PLEASE IGNORE ANY REVIEWS POST DECEMBER 2023 The Pharmacy has new management, and it is light and day between the old and new. ------ THE OLD The old management was chaotic, the staff were unaccountable, inefficient, and usually rude. It was not unusual to see 6 or 7 people lining up and waiting for medications that had been delivered and merely needed to be dispensed. Also for people to simply walk away because there wasn't enough space inside to queue. As an example, in late 2022 I came to get my regular prescription. Unsurprised I saw seven or eight queuing locals; but what sickened me were two elderly people who had been left to stand while the staff mucked about out back. People were pushing passed the elderly folk, and the staff did nothing. I saw a cheeky mobility restricted chap sitting aside waiting for his very late medication. We exchanged glances and I felt mischievous, so we ended up reading out loudly all the terrible reviews on the pharmacy. It needed to be said. ----- THE NEW A lovely chap called Muhammed served me within a minute or two. The staff were eye-blisteringly quick, kind and supportive. I had a problem with my prescription due to the horror that is the Sand's End Medical Clinic. Muhammed advised I needed to get updated paperwork. Sand's End Admin staff are notoriously horrific. Muhammed offered to walk over with me, and in moments he had the paperwork necessary. Minutes later, I left the pharmacy with my medication feeling supported, safe and ever so grateful. HUGE kudos to Muhammed, and the new management team. They have totally turned around this pharmacy from a human-hating-queuing-system-of-misery-and-rudeness into a personable, supportive pharmacy. I cannot state enough how much of a massive change has occurred.

The WORST pharmacy, they have never filled a single prescription correctly, sending me home because they didn’t see the prescription in their system the first time to then returning 24 hours later to be told they couldn’t get my tablets so they order a different quality and dose that lasts me less time than the original prescription should have. The next time I call in advance to advise them my prescription will be coming and they refuse to pre-order my meds, and alas when I visit to collect the prescription they couldn’t get the drug on time again! They won’t even work with their pro-active patients to provide a better service. Today was the last straw, they told me last time that my prescription would be free next time as the correct prescription was not provided the first time (I.e. added to the previous prescription) but today on attempting to collect the missing part of borough he prescription they have decided that it was wrong to have said that and so I have to pay again! The staff are rude and unhelpful. I will be updating my pharmacy to another and hope to never have to waste my time in this one again.

I visited the pharmacy on 23/8/2023. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, polite, and friendly. He was very patient and helpful in clarifying the details of my prescription. My dosette package was handed to me as it was going to be delivered to me as usual by the very helpful and friendly gentleman. The gentleman showed me the prescription so I was able to see that the medication that I was told was included in the prescription was not on it. I feel embarrassed to say that I initially went into the chemist to complain about not receiving that medication or an I owe you note to say it was due to me. I must say the staff at the surgery did tell me it was included on the prescription. The man must have seen my very upset and stressed face because his whole persona in helping me calmed me down and explained the situation to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work. Your services to me today are definitely 5-star♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Multiple phone calls querying the medication delivery. They assure you it will be delivered and then nothing! The staff also aren't very knowledgeable and you have to repeat yourself multiple times before they put you on hold and come back still not knowing what you are talking about. The customer service is appalling. It makes me wonder what's in it for them for having a Pharmacy? There must be some reason but it's definitely not for servicing their vulnerable and many medically needy clientele. The worst Pharmacy I've come across.

Shockingly poor customer service. My seven week old son was suffering with suspected acid reflux and following on from an emergency doctors appointment we were prescribed some medicine. I went to collect this hours later in the late afternoon to be told that I had to wait for the phamacist to go on her lunch. No consideration for my ill newborn, no sympathy just a harsh and cold response. I will not be returning any time soon. Please avoid this phamacy if you are able to.

The staff is rude, unhelpful and takes a very long time! Today I was waiting to get the prescription for up to 50 minutes, while they forgot about my prescription and all the time when I've been to take my prescription they don't have it, they forget to order the medicine if they don't have the medicines in stock, they found all the excuses that are possible and tell you to come back the next day and so on. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional!

