Purchased a dental plan. Three weeks later, still no word on anything. Waited on hold for over an hour and a half to speak with a "customer service" rep without ever being able to get a human to answer. Finally sent an email. Wonder if it will be answered this year...
I have been trying to call Delta Dental Insurance this morning. Still on hold for 2: 55: 02 and still counting on seconds. Yes going on three hours. Have heard the same music all this time. Very disappointed with this customer service..
Please do not work with this company. Here are my reasons that I dislike it so much:
