This is the worst Del Taco ever @ 7757 N El Capitan Way, Las Vegas, NV 89143. Every time I go there, there is something missing as far as the ingredients. This time was the second time I ordered the Epic Cali Burrito. The first time ordered no sour cream or guacamole. This time a tiny amount of guacamole at the bottom of burrito. The sour cream was chunked instead of creamy when sour cream hits hot food. I specifically asked the girl taking my order to make sure both are on burrito. So I call up and talk to them and the girl that answered the phone was the one that made my burrito. She said well we only put 2 pumps of guacamole and sour cream on our food. Are you kidding me, if you can't afford to make the food like the advertised pictures take it off the menu. After all we are paying for it and we order by looking at the menu pictures as well. Total false advertising, you don't get anything like the advertised menu. And for the workers at Del Taco this is how the Epic burrito is supposed to be. This del taco sucks! The employees they hire are terrible. Idc that they are teens but when you hire people for your food establishment they should be decent at the very least. We have had numerous bad encounters but it’s the closest one so yes we still go when we want something close that’s not McDonald’s. Tonight my husband paid $40 for $20 worth of food. Yes he should have checked but he said he wanted to get out of there and home. They forgot two orders of churros we got and the 3 orders of deluxe cheese fries ended up being plain fries and only putting in a very small amount!! All 3 of them!!!!! On top of that we can’t even get through to them on the phone. This was the last straw and we will not go back now. Horrible service and terrible employees. Check every detail of your order before leaving with their food. This wrong order and terrible employee service was done just after 7pm on October 8th. I’m furious to have spent so much money and got what should have been half that amount.

This little Del Taco down the street from our house is a real gem. We really like their food, if we want to pick up some fast food, and their food always has a fresh taste. The people here are unbelievably NICE, I swear. I actually complimented one of the employees one time we drove through, because, let’s face it- good friendly service is not so readily available these days. Now, before anyone comes for me, I do understand that many factors are at play in that situation; it has, however, made me appreciate the excellence when I’m lucky enough to experience it! Go, Del Taco! ****update, 9-13-23. We’ve recently decided that this Del Taco is not what it once was. Not sure why the changes, but we are not fans any longer. The service has gone way downhill, the food quality/menu has as well. We now go to Durango Taco Shop, essentially across the street in the little plaza, right next to Dairy Queen. Real Mexican food!****

Wow is it possible to give it less than one. I have gone many times but today was crazy. This actually happened. We were standing there for at least 5 to 10 minutes at the counter. We were staring at the works. One worker went around the counter and then ordered from another worker. While we were waiting. That seriously happened. Nobody even acknowledged us for that time. Seriously the workers even went to the register in front of us then moved over to the next register because we were apparently in the way. Seriously would anyone go back after that? So many taco options on the same street. I only go for convenience. Why not get convenience and quality at Durango tacos. This Del Taco is trash. Seriously I just left the review. I am not going to your website and leaving another. Good Luck with that.

I've been eating at Del Taco dang near 40 years and sometimes things are wrong which is understandable for fast food. However this location on Durango and Farm/El Capitan has gone down hill consistantly lately. I've lived around the corner from it for 8 yrs and the last few months have really sucked each time now so that prompted the review. It was $12.65 for a Large #1 combo (2 The Del Tacos, Fries, and Drink) and then 2 extra The Del Tacos. All 4 were less than half full. The Fries, as others have mentioned, were underneath everything and soggy and gross. It has been similar results the last several orders as well. Very disappointed in this location. I'm all over town for work and other locations are usually better than this... so far at least, fingers crossed.

I'm visiting family in Las Vegas for the first time, and we went through the drive-thru at Del Taco to get supper tonight. I had never heard of/had Del Taco before, but my family said it's quite good, and their kids like it. The guy taking orders was super friendly, helpful and patient. The menu is quite extensive and varied, with something for everyone - tacos, burritos, quesadillas and other Mexican fare along with burgers, fries, chicken, fish and other items - including kids' meals. The food and drinks were ready quickly, and the cost was so good that I thought they must have made a mistake on our order - $30 total for 5 people (2 adults and 3 children)! We got home in about 5 minutes, and the food was warm and really good, and the order was perfect!

