Very good furniture but highly incompetent and unhelpful staff. After our order arrived to Sydney it took them more then a month to bring it to their store from warehouse for us to pick up. For weeks I called them and all I heard we’ll call you back and no one did. Stuff is a big problem. Urgently requires attention!!!

Avoid I purchased a bed, requested a price for a suround cover, they want more than 75% of the bed again as they advised they increased prices last 2 years. the service is shocking and quality is niot that great think before you buy as comparable is 30% RIP off

I bought a mattress recently from Derucci and the salesperson Jessica was very friendly and very helpful and made my experience a lot less stressful. The mattress she sold me is very high quality and comfortable and I would come back again for their service.

I have ordered a 2 X 3 seater sofas mid April with the promise of delivery between 8 to 10 weeks delivery. Now, it is mid July and they are still not sure when they will deliver.
