10/10/18 My brother Arsen was scheduled for a check up appointment for his braces. (happens every month) for 5:30. They call me 10/09/2018 to see if i can come in at 5:00. I agree. then they call me at 10/10/2018 in the morning to ask me if I can come in at 4:30. I was working till 430 so I told them no. They said if I dont come in at 4:30, then they can’t see him today because they will close at 5pm. I came in at 415 and my brother got called to the back at 4:55. && thats after i asked the customer service rep why he wasnt seen yet. After my brother, there was about 4-6 other people that came in including 2 children. They all got called in the back two minutes after my brother was called in the back. Its 5:05pm now & they are STILL open. After my brother gets his braces off, we will never be coming here again. We came here because we didn’t have insurance at the time and they allowed us to make monthly payments for 2 years since he has to have them on for that long. Oh and gee someone walked in at 5:10pm & they are servicing them. Im so dissapointed with the dentisty. No time management or care for other peoples lives.

It is a shame to read such negative comments about this place, I have been a customer for years and have never had a bad experience. It is true that many times they do not take care of you at the time of the appointment but, the many in the front are friendly and Dr. Niurdis is incredibly kind and very affectionate. and Jose the same. Very professional. The experiences they say may be true, but mine have been excellent all the time. Es una pena leer comentarios tan negativos de este lugar, yo he sido cliente por años y nunca he tenido mala experiencia. Es cierto que muchas veces no te atienden a la hora de la cita pero las muchchas en el frente son amables y la doctora Niurdis es increible amable y muy cariñosa. y Jose igual. Puede ser verdad las experiencias que dicen, pero las mias han sido excelentes todo el tiempo.

I’ve been a patient of this clinic for close to 15 years. From the beginning of the experience with booking the appointment with Dr.Del Rio staff who were extremely friendly and helpful to the exam and the hygienist team was absolutely amazing. Dr. Del Rio was kind, honest, thorough she really took the time with explaining everything, and a true expert in her field. This office is first class all the way. The entire customer journey and experience was the best ever. Their safety measures they take with sanitizing, patient temperature taking and hand washing, making you feel safe and comfortable was truly top notch. The services provided were great. Thank you to the assistants and the rest of the team for being the best office and caring for your patients.

Amazing Staff, Great Costumer Service, I've been going to allot of clinics in this country, but this is the first clinic that won't reschedule if you get there 5 or 10 minutes late. Out of pocket prices are not bad, and patients are treated very kindly, and Doctors? Amazing!!! there are no word to describe how comfortable they make you feel, you are afraid of the dentist?, come to this place you'll feel like home, and the best thing is that they get the job done. In my personal opinion I've seen bad reviews of this place and very good one's, however you have to check it for yourself and you'll se that the bad experience of one or two people does not speak for everyone, and Hello who is not afraid of the Dentist. Go and see it for yourself like I did.

Primero quiero agradecer por el magnífico trato que he recibido en ésta clínica. No soy amante a los dentistas, pero debo confesar que aquí han transformado ese miedo en esperanza. Es también la única clínica dental que he visitado en mis 7 años viviendo en USA y la experiencia siempre ha sido maravillosa. Hace tres días llamé para que me atendieran y logré hacer cita para el mismo día. Tanto la doctora como su ayudante estuvieron conmigo hasta pasada las 8 de la noche. Debo confesar que cuando salí de allí era y soy otra persona, con una mejor sonrisa, más autoestima y muy satisfecho con el trato y el precio. No creo pudiese escoger otro lugar mejor. Muchas gracias por todo, mucha muchas gracias.

If you do not speak spanish DO NOT GO THERE. Lack of English communication and 99% of the time on purpouse. How I know? Easy...I pretended i didnt know spanish (which of course I know by luck/not hispanic/European) and heard stuff a customer shouldn't hear.Very unproffessional,very rude, very unclean. STAY AWAY!!!! Unless you want to be given a statement to sign and an order to pay upfront after you gotten your mouth numb, are kaying and waiting for the procedure . And if you have the slightest question or disagreement than you will be shown the door...in spanish of course. SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Dr Norkis Del Rio is a 10 stars Doctor. She is wonderful, very knowledgeable and extreme polite. I have all my cleanings and dental work done here. Their prices are very very fair. I love Jose Manuel also, one of the Hygienist there. He is also a great professional. Yes, they are always busy, so be patient. But if you have an emergency they will do all they can to see you on the same day. I love all the staff here, all the assistants also are very nice. Great place.

Very very nice and amazing staff! also great service and prices recomendable to anyone, Dr. Gretel is my doctor and i can say that she is a nice and gentle Dentist, she is truly great. Reasonable prices and easy payment, "work done - paid work" excellent system that does not hit my budget! Spanish and English are spoken. In addition I can ask them what is of interest in my needs that they always respond with kindness. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We have been coming to this office for a long time and never been disappointed with service. They take the time to assist you when you have a question and have a genuine concern for you. The staff are personal as well as professional while caring for you. Dr Norkis is kind and always careful to listen to your situation. Everyone makes you feel as if you are their priority. I recommend them to co workers, friends, and family.

DaluscaT, this is for you...probably the staff's intention was not to be rude with you, I have not visited Doctor's Rios office ever, but I know her very well...I am thinking and there are a big time probabilities that you spoke to them in the same way that you write Spanish (niña!!! Que cantidad de faltas ortograficas)...they couldn't understand you sweetheart ...that was the reason.

Realmente para mi no se corresponde la calificación que tiene con la calidad del servicio y trato que recibí por algunos de ellos. No vuelvo más. Really for me it doesn't correspond the qualification that it has with the quality of the service and treatment that I received for some of them. I'm not coming back anymore.

I have been seeing Dr. Del Rio for 10 years. The entire staff is friendly and take good care of me every visit. They have been flexible with scheduling. During this COVID-19 crises, Dr. Del Rio called to check up on me. I have always recommended them and will continue to be their biggest fan!

They are the best! I don't understand some reviews about rude. I have been go there for several years and ALWAYS the staff are so friendly and helpful. Always they talk with me about my options, and if better for me take one or another. Grateful with they and their service.

Locatio easy to find, state of the art equipment, friendly staff, Dr Del Rio is easy going, have a soft hand and explained all the dental procedures step by step while working in my mouth, she's very patience. Thank you Dr Del Rio

Doctor (owner) is very rude as the way he talked to you. My daughter needs braces but my wife and I spoke after the consultation and decided to go somewhere else, the way he talked to my wife and me is unacceptable
