Amazing taxi service, outstanding customer care!!! I’m thoroughly impressed with this cab company! From the moment I picked up the phone to call them to the moment they brought me to destination I felt cared for, and valued. I was flying to Vancouver and bringing my dog for the first time. So I called and the friendly girl who answered was extremely helpful and happy. So I reserved a van to transport us to the airport the day before. Gary arrived and helped me build the kennel and was just like an old friend. My experience was so good I asked for his card and told him when I was coming back and reserved a van again. I couldn’t believe it a few days later I fly home and come down the escalator and there Gary is in arrivals waiting for me! He helped me get my bags, my large kennel and dog. But seriously it was so nice and unexpected to see his warm friendly face at the bottom of the escalator. From here on out this is the only cab company I’ll use, they treat you like family and really value your business, can’t thank them enough!!

After a terrible uber experience and being left stranded at my location with a cancellation fee to boot, I called Delta to get a car and was advised it would be a 15 min wait for my car. I obviously was at no choice as I needed the ride. So, outside waiting in the cold for my ride when the amazing dispatch agent calls me back to say his car was gonna be long but he found me another with a sister company that could pick me up in 5. And as promised, the car arrived promptly and got me to destination quickly. I have to say, best cab experience I've ever had! I'm sorry for not recalling your name sir, but thank you so much for taking pride in your work and caring for your customers! And to my taxi driver with associated,car 1495, I thank you for getting me warmed up and safely to my destination.

I wasn't impressed with this cab service. I usually take Checker, but a Delta cab was waiting outside the hospital I work at, so I took it. The ride itself was nearly double the cost of the exact same trip by Checker, the driver ignored my preferred route, causing a longer trip, and then pretended he didn't hear me when I got in the cab asking if he accepts debit. When the ride was over, the driver tried to insist I pay with cash. I told him I only have debit, that was why I asked if he accepted it when I got in. I will not be using this company again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the driver was nice enough to not try and start a conversation.

I have been using Delta Cabs for over 10 years, and have found their service outstanding. My work involves travel at least once a week. I was always picked up on time, both to go to the airport or returning, no matter if my flight had been delayed, someone was always there to meet me. If the lovely man , Gary, who usually picked me, was unavailable, he always sent someone else to pick me up, without fail. I was never left stranded, no matter how late my flight was delayed. I cannot say enough good about the wonderful service I had for 10+ years and continue to do so.

I recently used Delta when flying back to Canada after living overseas. My flight was coming in late. When I contacted the official taxi company used by the Calgary Airport, Associated Cabs, they responded by saying they "might" be able provide a cab. "Call us when you arrive". Really? After a 50 hour journey, I wanted a cab there waiting for me. Delta made the promise to be there and they were. They arrived on time, the car was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable considering the distance I was going. I would fully recommend using them.

Delta Cab arrived early today, helped load our luggage in the car, took great care to make sure he was parked close so we wouldn’t have to carry our luggage far, confirmed which route we prefer to take and checked in to ask if we were comfortable in the back of the minivan. The driver was friendly and helpful. Even when booking the cab, the customer service was friendly and he listened to my needs for a larger vehicle and directions to locate our house. I would absolutely use Delta Cab again and highly recommend their service.

I used Delta Taxi today from Torrington, Ab to Calgary with return trip. The gentleman was very well mannered and polite, I definitely will use their service again and highly recommend it to anyone in need of prompt and friendly service. The gentleman even got us coffee on the trip in and breakfast sandwich’s on the trip home. Great conversation and polite to talk to. Fantastic experience. We needed a cab to carry 5 people and check in luggage to the airport. We weren’t sure an Uber xl would have enough room so we reached out to delta cab. Delta cab texted us a confirmation of the time for pick up, estimated cost and the pick up address. Our driver Sandhu arrived 20min early, helped us with our luggage and drove safely. He charged us exactly the price quoted. We will be using delta cab in the future! A great company.

I called Delta Cabs to arrange a ride to a medical appointment the next morning. Gordie arrived 15 minutes early, called to ease any anxieties I might have about when the car would show up, but told me to take my time coming down. It was such a relief! He helped us around Calgary to all of our appointments this trip, and he was absolutely a lifesaver. He helped us out with several things our hotel (not naming names) failed to. Incredible service!

