This facility is AWESOME! I cannot compare Deer Valley Mini and RV Storage to other storage facilities because I have never wanted to do business with any other facility! I first rented a unit from them back in 2011 while moving in order to take advantage of the first two months 50% discount. I only needed the unit for a month and there was no nasty fine print regarding the offer. There are many different sizes of units available so options are plentiful. When I needed to rent a new unit in 2013, I went right back to this facility. The staff at the front desk is extremely friendly and helpful; When I needed to rent an additional unit recently, they saw that I had been renting for nearly a year and gave me the first month on the new unit at half price! The facility is in a nice location in North Phoenix right by the 101 and the I-17 so it's easy to get to. I have never had any problems regarding security with Deer Valley Mini and RV Storage. I say without a doubt that they have a life long customer in me!

Made a reservation online and received an email confirming the reservation. My wife called and spoke to John the following day to confirm. He stated that they placed appointments online and that they finalized reservations once we got there. My wife asked if she should pay now and he said “No, I’ll make a note but you have to be here before closing”. We received a call from a lady the day before we were supposed to store our RV and they said they rented the spot out to someone else and there’s nothing that can be done about it. There is definitely a lack of communication between the people running this location and what they tell customers. We’re disappointed because all the other reviews looked decent.

Deer Valley Mini & RV Storage is awesome. It's a clean and secure environment with easy access hours days, nights, weekends, holidays - you can always access your unit. The office staff is always friendly and outgoing and very accommodating. I would recommend anyone looking for a storage facility in the North Valley to check them out. Prices are very fair and reasonable for the area as well.

Love this place!! Have down sized twice and Carol has been so accomadating in finding a smaller unit close to the unit I had so the move would be easier. All the employees are friendly and helpful calling me once to let me know the lock on my unit was in the wrong position. I would have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so.

Ok place to store RVs and trailers. Some sites uneven. Don't be fooled by the special at the beginning of your contract. They will get their money somehow. I didn't receive bills and then got charged late fees. The last month I paid for 50 days I wasn't going to use and got no partial refund. Meanwhile...the space is probably already rented out

Do NOT Trust these people!!! I reserved a spot for my RV right before flying to VA and driving it back 2400 miles, Only to find out they had rented my reserved spot within 5 days of my reservation being placed. Left me hung out to dry!

Great place! Excellent staff that treat you like a human! Nice, safe location off the main road for easy access when hauling. They offer units of every size! The property is always clean well maintained.

This place is amazing!! Have had a storage unit here for three years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff is great and Carol is the absolute best! Highly recommend! Very clean and competitive prices!
