I went to the Delta Park bottle drop location today to return a few cans I had in my trunk. I returned all of the cans the machine would take and I had several left over that I needed to be hand-counted. Some of them were a little banged up so I straighten them out so the skew would show as the bottle drop requires. I walked up to the counter and there's this black lady staring at me hard and mean looking. I didn't do anything wrong so I said can I put my bottles up in the hand County area? And the lady said can I see your tickets? And I said sure and as I'm pulling them out of my pocket I said why do you need to see my tickets? And she said cuz I think you have over $35 in tickets. I said well I don't and then she hands my tickets back with this snotty attitude and as shes handing my tickets back this b**** reaches into my bin and pulls out a Mountain Dew can and says this is a Washington can. That's not allowed it's against the law and I have a right to not take any of your cans today. And I said well my husband works in Washington and one probably got in the recycle bin by accident at the house and made its way here today. She said do you live in Oregon and I said yes I do. She said do you have ID I said yes I do. Now I'm pissed. This b**** had it out for me before I even got up to the damn counter for some reason. And I walked right into her f****** trap. She kept rambling on about some b******* law in Washington so I said, look lady are you going to count my cans or not? And she popped off with no b**** I'm not going to count your cans and you can leave. And so I said f*** you b**** you can't talk to me like that. You're the one working at a damn nasty ass dirty ghetto bottle return place. So I grabbed my bin of cans and I proceeded to walk outside forgetting that I had tickets to cash in still for my bottles I put in the machine. This lady right on my tail following me out of the bottle drop place talking smack telling the security guard to make sure I get out of there and do not return. Now I'm even more pissed because I didn't do a goddamn thing to this b**** . she had it out for me from the time she laid eyes on me. This broad is rude and ruthless and mean. She has no clue what customer service is all about. You can't treat people like that. I hope to God somebody treats her the same damn way she treated me today. I would never suggest to somebody that they need to show there tickets because obviously she thought I was returning more cans than I was supposed to in a day's time and she didn't have the balls from the beginning to say hey I think you return too many bottles so she decided to passively aggressively asked me to see my tickets suggesting that I was trying to fraud the bottle company by returning too many cans. You my eyes that's defamation she's doing it in public it's a lie it's not even true so is defamation in my eyes. I'm sick and tired of going into these bottle drops that are dirty and nasty and all these workers think they can talk to people so disrespectfully and rude too people. I don't give a s*** who you are and what kind of a business you're in charge of you don't talk to customers that way. I'm surprised that bottle drop companies are even still circulating with all the mean rude disrespectful b****** they have working for their company. When I went back in to return my tickets and get the money the security guard and the lady that had it out for me said I can't come back in there and they are not going to let me cash in my tickets. I said oh okay we'll see about that. I called the bottle drop corporate office and ask the lady who answered to call and tell this mean lady that I'm allowed to go back in there and redeem my tickets for cash. She put me on hold and came back on the line 2 minutes later and said I was allowed to go back in and redeem my tickets but I was not allowed to go to the front counter and return any cans. Good enough all I want is my money I don't have to come back to this location ever again in my life. Somebody needs a fire this chick. Unprofessional rude b****

Why does the web site say your hours are 8am to 8pm? Why doesn't it say your actual hours? Is there any one working for you able to change this erroneous and inconvenient information? Bite me.

The place is filled with homeless people and druggies because of the Oregon bottle deposit center. My car got broken into with 2 other people's here.

Always a super long line no matter what day of the week what time it is the line is always out around to the parking lot over the other

Big box development that includes Lowe's, MOR Furniture, Dicks Sporting Goods, Walmart and Guitar Center.

I go to Dollar Tree and Walmart, with periodic visits to the old CASH AND CARRY.
