De Next Centre is a very cool hotel with an event hall. The rooms are quite affordable with good toilet and bathroom facilities. The room cooling system is okay too. The event hall is also one of the most affordable in Ajao estate. But there is no parking space, most vehicles for events park outside the compound.

My 4 days of lodging was good, clean place, nice rooms at affordable prices.

De Next Center Resort rooms are quite affordable. Welcoming staffs and readily available to hear you out. 24/7 electricity supply..... Rooms are clean. The restaurant delivered well. .....but no spacious parking space. De Next Center also has a great event hall with beautiful ambience at Ajao Estate.

Food from the kitchen is good. However, the rooms are stifling and corridors smells stale and needs improvement on the cleaning and air circulation and fragrance. General maintenance is advised. Pocket friendly all the same. Staffs are however, friendly and cool.

This is the worse hotel to stay in lagos. Was there for 3 nights. Power and water were hard to come by. Worse of all on my last day the hotel was deserted with only the security guys around.....pathetic. won't recommend to anyone.

A very peaceful and serene environment, if you want a private relaxation center then this is the place. I highly recommend!

Good room but they should clean under the bed and the bathroom wall properly. And they should open the other gate instead of access the reception through the bar gate. Over all its a nice place to stay and the food is good .

It not worth the money. The bathroom The water is not going out well the mattress the towels. If you Can keep white clean please stop using white

Very comfortable for events. The conveniences was quite okay. Parking was on the street but it was secured. The cooling system was quite adequate as well. Access to the place was also very easy.

I had an average experience. Getting a space to park on the street was hellish. Navigating to the place was very easy and accurate.

I went here to check their event space is quite big can take up to 300 or more

Easy access to the airport. That works perfectly well fir my trip. Also, the facility is clean and secured and affordable.

The AC units in the event space were fully functional that we were practically freezing and had to turn some off.

The place was too hot for the reception I went to,please they should improve on the air system.thanks.

They have a large hall. But lacking in parking space for large events. Good place for lodging though.