The guy complained that it was too short of a trip, and how his tip was going to be so small because where I wanted to go was close. He laid on the horn about several times and yelled out the window at a man driving slow . He than said “what’s wrong with you”? When I asked him to please take a certain route. Really bad experience, will not use this taxi service again. Bad day or not, you should never disrespect people like that.

Clean, tidy, professional and got me to my destination on time. My location was difficult to find so I expected a call from the driver to clarify. The driver was dressed neat and tidy, he was prompt and friendly, the taxi was clean and well-kept. I preferred to load and unload my luggage to minimize touch-points, although he offered to help. I've saved the number for Delta Cab for my next taxi ride.

I broke down on the way into Calgary on my way down from Alaska. They were awesome to deal with. They went and picked up my part, brought it to me and then made a second trip when I needed a second part. Absolutely awesome. They helped me when no one else would. Other cab companies and towing companies told me they couldn’t help me. Delta did and I am forever grateful. Awesome people.

The gentleman who showed up was early, kind, and as a young woman; made me feel very safe 10/10 delta also took the extra time to make sure the ride was affordable by giving me an estimate on rates which helps SO MUCH! As a new comer to the city, I can appreciate the hospitality given. Also love the music choice, I have sensory issues and the classic music was nice before my interview

Great company got the nice guy 83 TOYOTA PRIUS V but yea my usual driver is (108) HYUNDAI SONATA TOOR but yea truly wished that this company had a dispatcher so is for convenient like the PHILADELPHIA CHECKER CAB and the UNITED CAB CALGARY. Delta Cab was great. We needed a cab from Drumheller to Calgary because our car broke down and Delta Cab really came through for us. They sent a van right away to pick up my family and all our luggage for our family vacation. Sandhu was very polite and professional and his van was spotless. I highly recommend Delta Cab for anyone needing to get around the Calgary area.

I was stranded in Europe for three months. I live an hour’s drive north of Calgary. After 50 hours of travelling, airports, stress and fatigue. Delta cab was at the airport waiting for me. Had a fantastic experience with Delta yesterday. I needed a vehicle part picked up and held as I wouldn't have a driver in the area until 2 hours past the stores closing time. Delta's dispatch was friendly, understood immediately what I needed, and communicated with me every step of the process, and provided a pickup service for a very reasonable price.

Delta Cabs is incredible! I have never experienced such a great taxi service until I’ve used this company. Their professionalism, kindness, and personal touch to their services is impeccable. When you book appointments for pick up, they’re always early and very reliable. They have become our go to car service, we will never use Uber again in YYC.

Gary and the team at Delta Cab really help me out at the last minute. They went above & beyond on delivering a package that arrived late from the airport to the client for an event, within 45 minutes. I am entirely grateful that they pulled this off. We used this cab company on August 10. We were in cab #125. Car arrived in less than 5 minutes, driver was professional, helpful, friendly and a good driver. Car was very clean. Took us a nice route to the airport that was less busy and more direct than the one we took a few days earlier with a different company. Great experience.

I have used the online booking multiple times to get to the airport in the early mornings. I have always had good service with all the drivers with them showing up 10-15 minutes earlier than scheduled. The drivers are very attentive and I have had zero issues with them. I will continue to schedule my rides with Delta Cabs.

First time moving to Calgary from Toronto with a large dog, we were skeptical about the taxi service. They were prompt and helpful. Our experience travelling with Gurdeep was excellent. He was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend these guys if you are travelling with a pet. Excellent service.

Had to get a cab ride from Cremona to Calgary, and they were one of the few services that went the extra miles (pun intended) to pick me from Cremona. Great and professional service, a clean cab, and a friendly driver made the whole drive an enjoyable experience. 5/5 and would use them again.

Great service! Showed up at our pick up point right on the agreed time. Clean cab, friendly driver and I was able to get a flat rate to the airport. And a very reasonable rate, at that! Especially for the distance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Delta again. Top marks all around!

Booked days ahead with a quick call. We needed a van for the 5 of us and it arrived on time with advance notice once the driver was on the way. The van was very clean and the driver (Gordy) was very friendly and easy to chat with. Price was also much better than competitors like Uber.

I scheduled an early morning pick up to take us to the airport and the reservation staff was very helpful and polite. Our driver, Gordy, was prompt, friendly and courteous. It was a stress free experience and greatly appreciated.

Took a cab with Delta and the driver tried adding 6.80$ on my bill. Pulled a quick move and pushed a button that said add to bill thinking I would not see and still continued too charge me on-top of that.