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!!! My Mum and i were there and as we walked in it smelt like a strong smell mixed WITH SWEAT we waited fro 20 mins and they were taking their time for no reason at all and people were frustated and worst service ever and there was this kind woman and she was the only kind staff member! WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER IN THAT PHARMACY!!! IF THERE WAS A ZERO OPTION IT WOULD HAVE DERSERVE A BIG 0/ZEROOO!!!!!!!

They sold me a supply of tables worth 6 months with an expiry date of 4 months, which means I can through away the rest of my supply. Their staff is extremely rude and can’t even speak English correctly. If there were 0 stars I would give them that. I wonder why they don’t close this pharmacy down. They are disgraceful and disrespectful, selling you old medicines. Don’t use this pharmacy!

Terrible experience! Staff have complete lack of knowledge and were rude. I had to wait over 30 minutes for a prescription and will NEVER waste my time going back. The young girls working there simply hover around the computer giggling whilst elderly patients are completely neglected and told to wait. I would rather walk to Boots than ever step foot in this abhorrent establishment again.

I highly recommend this very helpful pharmacy. The pharmacist Corrado went out of his way to help me sort out my prescription. He was very caring. All the staff are professional, polite and helpful. I feel very lucky we have such a great service on the Wandsworth Bridge road. The Sands End clinic are also excellent and together they work very efficiently so thank you.

Currently standing outside in the pouring rain and have been for the last 45 minutes whilst I wait for this lot to pick up an inhaler that I can see off the shelf. Luckily I’m in good health, there’s poor old people out here in crutches without jackets though in the middle of December! Really really disastrously poor service and it’s not the first time either.

Didn’t realise it shut for lunch 1pm till 2 which I get everyone needs a lunch, when I suggested they should put it online so people don’t wast their time coming here the lady was very rude. Always long queues and wait to get the prescriptions in the evening and not everyone can go then. Will request a different pharmacy going forward when needed.

Afraid I have to concur with the complaints of slow, un-friendly, not terribly knowledgeable service. No one acknowledges your presence, in spite of several visible staff. It's only because it's close I go at all. When I say staff are not knowledgeable, I'm talking about not knowing what they have in the shop they are working in. Really quite bad.

This place deserves a minus star section. This chemist is a disgrace. It closes as and when it suits, regardless of the fact that people are waiting on their prescriptions. Terrible service, rude staff. I have now requested with my GP NOT to send my prescriptions here as they are worse than useless!

This pharmacy is a nightmare. In 9 months of using them they have only gotten one order correct. I am a stage 4 cancer patient who is very reliant on my medications right now and I always have to order twice and drive up there in person to get help, despite my poor health. Avoid at all costs.

Worst Pharmacy Flu jab? Forget it! 5 visits over the past 8 weeks and still not able to get my Flu Vaccine. If you’re trying to get it here - forget it! Total waste of time, especially if you work and have to arrange time off to visit. Almost a joke, but I’m not laughing.

Just awful. This place deserves zero stars. The customer service is terrible. They close at inconsistent times during the day for the pharmacist to take their lunch break. Unhelpful and rude staff who obfuscate and delay when asked simple questions. Long queues. Avoid.

The whole team randomly decided to take a lunch break at 2.30 and refused to serve anybody for an hour despite long queues. Should alternate lunch breaks to avoid this. Every time I’ve been here I’ve had a bad experience and the staff are very rude

This place has changed out of all recognition for the better. I was last here in December 2022 and it was a nightmare. I came here today to collect a prescription, fearing the worst,instead it was super efficient and the staff so friendly.

Only good thing about this pharmacy is its location. 6 people working and all pretending you are not there. Slow, they don't tell you how long it will take to get your prescription and somehow they are always "sold out" on thermometers.

Dreadful pharmacy!! Rude staff, large queues and inconvenient closing times. They shut at lunchtime when that is sometimes the only time other workers can pick up their prescriptions! Shut on Saturday. Avoid at all costs!
