Pooooor Proactiveness from the team. 1. Initially a person will be assigned to take the measurement and then the invoice will be generated based on the requirement. 2. The quotations are comparatively lesser than the markets or from Interiors. 3. We need to pay 10% initially to confirm the services. 4. They will create a WhatsApp group including us and they will say, all the further updates will be given in that. 5. The DC was just contractors and next painters team will get in touch. Here we have to pay 40% quotation (which again they don’t know how to calculate it and will provide wrong numbers, if you wish you pay, i paid it) here they will commit the work will complete in 2 days. 6. Once we make our busy schedule and meet up with the painter team and explain everything to the painter team including the colour selection aswell. 7. The painter team is ready to the work, but the DC team won’t pay them to get the work started not sure why, the painter team will approach customers to push the DC team to pay the amount as they need to purchase materials. 8. Suddenly the initial painters team will vanish and the new painter team will be assigned without any notice. 9. The new painters team was clueless on how to proceed and we as customers has to explain it again. Another day gone off. 10. Here also same situation the team will wait for money to purchase the material. 11. We have to check with painter team when the work will start and will complete. If they reached the site for work or not. All the follow up will be done by customer instead of DC team. Because all the 5 or 6 people in the WhatsApp group might be busy with so many things and customers are very free to do all these things. Customers might get some commission for working on these things as DC team is not doing it. 11. Highlighted part was the DV team won’t be known if the service is completed or not even after one day. Painters have to call the customers to check the final payment HATS-off to the people who are assigned to this. WHAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT IS THIS Please be aware of all this before taking up their services. Update: Great, now you guys started blaming games. Because one your project manager called me and accepted their mistake and said they ready to correct the mistake. And now you guys are saying I’m not responding to the calls. When you tried 60 times. I’m ready to prove that your team was requesting me to remove this review will you prove that I have not responded to your calls, then we can decide who will go to legal team?

Please be very very very careful when engaging with this company. It’s just like any other road side painter (they just have different incharges) nothing professional about this company. The paint work they do is sick and the painters will spit pan gutka all around your houses. Also you might loose some valuable Faucets and taps. In addition we are also filing a complaint in consumer court and civil case against this company very soon. In case if it’s a new house with furniture they will say they will mask all the furniture but nothing will remain after 2 days. I got my house painting job done through Deccan clap they did a fantastic job. Every thing was seamless, start to finish and they were very professional. The inspection and rate was finalized within two hours of calling them and they finished the painting within 1.5 days! Since I am busy at work and I wasn't at the property, these guys managed everything on their own, were extremely punctual, shared timely updates and patiently waited for me to inspect the property after job completion. I had a plumber come out to fix a leak and my ceiling had some water damage. I sent Deccanclap team some pictures and they were able to get me an estimate without an appointment (perfect because I did not want to schedule all different appointments with all different painters). They were the only company that cared and was serious about my job when I wanted to just send pictures of the work to be done.

Fraudsters-cheats and play with customers time, they don't answer call, they don't reply on time, fake people, fake company, no respect for customer time and commitment, no coordination between staff and company. They wasted my valuable time. No staff in office. Office only to show. They dupe saying office people work from home. I wasted lot of time looking after them. Zero professionalism.
