I have not actually been to this dental clinic but just with the experience I had over the phone with them was just unprofessional, a few days ago I called them after looking at a few dental clinics in the area I had enquired with. After further inquiry I had called this clinic to speak to a gentlemen I had thought I spoke to earlier by a specific name.. the person who answered the call said this person I had asked to speak to was busy and that he will complete a appointment time with me as the “supposed” person I was asking for was “busy” after the booking was made a few things were off but I didn’t take note of it until the appointment day. I received a call from the receptionist who could barely put a few words of English together. As she was not understanding me I asked for the person I had thought I already spoke to.. which was the man I asked to speak to when I called. She then replied “we don’t have a worker with that name”? Then I laughed and said right now I know the person who booked me in was not telling the truth and lied to get a client using someone else’s name. It’s a shame and very unprofessional I can’t even imagine how the service would be when it comes to my teeth. False promises ! Don’t claim you have people in your clinic that don’t actually work for you. And thankfully yes I found the person I’m after which was another clinic in the area.

WORST DENTIST EXPERIENCE I came in for a simple consultation and cleaning. I waited for about 25 minutes after my appointment. Then, when I was finally inside for my consult and clean the dentist did not take time to listen to me, I felt rushed and she just wanted to start the cleaning. Once she started with the cleaning, it was the worst experience I've had with the dentist. She was not gentle at all and I felt like she was rushing through my mouth, spraying everywhere. Even with the numbing cream, it hurt a lot and my mouth was bleeding so much that I had to take 2 cups of water to rinse all the blood after and to stop bleeding. 5 minutes was all it took for her to do my whole mouth, despite telling me earlier that I had a lot of build up and may need to get another cleaning done. My whole appointment was done in 8 minutes flat. Disappointed doesn't even cover it. This was truly the worst dentist I've been to. I do not recommend them at all. Will not be coming back.

Amazing! We came across this place from a magnet we found on our fridge many years ago. That staff from first point of contact have been a pleasure and very friendly. Took my father for a consult. Ending up needing a tooth extraction and they did it straight away. My father expressed its the first extraction where he's experienced had no pain what so ever. Out of all the dental clinics I have visited, I can safely say this is the friendliest, most professional and most convenient. From the polite, warm and courteous receptionists to the friendly and professional dentists/orthodontists and their assistants, I am almost always pleased with my visits. Overall 9.5/10 experience.
