I've waited to write this review to see how Deacon would stand by there products. During Covid, we ordered a brand new 4 door, Howard McCray remote compressed freezer and waited 8 months to get it. Deacon installed it and we have had nothing but issues for a year and a half. Deacon has come out at least 10 times to work on the unit and they have stood by their word to make it right. I have bought a lot of equipment from them and they have excellent pricing, they deliver and remove the old stuff and they stand behind their service. Brian, Craig and Marco have been very attentive to our situation and I would highly recommend Deacon.

If I could give 10 stars i would. I have used so many other companies in the past but Deacon and there team of professionals are fantastic!! Mike Yerys is hands down the most knowledgeable rep that I have had the pleasure to work with. I just tell him what I am looking for and he sends me several options to choose from. Todd Brown and his Team- Mike Yeary, Craig Lilly, Curt Powell and Ryan are very knowledgeable when it comes to equipment, repairs and workspace. When I have a project whether it be big or small this Team is fast to respond. I've personally seen this team work after hours and late evenings just so it wouldn't disrupt our daily operation. Todd Brown goes up and beyond the call of duty and does not have a quitting time until the job is done!
