her team. They are compassionate, they listened, she was honest and reassuring. Not one question went unanswered. This was my first experience with a law firm and overall I would recommend this group - when I initially consulted with them we met virtually and they explained the entire process to me in a way that was easy to understand, and made me feel comfortable knowing they would handle my case. My case took about 9 months to settle and during that time my team transitioned and I feel that a little information was lost in the shuffle, however the new people handling my case quickly jumped on it and got the ball rolling after what felt like a bit of stagnation.
