I honestly hate to write a bad review because I know that this can make or break a business. However, after my second bad experience I feel like I have to say something. I come to this cafe quite frequently as it is convenient for me as I’m disabled and it’s the closest place that I can walk to with my walking stick. The first bad experience was when I had to use part cash and part card for payment, but when I went to use my loyalty card, the gentleman wouldn’t swipe it because he had rung it up as 2 separate transactions? He quickly tried to dismiss me when I explained that even though I paid with 2 different means of currency, I still had paid in total for one coffee? The man was quite rude and said “there’s your coffee, bye”. I was embarrassed for looking quite pathetic and obviously wasting his time, so I left. The second bad experience was when I actually gave the lady $4.50 and my coffee was $4.40 so I waited for my change but she went off and served other customers. The same gentleman was there and I explained to him what had happened. He brushed me off again and said he couldn’t do anything because he didn’t serve me. In the other ladies defence, she did ask me what happened and was very apologetic but the gentleman quickly handed me my change, again brushing me off. I’m so embarrassed that I had waited for 10 cents change but I’m already embarrassed about my disability, so to be treated like an inconvenience hurts even more.

I attended your Castle Hill Franchise today as I have done just about every morning since it opened - Mon - Friday on my way to the office, and it has always been a good experience and good coffee. Today however was a very difference story and I am still gobsmacked! Obviously, there has been a change of ownership and after our encounter with what I can only assume is the new owner we will not be returning. My work colleague and I ordered our usually coffee, 2 large Almond Latte's one of which we ask to be weak. The order was made and left on the counter , we walked over and it was just one milk latte ( we had paid for 2), my friend said we ordered 2 Almond Lattes but the owner was adamant that we didn't and proceeded to argue rather loudly the point. He then made the coffee again reluctantly I might add, but when handed over to us he said that we were lying and that we hadn't ordered Almond Milk, we were taken aback at his response which everyone heard and continued to say we were lying and didnt ask for Almond milk. Why not just apologies, remake the coffee? I will be surprised if anyone returns after his display of abuse and we certainly wont be. I am lost for words on the whole situation, I work in customer service and if he had been a staff member speaking to a client, he would have been walked out the door. Perhaps you need to find a new franchisee! Sadly business lost for him. Massive Fail Joanne

Update- new owner. Quality has dropped quite a bit. Staff uninterested in serving. Barista burnt coffee on multiple occasions. Previous review was 5/5 Coffee review- I’ve tried all the different coffee from the shops on the downstairs floor over the years. Was reluctant to try theirs as I assumed due to it being a franchise that it would be average. I was wrong, looks can be deceiving. The coffee was outstanding, the best, hands down. Found the staff to be really lovely also, assuming it’s owner operated due to the care they take in speaking with their customers. I’ll be back every week for my coffee and a treat!

“How do I give zero star review?” The sky was blue and the sun was shining bright. My day was off to a great start, but it came to a bitter end after my visit to Delisse French Cafe. Despite my manners, charisma and melodic voice I was met with hostility, aggression and arrogance. Despite visiting this cafe multiple times every week, I was disheartened to receive such poor customer service, for no reason what so ever. Out of the concern for my dear family and friends, I’ve had to advise them not to visit this cafe unless it’s poor customer service they’re after.

This Saturday, I had ordered a cappuccino. Somehow it came out was latte. However, the barista gentleman opened the lid and put some cinnamon powder on top of the coffee and pushed it back to me. He said it was cappuccino now. I said no, it's a latte. He told me they were the same and continued talking loudly to the girls around him. Very disappointed and feel he like a scoundrel, I don't want to waste my time to argue because they hiring an unprofessional barista. I will never order coffee with this barista gentleman again。

Bought a beef pie from here to take home. $8.40. It's really mostly air - see photo. And the beef is just mince and is dry with little flavour. The worst pie I've had - I didn't even finish off my half. Our local 2 bakeries do a much, much better pie for only $5. EDIT. They never replied/responded to my post. So I wonder if they don't really care about their business?

Yesterday there was a lovely lady and young guy fantastic coffee 5/5 for yesterday Today was horrible watery coffee with extra shots 4 in total and the guy burnt the coffee and the lady added to much milk and when she went to add the coffee it overflowed a d spilt ended up with a sticky drink that tastes like coffee water the review is for today. Please train or refresh staff at making coffee that's not burnt and actually drinkable. Thank you

Really great coffee .. There are so many cafes in this part of the towers but what makes this particular one stand out is the service. Today (Saturday) the girl working here is super friendly, welcoming and nice, the kind of service that you don't find everyday. Other times I've visited the guy working here is also great! I recommend coming here, enjoy a coffee and also try one of these delicious chocolate cakes!

Felt like a coffee and croissant after a bit of shopping and my go to coffee shops were closed so I thought I’d come here…. That should have been the first red flag. Served by a ginger lady who clearly was forced to wake up and work. Sipped my coffee and it was milky and lukewarm. Presume they use a thermometer instead of the hand measure. Disappointed and last time coming back. You know the saying…. First impression…

I was looking for a place to have brunch, and this one stood out with its central location in the mall, French flair, and options with both pastries (croissants, donuts, muffins...) and savory items (baguette toasts, pies, salads...) I had vegetarian baguette (that I got toasted), chocolate twist, and Mojo tropical Great choices And worth mentioning, staff was friendly, Oli especially was extra friendly Recommended!

Don’t understand how you refuse to serve people when the food is sitting right in front of you in the window. And turn paying customers away when they just want to buy what you have on display. Not asking for something special just sell me what you have.. Absolute joke, and on top of that be rude about about it.. Goodluck making money in a shopping centre

No one cared after ordering coffee. Whether my coffee is ready or not only lord knows. I was right at the barista waiting for my order after placing the cups there for more than 10 min someone asks me am if I am waiting on something and that’s when I realised that my order was ready 10 min back . So took the cold coffee and wasted my 10 bucks

I have never experienced such a poor customer service in my life. I was waiting over 15 minutes for my coffee only to get given the wrong order and had to wait another 5 minutes. I cannot believe how rudely they handled the situation. Would highly not recommend visiting this cafe.

Great coffee, friendly staff. Definitely the best and most consistent cafe in Castle Towers. Service is quick even when they’re busy and they also have a great variety of food. The queue for coffee at this cafe, when nearby ones are empty, is a sign that their coffee is the best!

Sandwich cost around $10 had not much incredients and sause that has no taste. Chicken pieces were miserable. Not worth the money compared yo other shops. What you end uo eating is the tiasted bread.

Been here multiple times. Friendly staff. Good coffee. Will be back next time in the area.

I Have been a regular client since they opened, One of the best coffee in the centre, great pastries selection and I am à big fan of their sandwiches.
