Enchanting....the moment you walk in you can feel the tranquillity,quiteness that most of us enjoy when we away from home. There's something very special about this old victorian style home, Lily is a lovely host and will go above and beyond to make sure you understand how to move around, although the home has lots of instructions on this small cards placed everywhere. The bed/pillows is very comfortable the temperature is set to 22 and it is lovely...theres an open lounge area and tucked in the corner a small reading room or a quite space where you can enjoy a cuppa or study..Im definately coming back veery soon.

Excellent place to stay! Would recommend this to anyone coming to Melbourne who doesn't want to deal with being right in the centre of the CBD. There's parking on the street over, and all the facilities were clean and the rooms were beautiful. The lady who owns the place is also really welcoming and super easy to deal with. This is now the only place I'll stay while I'm in melbourne

Deco family house should be the best option for a short term stay in Melbourne. It is located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with convenient public transportation. The room is always very tidy and clean and has relaxing smell. Considering the environment and service, the price here is very affordable。

+Close to most facilities we wanted to use.Westfield Shopping plaza across the road-brilliant . -The Staff-not that friendly & not very knowledgeable, on saying that Melissa the housekeeper was the most friendliest, welcoming & helped us with our queries. NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES!!!!!- 1st motel/hotel I've known to not have this

i stayed there for 5 days. It's a very calm, tidy and organized place - thanks to Mrs Lily who takes of every single thing. She's is very considerate and generous too.Tram stop right outside the house, station 4 mins walk - is a delight to commute to city for work/pleasure. My first stay in melbourne and loved it totally :)

Beautiful tidy place, next to tram and train stations. You get your own cabinets and fridge room, well equipped kitchen, and nice neighborhood. Lily (host) is awesome and will help you with pretty much anything you need.

처음에 여기 왔을 때 너무 깨끗하고 아늑해서 일본인 집같은 느낌이 들었어용ㅎㅎ 마이키카드,서랍장에 있는 수면도구, 작은 것들 하나하나 챙겨주는 센스덕에 편하게 이용하고,쉴 수 있었어요 위치도 트램역이 바로 앞에 있어서 시티까지 가는데 문제도 없었네요 무엇보다도 집주인의 배려에 감동 받았습니다..ㅠ 너무 착하고 센스있는 집주인을 잊지 못할 듯.. 멜번오면 여기 꼭 들려서 쉬다 가세요..!!

Very clean and tidy rooms. There are proper instructions for everything and Lily, the host is very helpful and prompt in responding to any requests for making your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Lovely host, very friendly and informative. Excellent facilities (kitchen, living area and bathrooms). Only improvement would be a comfier mattress and pillows as they are very hard.

We stayed here for 4 Nights. The house is beautiful! The Host ist very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and we would definitely recommend this Accommodation!
