We couldn’t get our puppy, Katsu in to see our usual vet so I called to Denistone Vet worried about an ongoing ear infection that wasn’t healing. They were just closing but double booked him for their first appointment the following morning. We felt so reassured by their willingness to help. They prioritise the care of their animals and owners over everything else. They provide exceptional service; from their knowledgeable and professional admin staff who answer the phones and book appointments, to the incredibly talented veterinarian staff who care for the animals. We changed vets that day and we have never looked back. Do yourself a favour, ring up and book an appointment. You don’t need to continue scrolling through the reviews because they’re all good anyway!

I will be forever grateful to William and his team for saving yoshi's life from a paralysis tick. I'm not from Sydney and I tried calling several vets to see Yoshi but no one had any appointments available. When I called Denistone Veterinary Surgery they also had no appointments however William was kind enough to offer his time to see Yoshi inbetween appointments. William found a paralysis tick and removed it from under yoshi's neck. He then discussed different treatment options and organised yoshi into an emergency hospital for her treatment and monitoring overnight. Thankfully Yoshi survived and is now recovering well. From the bottom of my heart thank you to all the staff at Denistone Veterinary Surgery for going above and beyond and saving Yosh's life.

I want to thank William and the team for the timely care they provided to our dog Yuuji. We called on a Friday afternoon to make an appointment as Yuuji had a reddish looking wet spot on her left cheek and the earliest available was on the following Tuesday (Monday being a public holiday). A few hours later Yuuji’s conditions seemed to get worse and we called to enquire about an earlier appointment. After sending through a photo of Yuuji’s left cheek, William offered to fit us in just before they closed and prescribed medicine to help with Yuuji’s conditions straight away.

My two dogs, a Labrador and a Frenchie have been visiting them for the past years. Their professionalism and caring is highly respected by my partner and I. They genuinely care about our fur babies, even in the event when they are fully booked, they are still making time to see my frenchie for urgency. Especially, thank you Kim for saving Faye from loosing further disabilities. We highly appreciate their expertise to recognise the emergency situation and highly recommend Deniston Veterinary to any of you.

What an amazing team. They go way above what is excpected, while being so caring. My dog who is normally uncomfortable attending the vet or even the groomer walks in happily - he leads the way. Barnaby had an operation 2 weeks ago to remove a lump from his head. William the vet, took tests to ensure all was in order before the procedure. I couldnt believe it - he phoned me on a Sunday to advise all was clear. The operation, the stiches every thing went extremely well. I recommend them highly.

We have been taking our miniature schnauzer (Nugget) to William, Fran and their team since we had him as a pup 13 years ago. Over that time they attended to us with grace and skill and were an integral part in our beautiful journey of owning a pet. Today was the sad day we made the call to put him to sleep. With the counsel of the vet team, it made it more reassuring that Nugget was going to a better place. Thank you so much William, Fran and team for the wonderful support over the years.

I couldn't get my cat Bertie into our normal vet for a follow up antibiotic shot. As his face was full of sores & I was getting very worried I called Denistone Vet in the morning & was able to get a cancellation appointment to see William in the evening. Not only did he get treated but I was only charged for the cost of the antiobiotics. Very impressed & will certainly consider changing vets if/when our favourite vet retires. Thanks very much

We are so grateful to have found such an amazing local vet. Our mini Groodle is our first dog and the team at Denistone Veterinary Surgery have provided help and advice at each stage of our puppy’s journey so far. He was recently very unwell and the care and concern shown to him (and us), especially by Kim and Fran was amazing. They made time to see him several times and kept us informed when he had to stay overnight. Very much appreciated!

Marlo went for his snip on the 15th! He's all better and the wound has healed pretty quickly! Great experience with denistone vet! They don't recommend putting cone for Marlo as he can developed stress ! Thank God I listened ! Thanks so much once again! Love this vet. Our puppy is so well cared for by all the staff. It's always such a happy and friendly place to go. We live nearby and often walk past on our regular walks. Our puppy gets so excited when we walk past as she thinks she's going to visit! The advice is always very thorough and I know our puppy's best interests are always at heart. Can't recommend highly enough.

I just moved to the area and was hesitant to go to a new vet as I loved my old one so much. Denistone Veterinary Surgery was a very pleasant surprise! My dog is very anxious, but the vet made her feel comfortable right away. The consultation was also very detailed and I learnt a lot of useful info. Love the staff here always so friendly and helpful. Has been the family vet for 2 dogs, almost 20 years, and they have always been super helpful and always had the dogs best interesting at heart doing whatever they can to make sure they are fit and healthy. I cannot thank Deniston Vets enough for always being so wonderful and accommodating for our cat, Mr Tigerson. Dr Kim diagnosed 2 serious ailments that had been missed by other vets and put him on a program that has been a complete game changer. The whole team is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable and I highly recommend them.

Our regular vet was fully booked and was not answering phone calls. I had to call around and Denistone vet was able to fit my dog in quite quickly to have her gooey left eye checked and treated.