Wow. Where do I start? First off, the drive through was taking so long I had to go inside. When I got inside there NO clean tables. Trash all over the floors and the floors and counters behind the cash register (where they make our food) was filthy. I asked for a rag and some warm water to wipe our tables and they looked at each other like I just asked them a pre calculus problem. So I decided to wet some napkins and put some hand sanitizer and do it myself. And whatta ya know? Hand sanitizer is empty. Horrible service. I asked for 2 of my tacos w no lettuce and whatta ya know. I received 2 tacos w lettuce.

I came into your store at around 3:45pm on 9/18/22 Sunday. Four customers including myself came in. We were all completely ignored. When one man started to ask if anyone was available, the staff continued to ignore all of us. The 2 men that came in together finally left. We waited until a girl came over and told her that guests left and she shrugged her shoulders and said "Oh well, we"re busy". I told her that she could have acknowledged us all but she didn't care, so we left also. It was incredibly rude.There was no need to take out their problems on us. I know that this will go down as no big deal to whomever this concerns, however, this is always a sign of a business in decline. I won't go back there again.

Pulled in drive thru around 10 pm and it looked like it was closed but they were open. Then I try and order and they say that the grill was broke so no steak or burgers. So ordered some chicken soft tacos which I've loved since I was in highschool and they were terrible I ordered a carne asada fries and they were cold and awful and considering that the grill was supposed to be broke the carne asada must have been a day old. Long story short it was the first time I have ever complained about del taco but everything was so bad I drove back around and got a full refund. I think the workers were trying to make it look like they were closed by turning off the lights and saying the grill was broke. All bad

I was ordering for 6 people of coarse there was a line, the people in my family each wrote what they wanted and then what they wanted removed from a certain item. BTW it was only cheese that we didn't want on 2 burritos and 2 tostada's. The young lady taking my order just kept getting ruder and ruder. After I paid and asked for sure if I had everything and the 2 different sauces we needed I drive away as I'm driving I see an employee chasing me with a bag. I get home the tostadas where rubber one big clump of beans and lettuce was thrown everywhere but on the tostadas. Worst meal ever. I only live 5 minutes away shouldn't have been this bad.

This location cancels out the term "Fast Food". We have been here since 8:25 it is now 8:53 and still waiting. There is a manager who never even acknowledged us until we finally requested a refund. All of the girls disappeared except 1 young lady, although she disappeared there was 1 young man who seemed clueless and never even looked at me to acknowledge my presence it seemed as if it may have been his 1st day This was by far the most riduculous experience. I will NEVER visit this location again.

This Del Taco has always been great in the past. I do a lot of handyman jobs after I leave the base and usually swing through Lowe's and this Del Taco to have food for dinner. The last few times the food has been pretty sad. Two pieces of lettuce on a taco? Last week I ordered a burrito and the side was blown out of it. That's hard to eat when you have no utensils. Then today I spent $6.89 for 4 chicken tacos that were pretty empty. Could have swung by Jack in the Box for a 3rd of price.

My wife and I went through the drive thru ordered 2 tacos 2 burritos we picked it up it was 4 fries we didnt even order fries. We went back through the drive thru waited another 20 min they tried giving us our original order that had been sitting for 20 min the guy helping us couldn't have been any more rude like it was our fault the order was wrong. We got home and the order was still wrong. I called to talk to the manager and her reply was oh sorry have a good day. just saying this is unacceptable. And by the way the dinning room was closed . How do fast food working like this believe they are under paid unreal

Had to cancel my entire order because they said they're not doing burgers , they said they're cleaning their Grill which is very odd to be doing at dinner time on a Saturday! attention management you should have your employees do these types of things in the morning or on a weekday I also seen other cars backing up as well, very bad for business!!! I wouldn't have left a bad review but I've been meaning to for this location for a while anyway as they never seem to get my order correct 8 out of 10 times I have to go back they really need to train their employees better

I have been to so many different Del tacos. I had worst experience at el captain and durango location. I ordered crunchy tostadas. They gave tostadas broken with bean just in center and very poorly made. When I took them to cashier, she was really upset. I just asked to make them nicely and have stuff spread evenly. She said next time you have to pay extra if you want all the tostada covered. Literally so rude and unprofessional. Please avoid this location! I wish I could give zero stars.

This is a convenient location off 95 on N Durango. Lots of parking beat and clean. We ordered at drive up. There are two menu boards a distance apart in the drive up lane for your convenience. Customer service at order window and pick up was great. Very friendly and helpful. She made sure if there was anything else that we needed such as sauce, etc. The wait was less than five minutes to pick up. Meals were good. I like their Del Taco tacos. The items are affordable. They have value combo meals and hamburger and fries as well. Will definitely return.

