Worst experience ever, i don't see myself ordering or buying a pizza from debonairs ever again... I called to order pizza from kaalfontein at 12:30pm its now 2:24pm and not yet delivered, i even called to check why its taking long they promised to call me back but never fulfilled that promise

Called Debonairs Yarona to order callect, drove to the shop 30minutes later and order wasn't ready. Paid for the pizza and went to get some drink. Came back another 30. minutes later. Only then their preparing my order. By that time I'm already full of the drinks I've been drinking. More

I ordered online at 16:27 to collect my pizza at 17:00, I paid online and completed everything. I get there to my suprise my order is not ready, well they had not started with my order and I was told to wait. Just like that imagine. Their online service sucks big time.

So I've ordered a pizza at Debonairs Yarona mall kaalfontein at 6:08pm it's now 9pm still my pizza hasn't arrived I've call so many time without no luck. Now one will sleep on an empty stomach. This is bad service you don't even deserve a 1 star.

I ordered my Pizza at 18:32, called to follow up up at 91:42 it now 21:09. the guys - Rachid said he was lost at first now he is not answering his phone and I have to cook. the worse part is used my voucher to pay which i dont think i'll get back

First of all, the lady that was serving us was rude. Moving on, the pizza was VERY dry and they over charged us. I bought creamy chicken and there was no chicken in the pizza. I wish I could give y’all zero stars but I can’t. Sbwl my money back.
