Placed an online order which when I went to pick up had to wait almost 10 minutes while the cashier got to me. Which normally would be fine if there was only one cashier. But when you have 2 other workers doing nothing except being on their phones, that's when I have an issue with it. That's the reason I placed an online order just just go pick up. All they had to do was ask to help me which I would have told them I just needed my online order which was right there she literally just had to hand it to me after I told her my name. Instead I'm waiting, while their on their phone, waiting for the poor Hispanic guy who was doing all the work. Kudos to him but shame on those other 2 workers. When I get home the food was just trash! Missing 1 piece of my bacon!! What happened to my one piece of Bacon!!! Did that big girl on her phone eat my bacon!! Sub par absolutely the worst experience to have when I just wanted my Lumberjack Slam on the 4th of July!!! Will never return here and will recommend to my followers to do the same. What happened to this Denny's! It used to be such a great place. The servers, food, atmosphere. Now it's literal ghetto trash

Food disgusting!!!!!! NO STAR…..RL Thornton Location Should close this location down because there have been so many complaints and unsatisfied customers. This location has gone down the drain. One night waited over an hour to be seated and some of the employees walked out. The manager was operate and complaining and had poor Customer Service skills. Didn’t order blackened salmon. Salmon burnt, overcooked and extremely dry/inedible. Both salmon dinners absolutely horrible. Wouldn’t feed to my dog!!!!!!!!!!!!! Didn’t order diet drink and it was diet No dessert!!!!!!! Wouldn’t answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would you eat that???

This has got to be one of the best and friendliest Denny’s in Dallas. The staff which includes people like Miranda, Rosa, Sammy, Ismael, Eveila and Juan are absolutely the best. My kids and I have been coming here for a while now and would drive across town for these people. The food is good, the restaurant is always clean, but the people make the place GREAT!

Came into this location and everyone was happy and greeted us at the door. The tables are very clean . With all condiments there. Our server greeted us she was very friendly and always had a smile on her face . She made sure to get our appetizer out first. Our order came out correct. No complaints here !! It's been a few years as we switched to other similar restaurants. Unfortunately food was not great. Avoid French toast as it's just a piece of toast with butter, sugar powered and some honey. Not close to what a real French toast should taste like. Coffee was blah. Eggs, bacon and ham good. Pancakes on cold side but do recommend trying the pumpkin pancakes. Staff great. Little to loud folks around us though but not Dennys fault. Will most likely stick with IHOP and Original House of Pancakes.

“Open 24 Hours” is not exactly the correct statement to assign to this location. Unless of course “Open” means all the lights are on, the sign is illuminated, it’s fully staffed and one of the trolls on staff stands by the door to turn people away with an enthusiastic, “WE’RE NOT OPEN.” If that is what open means, then sure, this hole is “Open.” How long until businesses stop hiding behind COVID as an excuse to operate their companies like some third rate opium den???

Terrible! That's all I can say. Ordered pick up and my kids food was just a mess. I mean mess up my order... Not the kids. Honestly, it looked like they gave us leftovers from somebody else.

This wait was reasonable and my server was Maranda and she was excellent. The only negative to my experience was the flat lifeless pancakes. There wasn't even an confection sugar.
