Female Pharmacist finally explained the prescription requisition problem after I called 3 times for an explanation for repeated delays, and after I apologized for calling again multiple times so as to get clarification, she then proceeded to chide me for calling the doctors only line, instead of saying that she was sorry for any confusion that originated from her fax to my doctor’s office … pharmacists need to watch their tone and take time to gently explain, rather than chide a customer for contacting them. Chiding me for using a wrong line to get a two minute quick explanation from guardian pharmacist infers that my medication issue was NOT important to Guardian Davisville pharmacy- and highlights an inefficiency in communication on their part to me and to my doctor’s office. She did not say thanks for using our service as she viewed me as just another humbug Pharmacist Marina later called me to give an update and to let me know that the issue was resolved. She also apologized for any inconvenience which was appreciated. Thank you Marina!

Very disapointed with the level of service from the pharmacy department. Due to the nature of my prescription I handed it to the pharmacist along with my driver's licence as the valid script holder. The pharmacist was investigating the script and my driver's licence as both were counterfeit. Then proceeding to ask me if I had a health card with me. As I was recently discharged from the hospital my HC wasn't with me but I still had my hospital tag around my wrist. As I'm explaining this to the so called pharmacist she still insisted I have my health card!! I explained to her that I've been taking this medicine for the last 4 months and have never had a problem before with shoppers drug mart or pharmasave right next door to this pharmacy. The whole display was embarrassing for myself and insulting. You should respect your clients more then you do. And yes by the way I went right next door to PharmaSave and get it filled in less then 10 min while wearing a Covid Mask. Shame on you Guardian!

I have been a long standing client of Guardian Drugs Davisville location The entire staff has been incredible in looking after me with all my different need, they have been courteous and supportive .of special note the pharmaceutical crew have been outstanding, Maria has been more then just an employee she has excelled at her job . She continues to look after many of my special requests and my many traveling needs with diligent and always making sure everything I require with my medication has been handled with the most professional and joyful attitude. Maria continues to represent the high quality service that all of the Pharmaceutical team extended to me . I am truly grateful for their great care. .

I just got my first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine here and it was a very great experience. I was able to check in easily and there was a pretty cool set up. There's a plexiglass panel that you place your arm around and you get your shot-- easy as pie! This pharmacy is very accessible by TTC. It's across from Davisville station so it's easy to find. Overall this pharmacy is very nice. The staff are helpful and do their best to help you. This place also has great sales and a lovely selection of gift items available as well. There's also a Canada Post counter available for all you mailing needs.

Tried to purchase nail polish remover. Only one they had was twice the price and half the size of the regular size my wife gets at Shoppers. After asking the staff, being sent around, we made the purchase. On the way out the old female cashier turned to her old male cashier co-worker and said CLEARLY "I bet they are going to drink it". Whaaaaat!? There's an LCBO up the road, if I want alcohol I will buy alcohol. There is no alcohol in nail polish remover. We use it to clean the wifes nails and to remove residue from stickers stuck on glass.

Very warm helpful and welcoming staff. This store is more than a Pharmacy! However, the Pharmacy is a WONDERFUL experience in itself due to the amazing and competent people. I have been going here for the past twelve years and enjoy it tremendously due to the warm and welcoming staff! It is also a whole shopping experience with food and household needs, clothing and makeup boutiques, plus a Post Office, and a Walk-In Medical Clinic, also staffed with the most helpful people you will ever find!! EXCELLENT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!!

Davisville Guardian Pharmacy works hard to satisfy customer needs. I’ve been in a tight spot a couple of times, about to run out of my compounded medication because of having to use more than usual near the bottom of the bottle. When it’s a much needed pain medication this is extremely anxiety provoking. Both times, Maria has taken extra efforts to get my refill to me on the same day. I would highly recommend this pharmacy team and I thank them for their dedication to customer service. It does not go unnoticed.

The post office here is fantastic. They are always so polite and patient with me, the younger staff especially always take the time to explain what's happening with my packages. The retail clerks are also very nice and good at their job. The pharmacy team is excellent, they have helped me many times with my inhalers and always double check with me that I am receiving the prescription brands that I want. A great one stop shop for my daily needs. The whole team at Guardian is wonderful.

