Terrible customer service in this shop. I've not experienced such poor service in the past few years .I Bought a pair of shoes for my son which did not fit him so i went back to the store the next day asking to exchange it with his size. Spoke with a man in his (50s and has short white bearded)he said ''they did not have his size because he is a size 6 so I asked him to refund me my money back and I would like to speak with the manager. He said ''In a very rude way ''You ain't gonna get your money back because you paid for it''. I showed him the receipt and said it is only one day ago I bought it from you guys, now you are telling me you won't give me my money back that is unfair can I speak to the manager please ''He told me ''sog off I'm the manager and I'm the boss you paid for it we didn't tell you to buy the shoes from us so now tough luck and told me again too sog off you aint getting nothing back'' What a rude and unreasonable customer service. I will never be going back to this shop never and would recommend not to buy any shoes from this shop. Customer service like this in Eastham should be a shamed. ''Shame on you Deep shoes Shame .''

The customer service is absolutely appalling. They have no manners to speak to a customer and is full of discourtesy. We purchased two sandals from them. The lady at the till was extremely rude and lacked customer service skills. When we asked for different sizes, she was very rude with her answers, she had no patience, and she felt like it was burden to help us, although it's her job. She helped us, out of anger. What's the point of working at a store, if you don't know how to treat a customer. That's the first priority of a business, to treat a customer nice. We were kind enough to still purchase the sandals although her behaviour was impolite. At the end of our purchase, we told her she was rude and this was her response in disrespectful manner "your not coming here to see my smile or for me to be nice", what a ridiculous response. They really need to straighten out their behaviour and people like that shouldn't be working there.

Please don't use this shop. There is the worst customer service ever, if I could , I would give 0 star .I bought a pair of shoes to my daughter and I came back to change it ( because they don't refund) as my daughter refuse to wear it , she doesn't like them and the man from the counter was looking through his glasses 5 min at the them to say me that the shoes was worn and he can't exchange for me. The shoes never was worn it was in exactly how I bought it.