1st visit this location, Drive thru visit mid weekday, only 1 car ahead, no one behind me ... order taken quickly, no receipt offered or received, 6 tacos that had only 2 strands of lettuce.. all cheese, no napkins, no straw. Meat ratio was correct and hot sauce packages where correct. Young gal needs a bit more training... don't think I'll be back to this one ..

I have to start by saying the staff is very courteous and the customer service has been of great improvement as of lately. But the food is a joke! I ordered dinner for my family tonight (Saturday) as we don't get to eat out often. The food we were served was an absolute joke. I actually thought it was a real joke! Like maybe candid camera was following me just to see my reaction. Unreal, and 100% real not joking. Just sad as heck.

Excellent food...I love all the food and especially the $1 and under menu..Strawberry lemonade with actual strawberries in it for a buck..chorizo breakfast roller...fantastic for a buck...special...2 for $5 pork burritos...very flavorful and fresh..and they send out coupons in the mail so we can save even more. I am so happy Del Taco decided to come to Centennial Hills and it's right up the street from my house. An establishment where the workers have great customer service with no attitude.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. the employees are rude. when they got my order wrong all they did was argue with me that I'm wrong. I know what I order. they did not even give me the receipt. the mgr need to teach the employee how to treat customers. even when I said thank you at the speaker the woman on the other end said what ever. I know the mgr or the district mgr won't do any thing about it. I will tell every one not to go to this location go to another del taco.

09/07/2023 Update: I decided to try again... I ordered a Dbl Bacon del, no lettuce, onion or tomato... I got no bacon with lettuce tomato and onions. Thank you! Your entire staff is horrible I can only assume since this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Can I give less than 1 star? How hard is "no lettuce" to understand. 4 times in a row, they messed this up. I'll never go to this locarion again. I hope this is one that closes.

Either way your service employees seem to treat customers as if they’re on a piece Rate. Please try to get them to pay attention to the customer a little bit more. We've had a lot of issues lately at this location. Today's issue was our food wasn't made the way we ordered it. My daughter cannot have cheese, due to a dairy allergy. The guy that was there doing drive through around 1:30pm Thursday October 5th had a very bad attitude and he rudely slapped hot sauce packets in my mothers hand. The employees working at this location is disorganized. I had placed my order at the drive thru and I was asked to parked outside the restaurant and someone will bring out my order. After 5 mins no one came out. I went inside to ask where is my order? A rude cashier, Mexican female with dark rim glasses , did not say a word and walked past me. After 5 more mins I was given my order. No apologies. They should terminate all the employees working there.

Overall, the new Beyond Taco was pretty good! The consistency of the "meat" was like smooth refried beans, so don't expect beef chunks or anything like that. It was seasoned well and overall in the vegetarian taco- tasty. An EASY swap for Meatless Monday or vegetarian/vegans. Apparently, you can sub out the Beyond meat in burritos or other regular menu items too. Unfortunately, my French fries were the saddest and soggiest fries I've ever had though.

Went to drive thru and placed a order they forgot one of my meals but just noticed when I got home so went back to get it and once I looked in the bag I seen I got really burnt french fries and asked the lady if I could get fresh ones and she said no I’m sorry. My kids food was placed up side down in the bags and all of our food was cold. I won’t be going back !!

They get a 0 and that is pretty bad. When you are waiting 20min in a drive thru, something is not right. In order to not get cold tacos and the new shredded beef burritos, we just drove off when we finally got to the window. This is the only way they are going to learn, get your crew working correctly and move people thru. Sorry Del Taco, people were not happy in that drive thru.

I would rate it no stars if I could. Ordered food and tacos barely had any meat, cheese or lettuce on them. Shells were cracked and stale tasting. This hasn’t been the only time that this has happened. And the fries are always put on the bottom underneath the food which makes them soggy. I really do like Del Taco but the quality of this restaurant sucks.

Whoever owns this store - you can start watching your numbers dwindle now. Complete trash working the window. I will go out of my way to Hualapai to never go back here again. These people are going to get you sued after they destroy sales. I agree with the all the recent reviews below. Used to be great here but not anymore. You need an entire new team.

Just moved here to Vegas from Kansas .. I was out just exploring the town needed a quick lunch fix.. LOL well I got my lunch but forget about the quick part.. Very long wait for a very simple order.. Ok food was very good. But the wait killed it. So I will only give 3 stars sorry but a 25 minute wait for a simple cheeseburger combo is unacceptable.