As a gluten free person I’ve always been concerned about only using gluten free products. When I asked about the plastic shopping bags offered to your customers to make sure they were gluten free, employee Jesse let me know that generally shopping bags do not contain gluten!! So now I can accidentally forget my reusable bags and not stress about having to carry all my purchases individually! Thank you Jesse!! Shopping has never been so relaxing.

This pharmacy has great cosmetics and bath products. It has a huge selection of Italian soaps and other kinds of toiletries that you can't find anywhere else. Also has organic and natural type products as well. Across from davisville subway station. If you love lotions, soaps, creams, different brands of makeup, they also have clothing, very cool jewelry, this place is a hidden treasure and you could easily spend hours in here exploring

I switched to this Guardian as my main pharmacy when I moved nearby in 2020 and I love it. I trust these people to take care of me. The young male pharmacist in particular is a superstar. Every time I interact with him he's super knowledgeable and efficient. I went in today sick as a dog and he could tell I wasn't doing well. He had my script filled in about 2mins flat and sent me on my way with recommendations and kind words.

This is my pharmacy of choice now that I live in the Davisville area. This is a great little store. They have a big selection for the size of the store and the staff is top-notch without exception. I find the prices competitive so I feel no need to hop in the car or take a bus to another place. There is also a post office in the store. They also have a points plan and card for purchasing Guardian Atoma products.

Great place and great prices. They have a small grocery department which carries interesting & unusual choices. Their giftware is outstanding. Great sale prices and friendly helpful staff. Also offers a 10% senior discount EVERY DAY, not just one day a week or month like other places. This drugstore is not in my own neighborhood, but I go often because it's worth it! Never ever open during their posted hours and nobody picks up the phone on any department.I had a parcel that had to go to Canada post tonight. I didn’t receive the item until 730 and then walked there around 815 and they were already closed at 830. What’s the point of having posted hours?? Edit: Your phone message says you’re open 8:3am-9pm as well so no, it’s not just Google.

I live in the area and do most of my wick shopping here and they often have the things I need. The selection is a bit limited sometimes but that’s understandable. I do love that they have almost everything even cute scarves and bags. They are also super friendly, especially Brenna, who is in charge of cosmetics. She’s always helping me and answering my questions.

The pharmacist I talked to is a rude young woman that doesn't seem to know anything. She was completely unprofessional. I had never had a compound made before so I asked her how accurate it is. She seemed super annoyed at such a simple question and said their compounds are about 95% accurate. I found out that's an absolutely terrible and dangerous level of accuracy.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years (nearly 10) and they are absolutely amazing. It's so easy to call and deal with them and medications are delivered usually same day (call before 2pm). I recommend guardian to everyone. I've used guardian in various cities across ON and I've rcvd nothing but amazing svc from them. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Bought a small bottle of hand sanitizer today. It was a 59mL smallest Purell bottle i could get - i checked online for the actual cost which is $2.79, the lady at the counter made me pay $9.99 for it. At a time when the world is being affected by the virus selling items at double and tripple the price is not how you make profits. Shame on you!

After seeing a chocolate eclair placed on top of the garbage, I couldn't in good conscience waste perfectly good food. Later that day it returned with a vengeance. The store is well stocked with immodium and pepto. The employee Jesse assured me he couldn't smell a thing as I rushed home to change. Quick and friendly service.

This pharmacy is so inefficient. The store hours on the notices from the Post Office are not accurate and this morning I went to pick up a package and the pharmacist was late and therefore the store could not be opened. I will never spend a dollar in this store, incredibly frustrating. Customer service counts.

Why is it that when i show my ID on a rainy day to the post office person does she say i have no packages only for me to call back and her find them and tell me she didn't check by my first name when she told me thrice in person there was no package. This is unacceptable.

The staff are friendly and helpful, they have unique luxy European products and organic Canadian makeup brands I can't find anywhere else, there's a post office, and the inventory is diversified. I try something new almost every time I shop there.

Wonderful store full of wonderful employees. I had the worst case of IBS after eating an old poké bowl I found in a bin at Eaton Centre. Jesse was kind enough to rush me through the till and clean up the mess I left in the baby food aisle.
