I called November 22nd and I was told I would get a phone call back and it’s been 11 days. I needed a referral really bad and I talked to the operator and they said I would get a phone call back, but I never did. This is the second time where the operator has not sent my message to the doctor or Jessica. I have messaged a few times on the Portal and I called a few minutes ago and November 22nd and I still haven’t heard back. This is ridiculous. I will be changing doctors soon. I would choose another doctor than this office if I were you.

First clue, one patient in lobby. Second clue, staff was not knowledgeable about basic meds. Three, dr. was argumentative-She was defensive when asked any questions. Recent reviews of how “good” she is,makes me suspect her bad reviews are catching up with her. She requesting duplicate testing even though I had the recent lab values - copies. I spoke with CMS ( Medicare) about this clinics practices. My experience was similar to her other bad reviews. I would not recommend. Veterans and family members beware!

THE WORST EVER!!!! Dr Padia is “out of office” until sometime in December and I find this out by having to go to the office because no one would answer the phone and the mail box to leave messages was full for 4 DAYS. No apologies, no one to refill prescriptions, no notice - TOTALLY A WASTE OF A PRACTICE. There have been numerous issues in the past but this is unacceptable. I am going to report to the medical board for abandoning patients!

Dr. Padia is a wonderful person and doctor. I've actually never had a doctor go above and beyond like she has. She clearly loves helping people feel better and has taken that responsibility to heart. She's an excellent listener and takes my questions and concerns seriously. The clinic staff are also incredibly kind and patient and I've always been able to get prompt appointments and prescription refills.

Every time I went in, I just felt like it was a waste of money. She never addressed what I was going in for, she just kept focusing on something else that wasn't the issue. Then she would tell me to make another appointment, so really just a waste of time. It was very frustrating. I have found a new PCP that will hopefully actually listen to my concerns.

Horrible experience! My parents are both elderly and twice the appointment has been moved bc the dr is out of the office for months at a time. The dr didn’t leave anyone in charge. My mom got sick with a stomach bug and they told her to just go to the emergency room and if they needed PCP approval for anything that she would be out of office!

Dr. Padia has been my PCP for the past 7 years and I love her. She is very kind and goes above and beyond. I read the other reviews and I can't believe some of the things I've read. People must understand doctors are human too! I've never experienced any rude behavior from Dr. Padia or her staff. I love her and her staff. I highly recommend

Dr Deepa Padia is an excellent doctor. Cares for her patients. Always makes sure all my questions or concerns are answered. Friendly, courteous, and kind Doctor. Dr Padia & staff make the experience of seeing the doctor painless. Plus, all in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr Deepa Padia.