This is my go to place(almost) every week because of their taco nights. I would give them a perfect review for excellent prices and fast service, convenient mobile ordering, except once in a while I am missing an item when I pickup my order.

In the future, they need to work on improving their overall approach towards every customer and not being pre - judgemental to any customer who patronize their business in order to have a better relationship.

Found a hair within my taco. The manager is rude and never truly acknowledged my presence when I was at the front counter. She never said hello or let the employee come and take my order. I get home and see this hair in my taco. They need hair nets because this is ridiculous and they need to work on their customer service skills.

I had not been to Del Taco in years and I was surprised comparing it to the last time I went. It was clean, very nice looking, food was great and a good price.

This is the worst Del Taco I've ever had. My EPIC burrito was not so epic considering it had one piece of chicken....ONE. Also chili chees nachos... Chips on one side, chili and cheese on the other. Won't be coming back. EDIT 10/16/2018 definitely has been a major improvement. Customer service is pleasant, food is adequate.

Worst Del Taco ever been to. Use to be okay/ acceptable. Last visit makes me never want to go to a Del Taco again. Line is usually always empty with cars piling up at Jack in the Box, there is a reason for that.

Usually I'd give a del taco a high mark but in this circumstance it's a lower one as it took so long to finally get to the window that I am pretty sure I fell asleep in the drive thru at least once. Sat in line for 20 minutes and not one car received an order and the 11 cars in the drive through did not move once. Not sure what was going on but I ended up leaving and going to another drive-through at Taco Bell where I was able to get my order prepared freshly and promptly.

We occasionally order the beef taco salad with the mild sauce. It is always tasty and we are satisfied with this meal. The restaurant gives a senior discount if you qualify and ask for one. We have eaten in the restaurant and have taken home meals using the drive thru service.

Spent 30 mins at the drive thru and the service was poor. Will not be coming back. The management team needs to do something about this!!!!

3:20pm, March 21st the employee working drive thru was so rude. She rushed us to order, and didn’t even give us the chance to look over the menu. We ordered one thing, and she yelled back saying “IS THAT IT” every unprofessional.

I got deluxe chili cheese fries, and have gotten these for years. These were the worst ones I ever had...the fries were stale, skimpy on the toppings, and they were lukewarm. Very disappointing. The cheddar quesadilla was good.

I guess the poor kid cooking fries has never had good fries before or they would know what good ones look like.. The ones we got were oily soggy and way under cooked. At least the pigeons liked them.

My first time trying a Del Taco! I LOVE Taco Bell, but they have NOTHING on Del Taco. I was shocked at how good the food is! I've already been twice in 3 days lol. Will definitely be going back!

DOESNT STAY OPEN LATE OR EVEN ITS FULL HOURS. No holiday, that mf is closed by 10pm. One of the biggest appeals to del taco is their late night hours. Just giving away customer to tacobell.

I love Del Taco, but this location is getting so bad. I just threw out most of my food. I know getting help is a problem but I’m going to have a hard time spending my money there now.

Military discount so I support those who support me. Clean, good WiFi, not too busy. Lose 1 star for warmish large fries. I'm hypoglycemic so I wasn't in any mood to complain.

Polite employees every visit. Never had a bad experience in 2 years. Any special requests are always followed perfectly. Service is fast and the food always turns out great!

Lazy workers lol. I pulled up at 11:54pm to order a large fry and they said they were closed but I’m sure they close at midnight or someone should update the google hours

Many times we've been sent on our way through the drive through before receiving all of our food. They're pretty slow and inaccurate. The things we do receive are fine.

You get no stars when they given the wrong food out. I ordered 2 chicken del tacos with cilantro n a large fries. They gave me 3 chicken soft tacos n my fries. Smh

Don't order a stuffed quesadilla because you'll just get a regular taco with 3 tortillas on it. Not a good time after waiting in a drive thru line for 15 minutes.

This Del Taco has always been clean and the employees have always have been very nice. Had an 2 to 3 incidents thru drive-thru but all mistakes were made up for.

Clean cheap fast food, minimal grease, low prices. Del taco's menu isn't very big but the food here is solid and it's hard to beat those prices

We waited 30 minutes in the drive through line and didn't get something we ordered. This was my first time going but I wouldn't go again

I felt the good was mediocre. The music was way too loud. Otherwise, it was fine.
