Rude and most unfriendly woman behind the counter who couldn't even be bothered to tell us the price of something that didn't have a price label, she just coldly said "this isn't a a till" and wouldn't even look at us again. It would have taken 10 seconds of her time but she was too arrogant to help. If you don't want to sell things and serve customers don't work in a pharmacy. Her horrible manner ensured we didn't want to support this pharmacy in any way by buying something. Take your money elsewhere and do yourself a favour. And maybe this pharmacy should consider employing people who actually understand customer service.

Ive been using this pharmacy since I moved to kilburn in 2009 ive never had no problem about 6 years ago I couldn’t get to to pharmacy when it was at its former shop next door I phoned the pharmacy and told the pharmacist I was feeling unwell and one hour later a member of staff from the pharmacy a gentleman delivered my bag of medicines to my home over half a mile from the pharmacy I was very grateful for that thankyou and the staff are always helpful

Very poor service. Very lazy not professional young staff. Im with very high blood pressure ordered tablets for blood pressure and she forgot send to Medical centre for signature, Its was two times already. Without this tablets my blood pressure around 200 / 120, but they ( young staff ) doesn`t understand what its mean??? Who give job in Pharmacy for lazy and without experience young staff???

Made an appointment to see a doctor via West Hampstead Medical Centre. They only gave an hour's cancellation which didn't give me enough time to receive the email before I left work, and they didn't offer me any alternatives or attempt to rectify the situation. Would not use them again. Suggest you just wait for a real doctor's appointment instead.

Every single time i call throughout the evening the fone just rings. i am trying to order prescription. its Wednesday and this always happens everyday. When i go there the African older lady is always rude and impolite . I will be changing my pharmacy to a much better one. this is unacceptable . Sort it out please!! standards are real bad.

The staff is unprofessional and very lazy they don’t care for the customers Today I went to buy some medicine I found a girl on the desk and she was chewing! and I was standing in front of her to get some help she left me and went. The pharmacist and her staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. When I reported an error, it was resolved quickly and without fuss. The delivery guy is superb - always arrives in good time and at a reasonable hour. I cannot praise this pharmacy enough. BRILLIANT‼️

Parked outside in single yellow gave in my name and I was told to wait 5 to 10 minutes 15 minutes later was asked to wait another 5 minutes 35 minutes later not ready yet We can’t say anything to the staff but thanks to Google we can at least express our frustration Lucky not to have a parking ticket

23 weeks pregnant, got to collect an anti-biotic sent from my gp, If you ask for a prove that I don’t pay for my medication which I don’t carry with me then you charge me for the prescription fine but no need to recommend for me out loud that I need to go and apple for materiality whatever.

Diabolical - ZERO concern for customers; ZERO manners - especially the ‘manager’; ZERO professionalism; ZERO knowledge; ZERO on every level from Head Office and Pharmacy Superintendent when I escalated my concerns to her. No even an acknowledgement. Horrid, nasty and downright rude.

They cancelled my vaccination appointment at the last moment without giving a reason. I booked in advance for my travel, it is not nice to cancel it at last moment. Just check your appointments a beforehand, at least 1 day before not to put people in a difficult position.

Always making mistakes with medication in the doset boxes we order for my elderly mother-in-law. Medication always either missing or label is inaccurate. I've lost count of how many times I've had to call them. We've finally changed the pharmacy.

To the rude, clueless, unhelpful and arrogant young lady on the counter, if you don't enjoy your job move to another one. You're not selling candies, you're selling medications, something that people actually need, and sometimes urgently!

Weirdly love coming to my pharmacy, the guys are so friendly and efficient, and I find are more on it than my actual doctor service. Big shout out in particular to Saana and Rose. Keep making Kilburn smile with your good work X

Today at 10am no pharmacist at the pharmacy. How hilarious it sounds!!! A rude employee didn’t provide any kind of solution even not a apologies, he was really rude. I had to ask for my prescription back...never again

(Monday 20 June) Generally ok and helpful when they're open but they were closed today BEFORE 6pm when Google says 6.30pm!! Not helpful! Otherwise I would have sent my urgent prescription to another pharmacy!

If you like a pharmacy that doesn't deliver their medication, doesn't answer the phone, and gives you attitude when you see them face to face then I recommend this pharmacy whole heartedly

Terrible customer service. Lots of negative attitude from the manager. They provide incorrect information and then later deny what they have told you. Do not recommend at all.

Came in to collect a prescription the other day - the staff are very welcoming and Tara was very attentive and made sure I got my prescription in a timely manner.

The most unreliable pharmacy in the area...opens late. Advice missing. Lazy because of its proximity to the GP surgery. A missed opportunity to be a great place.
