When we initially contacted Delisa to arrange a viewing on the property we were impressed on how quickly they could accommodate a viewing. After our initial viewing we were ready to make an offer. The response to this was received very swiftly which is what we wanted. Upon consideration ,we decided to improve our offer. Again we were impressed by how Delisa were interested in our motives and were not just accepting offers at the drop of the hat; they were clearly interested in securing the best buyer out there for their client in terms of price and timing rather than pursuing the highest offer at all costs. They promised to put forward our improved offer and we were delighted to hear very quickly that our offer was accepted. It was not just Delisa's work in the initial offer stage which has been pleasing. Since then they have acted above and beyond, by allowing further access for visits from builders and the architects. All with a pleasant, helpful and proactive manner. They understand the needs of the buyer as well as the seller. They have also been active in following up on the process with the solicitors to ensure that completion was agreed as soon as possible. We plan to stay in our new home for many years to come, however I would not hesitate in appointing Delisa to handle any sale moving forward, particularly when compared with other agents we have experienced who unfortunately did not have our best interests at heart at all times. I would be confident that Loretta and her staff at Delisa would deal professionally and ethically with any sale enquiries on our behalf. We must say, top marks to Delisa on this transaction! I owe a massive debt of gratitude to Loretta and Alex at Delisa Miller, who have supported me throughout the process of selling my flat. Loretta came round for the initial appointment to value the flat, and her excitement about my home told me that she would care about selling it to the right people for the right price just as much as I would. I used Delisa Miller for the sale of my apartment recently. This was the first ever property that I had sold and previously questioned what value does an Estate Agent add in the overall process, given the online world that we now live in. Having now gone thought the process, I can now say that a good Estate Agent, like Loretta and her colleagues, can add an awful lot of value to a Vendor. They not only supported the little asks (for example meter readings as I no longer lived in the area) but proved invaluable in smoothing over the final bumps in the road and mediating the issues to get the Buyer comfortable to complete. The sale process was not without its hiccups, especially given the challenge of selling a property during the coronavirus pandemic. All-in-all, I am very appreciative of the support Loretta and the team gave to me throughout the sale process.

I highly recommend Delisa Miller, they managed to find me a tenant just before Christmas, this is a difficult thing in itself as not many people move at that time of the year. I was a tenant of one of that flats managed by Delisa Miller team. I dealt directly with Nick (and Adam towards the end of my tenancy). They are great team and honestly I have no complaints. I assume they have a good relationship with their landlords as any maintenance issues that I had with the flat got resolved very quickly.
