Got into an accident and had car towed here for general estimate to see if it would be worth fixing the car asked the mechanic to give me his own estimate before my insurance adjuster arrives so I can know his prices 3 days later no call no msg and 24 hours of not answering my calls or responding to my voicemails I call again on Day 5 to which he tries to tell me I only asked for estimate yesterday…. Then realizes it was his mishap bc he’s “in the middle of a move and forgot to call me” finally gives me an estimate then charges me $100 for it which he previously never mentioned then claims its written inside the building I ask him to show me and he never does. Charged me $100 just to tell me my car was $4,500 repair had my car towed elsewhere and they told me they can fix it for $2000 and they didn’t charge me to give an estimate. Super unprofessional and rude avoid going here.

Davo's has been my go-to mechanic in the area since I moved to Austin last year. Their prices have been fair and their communication has been excellent. The two people I've had the most face time with, Sergio and Angel, are both delightful people and are very friendly. Everyone I've interacted with has been nothing short of amazing. Nothing but great things to say about them, can't see myself going anywhere else as long as I live in the area.

Recommended to me by a friend, i didn't know what i was going into. The shop is a little obscure, but the guy at the desk, Angel, is incredibly polite. I went in for a broken axle, and was told it would take three days.. I got a call the very next day, saying my vehicle was ready. I have been back three times now, everytime a pleasurable experience. Highly recommend for you first time people, looking for an honest and dependable auto shop.

Is a very nice shop they do every mechanical work as fast as possible they attempt to get my car in and out within one day they absolutely finished it within four hours which is quite amazing. Angel is a very hassle free manager to work with. He made me feel at home and also gave me a very good price and told me where we could save and where we it was worth spending the money thank you Alway make sure to get a receipt as Angel stated

I can't say enough good things. Broke down next to Callahan's and my friend walked over to their business. These three guys walked up the street to my truck one crawled under it and fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me. The cable had come loose and I couldn't shift gears. You don't find that kind of honesty very often these days. Can't say thank you enough. God bless you with health, happiness and prosperity.

I was looking for an auto repair service close to me and I happened upon Davo's. I am so glad I took my car here. Angel was very thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done. He was great at communicating with me throughout the entire process. He was courteous and very friendly. The turn around time was reasonable and so was the pricing. Highly recommended.

Went here to replace spark plugs last year. I had purchased my own spark pluggs for them to replace with. In the end they showed me the pluggs they took out and charged me. . . Fast forward a year, i’m getting work done at a family mechanic back home and he says they put in bad pluggs and 3 different kinds. . Horrible service (F- grade). Dont go there.

My daughter had issues with her Traverse when arriving to Austin! Angel took care of everything. Found out it was a water pump and other issues! Came in to get routine maintenance and a safety inspection. Seems like they don't have safety inspection on-site, but the guy at the counter drove my car over to a place nearby to get it done. Oil change went well, brake fluid change had an issue but they were quick to fix it up when I noticed. Would take my car here again

best local family mechanic and body shop—they’re honest, kind, do very good work, professional and resourceful. they’ve worked on my range rover and audi, i’m grateful to have a local shop to work on my cars that i trust. highly suggest this shop for great work!

Angel was transparent and easy to deal with. I ended up here because it was about the only shop within ten miles of where my car broke down, and I do not at all regret the chance I took. In fact I suggest you give this business a chance!

Took my car in to get the clutch master cylinder replaced. They got the car in and out very quickly. Angel was very friendly and trustworthy and gave me a fair price. I'll def be back for any future repairs
