Hands down - the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Riq!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for making our Jazz Home Retreat absolutely phenomenal! And a special thanks to your team: Matthew & Hector as well as the delivery guys, Jesse & Philipé (and others) So, my husband & I started the conversation w/ Riq with intention of having our relatively new couch reupholstered to fit a new look for AirBnB. And that conversation turned into getting AMAZING custom furniture, curtains, linens, decor, etc., etc. for the entire home!! It’s a joy collaborating with Riq. He saw to it that every piece is custom, designer, high quality, & handled with care. He’s been to our place multiple times to put things together with the team and has even come after hours to ensure that we were happy. If something was damaged in shipping or transport, he quickly offered best solutions. There were some items that were not going to fit our timeline, and the new options that he suggested were even better than our original plans. Sometimes it was hard to make choices, because each option was so stunning. We are actually working on 2 projects and in conversation about a 3rd project. My husband & I recognized that what we’ve undertaken is usually takes about 6 months. And in less than 1 month Deep House has complete our Jazz Retreat and is currently providing the finishing touches of our #2 project. Those pics will be uploaded soon! I Normally don't do too many reviews unless it was an outstanding experience. I really do my research and did my due diligence in looking for a great furniture store for my new house. After speaking with the sales woman named Sally I knew that I would get quality worked on here. I ordered some pieces for my living room and for my master bedroom and they were outstanding works of art. I met with the owner Riq As well who was very knowledgeable and had a great customer service. I definitely will be recommending this place to everyone. I urge you to check it out if you're looking for quality furniture and amazing customer service.

I’ve been casually walking by this location since I moved to DTLA a few months ago and finally stopped in to purchase an item I had my eye on. I was assisted by Hector, who went above and beyond to answer my questions, coordinate a local drop off and discuss pricing etc! They recently relocated a couple blocks away to a larger space and have added apparel to their offerings. Hector gave me a tour of the space prior to their grand opening and showed me some samples on unique handmade bedding that is on its way in!!! Customer service is what it’s all about and Deep House staff is top notch!!

It looks like a retail BatCave .. the store left me speechless. They make there own furniture and even clothes.. it’s just a unique place.. have to see it to believe it.. I ordered a custom couch from DH design 4 months ago and I am beyond pleased with it. The quality and craftsmanship of their products is unmatched and they are an absolute pleasure to work with at every stage from designing to final delivery. If you want a high quality piece of furniture that will last a long time this is your absolute best bet! I have returned to purchase many additional items from them as well!

Very disappointed with this place. Ordered furniture 4 months ago which we paid fully for, and has not been delivered yet, every time we call they say next week, and they would not return our money either. Save yourself the headache and do not order from them, it's a scam. Since I could not respond to the comment, NO CHAIRS OR BENCH WAS DELIVERED to us, only our sofa, which we paid for all 4 months ago.

After searching for months, we finally found a beautiful, custom couch at Deap House. Every brand-name furniture store couldn't get us a couch for 6-9 months, but Deap House delivered our new couch in 2 weeks! Enrique was patient and helpful. He spent hours with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. If you want a new couch, skip the brand name stores and go to Deap House!

This store has so many unique pieces, it's hard to choose which you want. I am redesigning my home around the pieces I purchase here. And the guy who helped me, Riq, was awesome. He has backstory and history on his store items, it just makes the experience all that much better.

This is one of my favorite places to get quality unique pieces! The owner- I think his name is Rick - was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out my vision for my home. Loved his feedback and suggestions, he made this whole shopping process a breeze!

I have had 2 couches made at deep house design and I would never do it any other way. It feels so great to work with a local person to get exactly what I want. Best part is the 2 week turn around. Every other place has at least a 2 month wait.

Bought this awesome bench from Deep House Design Store and I love it. Just added some pillows and it looks great in my patio. I got a great deal and Riq was helpful in finding me what I was looking for.
